Been there since 930am waiting for them to open, kept on checking for them to turn lights on/ remove lock from front door. Tried calling, finically got a return phone call from them. Went again at 10:20 to check if they were open, only now to be told she had an 11am appointment n can not do my facial!! I always bought their products and even recommended to others. My cousin whom recently bought a package $10000 was a few that I referred.

Despite a misunderstanding with one of the salesman, Isaac, the promotional manager, help me and my wife to find the best solution to fit our needs in a very caring, and professional way. Beside the great quality of the products he and the company gain two new costumers and for sure much more in the future. Great costumer service!

I was welcomed at the door by the most beautiful brand ambassadors. They were extremely knowledgeable about their incredible product. I tried the deep scrub and was amazed by the dead skin that it cleansed and revealed. I would absolutely come here again, and I recommend you do too!!

I was lured into the Orogold Store by their salesman standing outside. The store is certainly every bit luxurious and the staff seemed really knowledgeable. The pressure selling tactics didn’t work on me and I purchased a day moisturizer that I was looking to buy. I must say that the product is really fabulous. If only the staff cut out on their tactics, the experience would be perfect

After visiting their London store, I purchased the Orogold Gift Set for my mom, from their New York store, because, just like me, she simply loves this brand and its products. I wasn’t sure about what to purchase for mum, but the staff was really helpful and helped me to choose the right gift for her. Their packing is so beautiful that I didn’t even have to gift wrap the product. I plan to buy a few products for myself really soon.

I haven’t ever heard of gold being used in skin products, but it certainly sounded luxurious at the time. I purchased the Orogold Night Nourishment and this product has worked wonders for my skin care routine. My face looks so much better when I wake up and the amount of makeup required has reduced as well.

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. I have to say, I was a little hesitant to try as I had never used anything on my face before but was pleasantly surprised by how amazing these products are. The solicitors outside of the store are snobby and rude. Ive bought their products before and the salesperson that I had at that time was great. But the solicitors outside that were there this evening were extremely rude.

The Orogold products Ive tied are fabulous. Pricy, but worth it if you can afford them. They have really made a difference in my skin tone, texture and signs of age. The personal attention and customer service I get from my representative is exceptional. She is caring, knowledgeable, & professional.

I just love the Orogold Store. I purchased their Vitamin C Collection and it really is wonderful. It makes your skin look younger and you get this beautiful glow within a few days of product use. My skin also feels as soft as a baby’s butt. Just much more cleaner. Lol.

Orogold salesperson, Isaac, was wonderful and sweet. I was not happy about a facial moisturizer I purchased on Black Friday and came to the store to exchange it. To my great surprise, Isaac graciously change the moisturizer. On top of that, he taught me how to use the product effectively to wipe out my heavy eye bags. I am deeply touched and impressed . I love the Orogold Cosmetic line. I think the experience is so wonderful. I have not been in the store, but I order online and I love the quick fast and friendly service. The products them selves are a gift to have. In the spring I was feeling so happy that I got 10 of the Orogold 24k hand creams to give out as spring treats to some fellow skincare lovers. I did this because I had such a good experience with the 24k Daily Essentials. The Daily Essentials are products that every man and woman should have and use and I think that a person should use the 24k Cleansing set as well. My wife first came across Orogold Cosmetics in a beauty blog that I like to follow. The author had reviewed the Orogold Deep Peeling and she really liked the way this product worked on her skin. I immediately ordered for one using the discount code on the blog. The deep peeling is even better than she imagined. No wonder that it gets rave reviews.

After visiting their London store, I decided to pay them visit in New York, as well. Orogold products are really addictive. Not in a bad way. Unpleasant high-pressure sales situation. I regret taking the free sample from the guy outside because I got dragged into the store, where he tried (reallllyyy hard) to sell me his overpriced products. When I finally got a word in and said I wasnt going to buy the full line of products right then and there, his demeanor completely changed and the other employees standing outside ignored me when I left. How the hell can they afford a store on 57th and Lex with that nonsense? I was the only customer there!

I am a woman in my mid thirties and I have combination skin. I purchased the Orogold Deep Peeling, the Orogold Eye Serum and the Orogold Moisturizer and all three products have really produced wonders for my skin. I shall stay loyal to these products for years.

Wonderful products that work wonders! Ive been using the exclusive eye serum and dark circle cream on my crows feet and undereyes for about 6 months now and have gotten so many compliments. I look at old pictures and I cant believe it myself. The price is worth it with these results. It lasts an entire year so its not even that expensive when I compare it to the Dior products I used to use (which never showed me these results). They are pretty forceful, their sales people in front, once you make eye contact, its over, they will try to bring you inside to sell you their overpriced products, and if you try to refuse, they will haggle you, and make it appear if they are making a deal with you.
