They have great customer service and tech support. My time with them was very satisfying. All of the employees were very professional and did there job with ease. I highly recommend you go to this sprint store over any other I know I will.
2 stars cause the tech people are actually amazing. Went to go pay for my tech, which was only supposed to be $29.99 +tax. The person who charged me, WITHOUT my consent(didnt even mention it to me), had me donate to some random charity. Then the receipt machine wasnt working so she couldnt give me a receipt. I didnt find out about it until I saw my bank statement the next day. Its been over a month and no resolution. Ive called back every week. I was told customer resolution would call be and I never got a call. Then today I called 4 separate times, first two times placed on extensive holds of over 10 mins each, 3rd time the representative who answered was NASTY, I explained I didnt want to me credited. She said its not what I want, its what she says. OK. I dont want my money credited, I want my money returned to my bank account. This makes absolutely no sense. Avoid this Sprint location if you can.
I came to the store upset about an ongoing issue with my phone. And even though the problem wasnt solved. The technician was polite and professional when advising my how to get help.
Sprint on 125th Street thats my store a lot of employees that used to be there to help me they not dead a different store the new workers deal lost they mind they need to be trained better than what they are they still got two people there that I remember and they do help me want to come from when I have the power to my cell phone I got to go by there again to find out whats going on with my cell phone I found out why Im still paying a high price on my phone when my phone is fully paid for other than that customer service bill they need to get the original people that was there that story. A crowded now thats so expensive I dont know whether they getting ready to close that store down or what but they need to get
It was so nice when a staff member welcomed me in asked what needed. The tech personnel really know their stuff. They are well trained, people friendly, cautious. They are patient and explain what needs to repair or how to reset apos.Ive been a Sprint customer for many years and will continue being one and have recommended Sprint to many friends because of the easy and professional approach in interacting with the clientele.Alex Nunez
This location needs better service. I will not waste my time coming to this location again! You sign you’re name at the front and they still choose to service others before you.
After being told by Sprint on 3 and 71st, that a crack on my phone would cost $350 - an online rep quoted me $150 and set up an appointment at this retail location. Upon arriving, the tech said he couldn’t fix it, unless I somehow signed up for insurance retroactively (which you can’t) and then said it would cost $280 and wouldn’t be ready until the following week. I called Sprint and they said they would swap the phone for $150, and that the store should be able to do the same. The store denied the ability to swap it, so I spent an hour in the store on the phone with customer service, meanwhile the employees stood around helpless. Awful.
From I step in through the doors, i was immediately helped and welcomed. The person who took care of me was one of the nest technicians I ever came across since my first phone. I will definitely go back for and problems or need of new products there.
The worst experience i ever had with SPRINT or any cell phone company in my life im going to report the sprint store on 34th st. In NYC and than im leaving sprint
Went to upgrade the rep crismary was great I also got help from Darren the technician they really took care of me thank you sprint
Mat and Tom (I hope i remebered their name correctly) were amazing. Thank you guys for saving my day and making sure I had a phone that works. They fixed it during my lunch break and I couldnt be happier with the service. so many thanks. I never get service like that in NJ
Bianca was great. Full of good customer service skills. Very tech knowledgeable.
Dishonest pricing - the $60 / month wireless hotspot included an additional unexplained charge of $38 / month. Only after digging in on the phone over an hour with a rep did I learn that Sprint REQUIRES you to have a phone line to have a hotspot (never mentioned during the sale) and will just charge you for a phone line if you dont have one. Avoid this company, they are dishonest and sell via bait and switch tactics.
Horrible service!! they close at 6pm if you get there at 5:50 good luck chances are they will not open the door.
Gerard and Nelly gave exceptional service! Highly recommend this location. Great staff!
SLOWEST SERVICE. Greatest on repairs but slowest in customer service
Like any cell phone store, appointments are not kept, lines are long and customer service is give or take based on the reps day. Great location but expect to spend more time than you should.
Staff was incredibly rude. Refused to answer basic questions about upgrade price ranges, just said “pick a phone and then I can tell you how much”. Openly complained that I was there for an upgrade and not buying a new phone outright. Cursed more than any retail staff I have ever seen.
Bad experience. Waited 25 minutes to ask to change my carrier to Sprint. Only 2 people were attending customers. When it was my turn they called the wrong person because, for some reason, the salesman thought that 6 comes before 2 in order. I complained and another person from Sprint, who had seen me waiting, realized oh this a customer maybe I should help him. After 25 minutes you realize, really!? Ah... looks like they want me to continue with Verizon
Worst of worst, spent 2 hours here for a line activation, thank you for doing nothing but yelling at a customer. Can’t believe this is one of Sprit’s “flag store”. Hey Sprint, while you expanding your network, can you also work on customer service? For potential customers, save yourself a big favor, go for other providers, you will save hours and spend the same amount of money without being yelling at.
Staff was helpful, but I waited for 20 mins(I was the 1st pos on the queue) just for activating my phone
Unsatisfied! I added a new line back in Dec 2019 because there was a promotion for a $200 gift card needless to SAY the Sales Rep CRISMARY C was not trained properly or she did not know?!!!and she DID not mention the steps required aside from adding a new line. This is the worst experience Ive had with Sprint. To make things worst I no longer qualify for my gift card! Call sprint directly! Sales rep.only care about their commission!
Great service from this location. Elina and Tiana provided me with exceptional customer service, 10s across the board. I highly recommend this location, very knowledgeable about their products and services.
Joanna and the whole tech team were awesome. They help my girlfriend with her phone yesterday when the phone would not work and she really needed it. So thank you very much Joanna.
Tech dept always helpful. Get ur lunch before they fix ur phone or while they are fixing it. Long wait.
Walked in and what started off great became a giant sales pitch for extra services that didn’t end even when I explicitly said no about five times. They convinced me to pay for iCloud in order to transfer old photos to my new phone but after buying phone could not figure out why photos hadn’t transferred and then left me and my wife to sell phones to other customers. A promised 45 minute max stop became over 2 hours long. When I found the sales rep and tried to figure out why none of my photos were transferring he proceeded to blame me for having too many photos on my phone. Was finally helped by another staff person but lesson is DONT GO HERE
Sad... my friend was trying to return his cellphone. It took two trips the customer service sucked and NO one knew how to close out the account. AND THEY WONDER WHY PEOPLE ARE LEAVING.
He asked us did we want insurance on the phones we said no and he still put the insurance on the phone and now our bill is over the amount that it suppose to be and they didn’t want to take it off the insurance, they told us that the insurance has to stay on the phone for 90 days, also when he said that the insurance wouldn’t be on a used phone that we had got and it’s up there. The due date of the bill is to early then when we purchase phone. This store will tell you anything. The day of the purchase he was suppose to give us an summary which he didn’t do. We came back and they didn’t do nothing. The store Location is on 34th street Herald Square The employer name is Sheldon Zellner, A Senior Retail Consultant.
Great customer service ... Tech did a excellent job on my phone ...fast, efficient and to the point.....t
No help at all very pessimist people work at this store
One of the worst customer service. One of the worst customer services. After having lasted almost two hours of waiting they could not help me with my receipt since it had increased to 70% more. Two hours lost. Time is the only thing we cannot buy or recover.
Manager is terrible speaking to me like a toddler and basically refusing to help because he didn’t like my verbiage, I’m sorry I don’t know how else to explain the phone and sprint overall is trash. I asked where another location was with a technician and he refused to tell me.
All I wanted to know is Do you have a sim card for the IMEI I have?.. And the representative, Please HOLD and forgets forever by placing me on hold. This is the 3rd time I called and waisted 30 mis of my working hour to catch this idiots to find my one small answer. Worst service.
It has to be the most unprofessional phone store since the history of the telephone invention. I have never prayed before but I pray that, that store gets closed down. Not a single person with a real issue ever gets solved or helped. Its chaotic, theres no order or functional system in place. The Asian manager is especially a special type of idiot, that doesnt even know he works for sprint. I dare anybody to prove me wrong about this!
Called ahead to make sure they had a certain iPhone in stock, they told me it was. When I got there they said they didnt have it and tried upsetting me to a 128GB, in the rudest way possible. If you call and Chris picks up - he doesnt know inventory and Ramon was exceptionally useless.
Dont waste youre time, for the life of me I cant understand how this location is still open conducting business... I ran to another carrier after just 20mins of dealing with the manager of this location!
Went for a repair. They were friendly and competent
This is my go-to Sprint store for repairs as its centrally-located but its a very high-traffic and busy location. While I cant say much for Sprint as a carrier and for its outdated, inconveniencing processes, this location isnt bad. They definitely need more staff, but they try to help despite having their hands tied by corporate.
Very helpful, no matter how much time they had to spend with me.
Staff was friendly, but for the sake of giving me the right information about shipment for a preorder, they really wasted my time. I had wanted a new phone/camera for some weekend events and thought delivery to the store would allow me to have it the day it was released. Not so apparently, since I ordered 2 days prior. That timing is understandable, of course, but when I opted to pick it up in store, the option was presented as a faster alternative to 3-5 day home delivery. I STILL have to wait 3-5 days anyway! Im not usually an I want it now guy, but this really soured my excitement for the device and the content Id be able to put together for my friends and family over the weekend by using it. And not for nothing, there is some value in the feeling of having cutting edge technology, at least as a member of a tool-using species.
Been trying to receive a refund for months from this location still nothing. Even told me they will not refund my activation fee for a device that was never activated. Received false information from each employer about my refund, no one seems to be on the same page. every time I ask for the manager its a someone different and I have to explain myself again. Save your time do not go to this location.
I came in to purchase my phone after 18 months of lease. I was told it is too late to buy (man did not even check my account) because sprint changed their policy and you can’t buy after 18 months(my ended in Jan). Only before your terms end. Next day I went to Spriny on AustinSt in Queens and had no problem to buy it for $200 like was on my contract. I received from office on 34th Steet wrong information. To how many people did you lie? Definitly one more person who was before me in line was told the same thing and that guy was forced to lease new phone because of the same wrong info.
Devon from the tech desk was really helpful and personable. Best Sprint experience of 5 stores visited
My phones keyboard didnt work, so i came for help there. They told me that maybe rebooting can help, but they wouldnt tell me how to do that. They said that i have to go home and figure it out myself, so if after rebooting the phone wont work, i have to come back to them. Well, i traveled 45 min home, then 5 min i looked online, found it and did it for 2 min!!!!!! U have to take yr battery out, then put it back, then press volume button down+on button!!! That is it!!!! they couldnt tell me this? I mean WTF?!!! Why it is such a big secret? The phone still doesnt work, so i have to go to their office back again!!! this is just so STUPID!!!!
Outstanding service. Manager Sharice T. and Tech Joanna went the extra mile to make sure things went perfectly for me when I had a phone problem while visiting NY on business. Highly recommended.
30 minutes standing at customer service with 4 CSRs and 3 customers and not one CSR or Sprint employee even acknowledged us. Walked out after 30 minutes of not even an acknowledgement.
Theyre useless. Every time I went to that shop, the only answer I get from them is you must call the customer care. They even refused to assist me calling the customer care!
The staff here is very nice and helpful. However there can be a bit of a wait, so make sure to allocate some time for that.
This is not a get in get out kind of place be ready to stand in line for 20 mins ! you need to hire more people or need to hire quicker people
Friendly! Its a COOPERATE store..Pretty friendly a little Mixy(Busy) Got a Free SIM Card n Charger lol...But Dont offer great deals but overall Great was able to get a A Whole New Replacement n NOT REFURBISHED😊....
34th tech team is awsone!!! NICHELE WAS THE BESTTTTTTT
The nice store the workers are very good I like the service and more so a Sprint Customer have a cell phone with Sprint
Amazing workers, they are very professional with a great manager.we went there monday and tuesday to buy an iPhone. I recommend this store to everyone who wants to meet professionals.
Pretty much a waste of time, slow service and folks just standing around without caring for their customers.
The store always takes care of me and seems to be less crowded than other Sprint stores.
Very high customer experience rating as they handle each customer without rushing my go to place when in Manhattan
Long waits for service, and everyone needs to read their contracts be fore signing. Dont trust what the associates tell you.
Very slow process. Customer service reps need to be replaced with Tmobile or ATT staff, more courteous, and willing to help with a smile. You want new customers, please give us a reason to switch aside from a 50% off promotion.
Dennis is there, so you know its top notch
Vgreat staff good deals and plans
A little waiting for service but staff is very helpful.
Disappointing service all around. Extremely slow in helping or assisting customers with needs or concerns, even on non-busy moments. With my experience shopping there, I have received less than helpful service from staff and management, most of whom ignored my presence, was not informed on products like the recall of my recently purchased Samsung Note 7 and its replacement. I usually wait long periods of time, 30-45 minutes, just for a brief period of unhelpfulness. I have walked out on the store numerous times frustrated and opted for another Sprint location.
Need people who wants to work there is 1 guy who helps everyone (wish i knew his name) but the woman stand there talking. i love sprint this the only store where i work so i have to go there
Far superior to the flatiron building Sprint Store! Pretty helpful and friendly overall (for being a Sprint store).
One Bad Apple can spoil the Whole Bunch! I went here yesterday to pay on a bill early afternoon . I was directed to a young man behind a counter who was accepting payments. I thought he was helping a customer. She was seated at his counter.I stood behind her for 10 mins until I realized it was a personal conversation. Needless to say she remained seated talking about horoscope compatibility for 30 mins. He helped NO ONE but himselfI was referred to pay at the machine by another employee. It was as though no one wanted to disturb him. The machine malfunctioned & I could not complete my transaction. Then I observed him leave the counter. He either went to lunch or home. Poor Customer Service #Sprintstore.
Jerome the manager is great, the IT gentleman Darian is great. Their IT team rocks
Finally I had a decent shopping experience at a Sprint store!
Really lazy or inefficient employees. They easily had a ratio of two employees per customer and we still waited nearly three hours (no exaggeration), to get our issue resolved, which ultimately was not even resolved; utterly unacceptable.
Great service great reps must go for all wireless needs
Cant believe this is a public traded company!!! bad customer service. They messed up my bills and never done what they promised about Promotion. When i tried to talk with the store managers boss, he called me while i was in a train, then didnt call me back as he said in voice message. Its misrepresentation and misleading to sales. . not gonna trust this type of company, or their stock. if you have their stocks, drop it.
Very good customer service thanks!
They were very professional and helpful... As well as knowledgeable.
Worst experience. do not waste your time. did not have one of the phones i ordered online for pickup and made me wait for hours for the other one which i didnt even get because i had leave. called to check if order was cancelled because i left early and was in the middle of processing it and was put on hold for hours. dont bother wasting your time here.
Devinair Favors was the best ever!
More sales staff than actual customer service and technical. They seem to want your money and thats it.
Rashima dixon. This woman was so sweet she almost gave me diabeties. She went out of her way to help me when the techs kinda shrugged me off which is cool. They where closing and they were tiered. But rashima went above and beyond to help me. That woman needs a raise a bound. Or a hug a very well deserved warm hug. Thank you rashima!
Home for my phone. Tech support guves an excellent service.
Repair Department is the best, the managers are very rude and unhelpful. They show no concern for the customer. They do not attempt to find a resolve to an issue. You will end up calling Customer Service, having them speak with the store, then you will end up going back to the store that could have been resolved in the first place. As a loyal sprint customer for over 10years i have never been this irate with Sprint. The blatant sarcastic tones given were completely uneccessary. If any time i considered switching carriers, it was this time. If was to explain fully what occured it will take me another 2WKS!!Unsatisfied!!! AVOID THIS STORE!!! Go only to make payments on the kiosk, or to get your phone repaired!!! If you have to speak with anyone, LEAVE!!!
UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE over the phone - Darrin or Darryl, is not helpful over the phone and NOT very nice. He doesnt know how to do something and instead of asking another rep to help me over the phone, he brushes me off and tells me to schlep to the store so he can hook me up to his computer. I know it is not necessary to hook it up to his computer, and it CAN be done by me with him talking me through it over the phone. He is just too lazy to actually attempt to learn something so he can be more helpful to customers who pay $600-700 for the phone!... When I specifically ask him to put me on the phone with another rep who knows how to do it... he says well I cant be asking everyone here if they know how to do it, we are all very busy... really?!Valone, who I believe is the manager, on the other hand, is ALWAYS extremely helpful, too bad I wasnt dealing with him today! Unfortunately the reality is that even if the manager is amazing, but he has to run the store working with useless and lazy people like Darryl/Darrin its never gonna be a good store.
They really need to train their managers how to deal with the customers. The manager Sherice is so cold and rude. They are just here to give you the execuse. Its my 1st time here and never coming back here again. If you have a bad day stay home. Period.
I could give a zero star if there is option available for that... customer service was worst...👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
They are not able to help about anything... I have problem with internet and they can not help or they dont know how to do it...
I called in for a repair issue and the tech Mariza took the time to explain my options, she was extremely polite, and offered great suggestions for me even though at the time she could not help me physically (Im on tour, city to city and parts need to be ordered for my repair). I will call her later and if a spare phone or parts are in she will personally put them to the side and help me. I commend her just for being a decent human unlike the people at the 57 W 42nd St location.
Sunny helped me hes good ;)
Nice location butnstaff never have time to answer questions
Employee domt know the meaning of personal space
Waited 10 minutes to be seen, which was actually less than I expected. Then a representative guy called my name and I headed over to his desk. As soon as I got to his desk, another worker, Charice, interrupted us and asked him to work on a task for her. While they were working on it right in front of me, neither of them even looked my way and said, Im sorry, excuse us for just one moment. So I stood there for 3 minutes twiddling my thumbs awkwardly. As soon as they finished their little project, she pointed to his phone and said, you have a customer waiting on line 1, at which point I asked for her name and escorted myself the hell outta there. I was ready to drop $700+ on a new phone - if you dont want to make commissions then keep on doing what youre doing. Im not sure what angered/disappointed/confused me more; Charices customer service skills, or the fact that somebody there actually employed her.
Very helpful crew, and immaculate location
Rude and completely unhelpful. Said they did not have wifi in the store to try to update iphone and would not allow me to make one phone call. No wifi???Did not even try to help me with my iphone update issue!!!!I have had a Sprint account for 11 years but this store is making me seriously consider changing to a different cell phone company...Avoid this store!
Devon was the TEC H and he was very professional and try to help me hopefully what he did will work with my phone if not I need to go to Samsung but this location of Sprint and Devon was excellent
So this place tried to block me from moving to another company by blocking my phone I’m glad I found the person I placed this all thing in the beginning and he’s had to call support and they opened it.
Dayana helped me today. Switched from Verizon . I was in and out with a new phone with the same number and a 50 dollar a month lower bill in ten minutes
Not very helpful with getting replacement of lost phone. Ended up calling customer support from work and everything resolved in 15 minutes and replacement phone FedEx next day.
I wont ever go back to this store ! They dont know whats customer service means, I was talking with the associate while he was talking with other coworkers and ignoring me ! The associates name is Jerome T. I cant wait my to finish my contract with Sprint.
DONT Bother the Staff = get T-Mobile Instead!
The guy was great 👍🏽
