I had my iPhone 7plus that had a sound issue.Took it to apple and their solution was to exchange the phone and out of warranty cost is 300 plus taxI took the phone to many shops witch couldnt fix my issue and try to either sale me a new phone or either change the mother board. Witch was more then 200 dollars.This store diagnosed the phone and told me its a knows issue on the iPhone 7 and 7 plus when you call the speaker is grayed out and sometimes you hear the person on the other line and sometimes not.Sound like they very experiences in this field.They repaired my phone for 130 and took 3 days and here i am after 3 months my phone works like newAnd no issues even after 3 months they really saved me money and time. Thank you and be sure ill recommend you to anyone that need repairing on his cellular device

I brought iPhone headphones it cost me 30.00 .. unbeknownst to me I didn’t know my headphone port didn’t work .. so I walked out .. plugged it up thinking I was going to listen to some music ... it didn’t work so less than 3 minutes later came back in told them money hungry dudes the issues.. them frauds looked at me .. “ no exchange no refunds .. I was like I didn’t know my port didn’t work ... So they tested it out found out it didn’t work ... but yet still the lil short fraud yells .. “ no refund or exchange ..take your phone to apple ... I was like u don’t have to have an attitude... so we have a screaming session ... the old lady that works there jumped in .. and we all are going back and forth ... smh finally the lil short fraud dude ... gave me my receipt and I left ... moral of the story .. they are too damn money hungry .. I could’ve went to Best Buy or Pc Richards or the damn apple store .. but no I was trying to support my neighborhood business... mind you me and my daughter on separate occasions came to that store in the past ... and did business with them ... but I guess it’s that mighty ol dollar nothing but that they greed for .. I will never support no frauds again .. I’m a calm person down to earth very friendly.. I had to stoop to their level for something I paid for and just wanted an exchange.. pathetic all my friends agree with me ..
