Amazing customer service. I went in to fix my water-damaged phone and Millennium walked me through the process of getting an upgrade, explained it to my mom over the phone, and replaced my data into a new one in less than 2 hours. I walked in with my broken phone and walked out with a new iPhone 13 Pro and it was a very smooth and painless process. Milly and Sergey were so helpful I cant thank them enough.

East 23rd Street Verizon Wireless is an excellent store. Sergey and Bhavya are smart, attentive, knowledgeable and very customer-focused. Id highly recommend using them for your wireless needs. Overall an excellent experience!

Americas largest network should be embarrassed to be represented by this location. Two workers in a space the size equivalent of a large bathroom and only one of them knows anything about anything. Took 45 minutes to get the competent employee to address my question about tablet service and he cant figure out where the SIM card should go! The second star is only because they were polite. Too bad polite does not equal efficient. Ill go with Americas smallest network if it means I can actually get service.

By far the best Verizon store experience I have ever had. From start to finish, My Guru Dave was AMAZING! I needed a new iPhone, had to have everything transferred from my old phone, have several email accounts set up, needed a quick lesson on the new phone, and needed a SIM card for an iPad. I had called earlier in the day to ask what I should do to prepare, and Dave gave me all the right answers and a lot of helpful tips! he made the process pretty quick and painless. He was VERY professional, polite, and super nice to deal with. This is absolutely my Verizon location of choice for all my needs and it should be yours to. THANK YOU DAVE!!!! I found myself with a phone that was completely broken and I was so grateful that I was able to get help from Bhavya, who works at this store. I went here today after my phone died a tragic and unavoidable death. I had to switch phone carriers, get the new phone and do the whole starting over thing. I find it all kinda stressful. Not at all what I was expecting based on the reviews. Maybe it was just the one guy that was working there the 2 times I went. I came in to get a replacement screen protector for my android phone, and Im pretty sure he either sold me one that didnt fit right or put it on wrong because it didnt fully stick to the screen and started collecting dust/particles on the sides (which my last protector did not for the almost 2 years I had it on my phone). I went back 2 weeks later to check that it was right and see if it could be fixed, and the same guy was there. He was dismissive about the issue, said I basically had to live with it, and spent most of the time trying to convince me to upgrade to the latest phone. I got this phone less than 2 years ago...if Im getting a new screen protector for it, that means its probably working fine and Im planning to keep using it. Never coming back here, and would suggest no one else come here even for something as basic as this.

This place provided Ive ever received from a phone store. Lost my phone the night before and the guy working there, Rick, was awesome. He really knows his stuff. He walked me through my options, turns out I had insurance, processed my claim, and rented me a phone while I wait for my replacement in the mail. When I was there he was taking care of me and 2 other customers at once, and literally took care of each of us so efficiently. Was lucky I went there as I live closer to the store on 3rd Ave, but they were not open even though the hours posted on their door indicated they should have been open. Anyway... Go see Rick on 23rd!

I have had Verizon service for 14yrs . As with most companies that experience rapid growth their level of customer service begin to drop.My loyalty to the brand didnt seem to matter much. However at this store my perception my faith remain in Verizon.I can tell you professional is every way .They are knowledgeable and efficient with their work.If you have issues with your phone an average solution specialist try to help you these people even do more than most.

I have written very few reviews in my life. Good client service shouldn’t be rare, but it so often is.Without boring with too many details, I had to connect numerous lines for my business and the staff was just incredible. They even stayed open an hour late to make sure everyone was connected and all my devices were backed-up. There’s only one Verizon store you should go to in NYC. I would even go there over any Apple store if I had a problem with iPhone.Keep up the great work!!!

I don’t usually write reviews on google but I have to for these guys. My bf got pick pocketed had no phone and his cards were on the phone so he had nothing! It’s just such a terrible place to be but luckily we walked into THIS Verizon store and met George and Rick. They were helpful and calm but not in a pushy way. Just answered all our questions and even stayed open late to make sure the transaction got done. Helped problem solve bc he was on a family plan and couldn’t remember his family’s phone numbers etc.. These phones are SO expensive and it was painful to shell out the money but honestly our interaction with George was sooo nice it took most of the sting out of paying all that money. If you want good customer service go HERE. Thanks George and Rick!!!

I used to go to my neighborhood verizon wireless office on 86th st and fifth ave. in bay ridge, brooklyn, and got treated like sxxt (honestly, they ought to read their reviews: nobody likes going to that branch office. so i found a verizon office that was amenable and listened to what i needed and took good care of me and now i dont hate verizon like i used to. hooray for me!!!

My boyfriend purchased his phone from this store from Rick and he was very impressed with the services and now I travelled an hour and half but still wanted to purchase an other phone and service from this store instead of any other stores. For buying new products, save your money and go elsewhere or online.This place is a legitimate scam adding multiple fees that are not related to Verizon and/or apple... and they wonder why in store sales are dropping... They charged $250 more dollars than you would pay through Verizon for an iPad. $100 more for a keyboard. This is for mobile guru surcharges. You have to haggle to get any money back for a return, but it was still cheaper to eat some cost and return and buy online/elsewhere than to go with this place.Not a legit Verizon store and do your research on online prices before. Heed the advice of the other 1 star reviews where people have to go through Verizon to get these surcharges removed.

These people are awesome! Not a big store kind of tiny Verizon store I ever seen, before went there i saw out side or their door says awarded with Gold star Excellence Customer service, I went there to register my phone and tech was very very helpful and took his time to help me with whole process transfer my contacts, ect .after all that help I know why they have Gold Star!!

Just went in to get some questions answered, the service I recived from Vamsi and Rick was so great that I wound up leaving with a brand new iphone xs and ipad. There was some techinical difficulty because I switched from android to apple and the staff was very knowledgable and accommodating staying well past closing time to help me sort it up and get me up and running. I had to return the next evening to sort out some contact issues and the staff was again very helpful. I will definitely be coming back here from Queens for my furture cell phone and now tablet needs!
