Got annoyed when the cook motioned me to stay in one spot Indicating that he did not like me watching the cooking process I just like watching people cook because I do not (cook) And it wasnt busy Only 2 other people in the restoBut when I got home with my spaghetti and meatballsAll was forgivenThe portion was good sizedI was expecting the pasta to be soggy but it wasnt The good part was the SAUCE AND the MEATBALLSKudos to the cook Hopefully next time when people watch him cook he will take it as a compliment

The service is quick and pizza always delicious. Soda or bottle of water for a buck and a giant slice of cheese pizza for $3.00.A few basic tables/booths for seating.

Classic NYC pizza joint. Nice enough staff. Clean. Very solid pizza. Good gyro, but they cut the meat in huge chunks instead of nice thin slices. No fountain drinks available, but at least the bottled sodas were actually cold, which seems to be a rarity in the city.

This pizzeria serves quality food for a great price to keep up with competition in the community. The steak platter is delicious & tender as well as the tilapia platter. The wings are ok. They taste precooked & arent as crispy as Id like. However, they arent the mushy-frozen bag wings commercial pizza places serve (Dominos, etc). All in all, I enjoy their food & the burgers are great too. They even sell mexican food.

Called in an order a few days ago, walked over to grab it, and walked right out of the store once I saw no one was wearing masks. Ill take my business to a covid safe establishment, thanks.

They have great even stellar food. Sometimes though you arent notified when an order has been cancelled. I pre-ordered 3 hours ago and wasnt notified at all. No call. No email. Still think theyre one of the best places in the neighborhood but communication needs to be fleshed out better.

This place and Victorios are the finest pizza in Hamilton Heights. I have a lot of love for Jumbos, and I think that their pizzas keep getting better and better. This place is also fantastic for their burgers and fries; the best in the area. If I crave some of my favorite comfort foods, I order from Jumbos. Theyre just the best -- their cooks are the best and their delivery people are spot on! (Make sure you tip your delivery people!)

Their foods delicious, accompanied with good customer service every time. Both guys that work the counter are always personable & friendly. Ill be back! Kudos to them!

My daughter wanted pizza after the pool and I wasnt too familiar with the area besides, the generic chain brand pizza places. This was a quick fix to some NY pizza. Not the best recipe but average. Customer service was great too. There were a variety of diner like menu options at this quaint pizzeria.

Jumbos is my favorite Pizzaria Period. The pizza is fantastic! The staff is polite and helpful when you ask for food suggestions and its clean inside. Great for a quick bite to eat. All good in my book!

Really nice food, good prices and extremely good service make it easy to come here. I actually have not had the Pizza here, but have had the other food. Very fresh. The steak and salad is really good. There are basic chairs and tables on one side. I find that these make it easy to eat in the restaurant with the food just cooked.

I waited for almost twenty minutes for a burger while like 6 people who ordered after me got their orders before me. The burger was pretty mediocre. You’re better off going to a local bodega or a McDonald’s.

Unprofessional service, rude staffs . We get it, it’s a pandemic period but as an employee you should stay home instead and collect unemployment benefits if you don’t feel like working. I’m not sure if they are being forced to come to work or anything .

NEVER AGAIN! I (used to) go all the time. The food isnt bad, however 3 different occasions I placed an order for pick up, they took my order over the phone and never made it. I dont know what other restaurant business does this. Enough is enough Ill take my business else where.

The reviews had me hoping for something good, but pizza here disappoints. I was looking forward to it as I havent had a great pizza pie uptown yet (other than Koronet, but they dont deliver).The ingredients are below average - the cheese used has no taste and the bread is bland. The tomato sauce is passable, but all in all, its a pie disappointment.

This restaurant really gets hospitality! And weve never had any food or drink there we didnt love.

One of the better pizza shops in the neighborhood. The place is kept clean and well lit with a decent amount of sit down space. The pizza is classic New York City pizza fare.

1st off the pizza was great each time I ordered (about 6 times) delivery is quick and correct prices are very good however this review is about the sausage parm hero sandwich that was by far the best i have ever eaten packed with meat peppers onion red sauce on very good bread and huge i will be eating this at least once a week.

Awesome pizzeria, the best in upper manhattan in my opinion. Definitely try their margherita pies, you won’t be disappointed. Also, they serve Pite, a type of pizza that is originally from Greece, Albania, and Sicily. Really nice guys behind the counter too.

So far, Ive tried the white pizza, buffalo wings, chicken soulvaki, french fries, and their mozzarella sticks (I have been here twice).Everything was good, the wings arent great, I wouldnt order them again, but the white pizza is the best I have ever had!!
