All along the way, he made regular phone calls to check in and let me know what was going on with the shutdown and he let me know as soon as he had an idea of when the ring would be completed. After receiving our appraisal we also realized he helped us make a wise investment. We decided to fly to New York to pick it up, although he offered to make arrangements to ship it to us in Florida.
