John is absolutely amazing at what he does. My husband surprised me by proposing in Miami with this beautiful perfect classic engagement ring. The ring shines so much that I get compliments even when it is dirty. My husband said that he was so nervous to buy an engagement ring and John made it so much easier. John is honest, professional, and only sells the highest quality diamonds. My husband shopped around for awhile and said that no one compared to John. I didnt know much about diamonds until we got engaged and now I can spot the difference right away when I see some other lower quality stones compared to mine. When it was time to get my wedding band, we knew we were going back to John. John exceeded our expectations with my wedding band. I have been getting compliments on both rings almost everyday. the diamond quality on the band is stunning!!! I cant stop staring at my rings. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, MY RING. Went into Johns place with an idea of what I wanted. Started feeling a bit nervous about size of diamonds being shown. I explained I wanted maybe a smaller diamond ( I KNOW, Im NUTS) but honestly, I just had a simple, elegant ring in mind. A Classic. I then go on to tell John I saw a ring that was on his face book site...he goes to show me the size diamond that he would be using in order to create that ring...and I fall in love with the sample ring...I ask if the ring he is showing me is for a customer. He says, No, its actually for sale. SOLD! TO THE FAT GUY AND THE GIRL WITH THE LONG BLACK HAIR!!!! The experience was so comfortable. John and his son were old school, genuine gentlemen. We needed to resize my fiances mothers ring for our engagement. We decided to visit John and I was sold when I saw pictures of him with his clients, including the NFL, on the walls. While he serves high profile folks, John covered what we needed to know about the ring and what it would take to get it resized as if we were any other client.As it turned out, we needed to get the box changed out since it was cracked, and John shared his expertise describing why the work needed to be done without being pushy. He runs his business with honesty, integrity and patience. He took excellent care of us and you should have seen my fiances face after it was all done. Well return to him for our wedding bands.

What a great experience! I recently purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancée (different jeweler) and needed it resized. I did some research and came across John Paradiso. Paradiso Jewelry had excellent reviews so my fiancée and I decided to try it out. We are so glad that we did.He immediately greeted us and made us feel comfortable. The resizing took just minutes but the real bonus was just talking to him! What a nice guy! We spoke a little about jewelry (difference between metals) and he was very patient while we looked at some wedding bands.I definitely found the jeweler for our wedding bands. Its been a long while since Ive left a store feeling very satisfied with its customer service. I would recommend John to family and friends without reservations.

Just got an engagement ring resized here. Spoke with John a little bit. Seems like he runs the booth with his son. There were a couple people two stalls over who actually did the ring resizing - the business arrangement is confusing to me, but seems like those folks work under contract for John? Anyway. John chatted us up while we waiting a bit for the ring resizers. Nice guy. Seems to really know his stuff. Didnt pressure us into buying anything, just felt like a conversation. Got the ring resized and they did a great job. Will definitely go back to John for wedding bands.
