This store was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I told them what I wanted and they knew exactly what to get me. Even threw in a couple samples for the road. Definitely recommend this store for an amazing lush experience.

Service was amazing. Lotions are very unique and nice. Got some tasters for my teachers. Especially with all this hand washing via covid. And I initially went for henna and now I will only buy from this business. Wanted to cover my gray without chemicals. And I have sista locs it did a very nice job. Stayed for 4 hours without a cap over my head

Really love Lush and this is a nice location. They have a great assortment of packae gree products and I recently learned that you can bring the black pots back to the store when youre done and they will recycle them. When you bring 5, you get a free face mask. Pretty cool incentive to recycle and their products are amazing.

I had such a great experience with the folks at this location! I live in Oregon and needed a gift for my brother-in-law in NYC. I was able to order a great gift basket online and have it ready for pickup in store. I spoke with Cate, one of the employees, to make sure that everything was all in order and she could not have been more amazing. She helped to personalize the gift and even included a bunch of awesome samples. Highly recommend them for the amazing customer service, and, my brother-in-law was super happy with the gift!

Staff a great a lovely experience everytime.

I am a big lush shopper and this was my first bad experience at any lush. I love going into lush and testing out the products and I always leave the store with tons of new products. I walked into the store and the associates were sitting and chatting and when I asked for a demo of something the associate just explained to me how to use it and went back to what she was doing. Then when I asked another associate for a product he told me it was out of stock. He did not offer to order it or show me any other products like it. I love lush and will continue to shop at lush just not at this location.

I have been using lush since few months and I should say, their shampoo, Hair conditioner also face products are very nice. I am still trying new products of them. My hair is getting stronger and better since I am using their Argan oil shampoo bar.staff is very helpful especially Anna helped me well. I would highly recommend lush to anyone. Thank you.

My daughter had her birthday party at Lush UWS yesterday. After some demonstrations, a tour of the store and some activities, the girls got to make a bath bomb of the birthday girls choice. After, they had facials and got to see all of the products before shopping for their extraordinary gift bags included in the party price. They were made to feel like it was their own beauty playground. There were 7 girls for an 8th birthday. Ive never seen a group of kids have so much fun. The staff there is so warm, welcoming and helpful. We do big parties every year and this was definitely one of the very best. I would suggest it to anyone. It is also very well priced for a two hour party!

I love the UWS neighborhood LUSH store! Everyone there is very helpful and enthusiastic about the product. This store moved a few blocks from the original location and since Ive discovered the new store, Ive been there several times.

Very wonderful conversation with Bruno, a knowledgeable and very friendly employee! Only upsetting thing is that I asked staff for vegan lip balms and they showed me items with honey in it, which definitely isn’t vegan.
