NOBODY knows how to do their job in here. Ordered 3 physical photos for same day pickup - Went around 8 pm and nobody knew where or what is my order. 20 minutes later, told me apparently the photo girl didnt know how to print or do her joband just left for the day. Told me to come the next day.Here I am, walking to Walgreens the second time for no reason at all and guess what? NOBODY knew where and what is my order AGAIN. Cashier immediately called assistance. One asked if my photos are physical products, another asked if they were PHARMACY. What baffled me off most was when the cashier asked if I was at the right location. You bet I am I was here yesterday! After waiting another 15 minutes of waiting, they magically found it at the cashier cupboards where I guess nobody bothered to check in the first place.

I won’t do vaccinations at Walgreens again. They’re terrible managing data/info. Go to a bigger pharmacy instead

A bit dull... Some people need to understand that drug means medicine for some...Anyhow it was small, nice and a bit full... Workers cute tho and clean and super friendly.. I mean come on, might be close to the financial district but Americans are still super friendly and adorable

My daughter was not feeling well, and the doctor prescribed me to buy medicine. I am not familiar with the medicine written by him. Thankfully, the pharmacist from this drug store helped me with it. She was very knowledgeable and prompt. I am grateful for the great service. Keep it up!

The guy who rang up my purchase wasrude and seemed more interested intalking to his coworkers than dealingwith a customer. He did not ask formy rewards card, he did not want togive me a receipt, and he acted insultedbecause I asked him to put my purchasesin a bag.I tried to complete the online surveybut Walgreens does not care about youropinion after three days. This is anonerous restriction for people onvacation. Simply getting to the errormessage was complicated because of thenumbers that have to be copied fromthe receipt and the website does noteven automatically advance to the nextfield.

Workers are extremely rude and strange. I had come out of empire state with my family and was looking for hand lotion but couldnt locate it so I was searching in the corner where it said nail care as I assumed thats where hand care would also be. I was in that corner by myself and a woman showed up with a security guard to ask me what Im doing in the corner and when I said Im looking for hand lotion she very rudely said I have to follow her. The security guard accompanied us to the other side of the store and she was rude with me again when I asked if this was all they had. I am the least intimidating person ever and Im really petite. I dont think I needed two people especially a 200+ lb woman and a security guard to escort me to the other side of the store. I felt like I had done something wrong just by being a person of color and looking lost. I will not be coming back and will let my friends and family know about the lack of politeness among Walgreens workers. Im really disappointed that this could happen in such a diverse area. That too right after the Starbucks and LA fitness incidents. I would expect companies to give their workers racial sensitivity training and teach workers that not all people of color are there to steal.

My daughter got sick in the Empire State Building. They would not even give her a bag. Thankfully Walgreens was right there. The sales person was so nice, gave her a bag, and found some napkins to wipe off. She called her manager who found seats for us so we could regroup before trying to make it back to our condo. He offered for us to see the pharmacist, but was not the least bit pushy. I am a regular Walgreen customer at home, however we did not buy anything at this location. So grateful for their kindness.

Since converting from a 1fl/basement to 1fl/2fl CVS, this location has gotten significantly fancier, especially the second floor. The second floor is stocked with more food, fancier beauty products, and your typical health/personal care items. Its pretty similar to the DR one block north.

Staff is not trained. Over charged me for items. Management is overwhelmed. Store is clean.

THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!I had been buying one gallon of milk here for over a year at $3.79. Two months ago, I noticed the price was $4.79?! I didnt buy it and thought it was a mistake. last night, STILL $4.79(!!)Trader Joes charged $3.69 one gallon of milk. I will continue shopping at Trader Joes instead of Walgreens.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. While grocery shopping, I was trying to buy two envelopes (for a gift to my little brothers). The only ones I could find in the store were the ones near the cards. As I was checking out my order, the cashier very rudely told me that he couldnt let me buy the envelopes. When I asked him why, he said their price is included with that of the cards that go with them. I am French and though I had been living in the USA for more than a year, I was not aware of that rule. I therefore asked if there were other envelopes I could buy instead or if I could pay for the price of those envelopes, as I didnt need the cards. Instead of nicrly responding to me, the cashier litteraly made fun of my request, calling over the manager, who angrily responded that the only way for me to get those envelopes was to buy the cards with them. I got frustrated at their very rude answers and decided to leave the store. Went to the CVS right next to the Walgreens and guess what: I got the same envelopes with absoultely no issues whatsoever.So the the management and cashiers at this Walgreens store. Please be mindful and dont make fun of peoples misunderstanding. Had you nicely told me that I couldnt get those enveloprs instead of making fun of me in front of everyone around me (even the security officer started talking to me and giving me a lesson about how this rule was the same in the whole country, even in Miami), I wouldnt have left feeling frustrated. Other peoples ignorance shouldnt be something to feel offended by.

Purchase a few apples and a banana at the checkout isle. It only cost me $2. Interesting, I found a street vendor and his apples where dry and bulky. Never pick the bulky ones or let them pick the fruit for you.

A lifesaver. The only store in midtown that sells shoelaces, including foot locker, dress shoe stores, Macy’s, etc. Of all places, Walgreens! But thanks :)

Worst Walgreens. I went to purchase a cold drink. the total $3.58 +/- for two Snapple. Paid with a twenty dollars bill and the cashier was attempting to hand me 17 dollars in singles claiming she didnt have anything else when I could clearly see 5s and 10s in her cashiers drawer. needless to say I demanded my twenty dollars back and I will never go to Walgreens anywhere else because of that idiot.

Today and as always the pharmacist Genesis filled my prescriptions.I became violently ill while waiting and store assistant Ashanti took extreme care of me and stayed while i recomposed myself in their employee bathroom. Thank You Ashanti for being there when I needed YOU and Walgreens.

The manager was really rude with people who just came out from the Empire State building. He didnt even want us to wait while other members of my family were shoping. He said if we are not buying anything we need to leave. You dont treat people like that!

There are many kinds of goods and its okay ~ Some items are on sale. I bought a pineapple among the fruits but it was less sweet than I thought.

Very large restaurant full of food and more. From water to drinks from food to small portion packs to be heated. Small department also with newspapers and magazines. Friendly staff and very quick checkout counters. One step away from the Empire State Building.
