He repairs the iPhone X in 30 Minutes times. But I had an issue with my Phone being Disabled due to the broken screen.I didnt know what was going on and why Itunes didnt want to detect the phone but from the information I gather, it was in DFU mode it needs to be in order to unlock the device but at Apple, they wanted me to upgrade and want to not really services me but they were so stupid and I meant STUPID when I went back to 212 repairs later in the day after visiting INS and the consulate for my replacement passports. I was broke after spending 800 dollars on new Passport books. Dual citizen212 repair charge a $49 dollar charge for fixing this and I had no money left to spend and it will take 24 hours to transfer money to my US bank account. My phone was going off and my friend and family in Japan worried about me not having communication but the 212 repair guy fix it for FREE because I was in a really bad situation and the consulate is closed now and its 5 PM. Id thank him so much because I do everything on my phone when it comes to payments and transferring money from one account to another. It goes to show that the little guy NOT APPLE has a bigger heart than the giants that just want to take your money and force you to upgrade when your phone is completely fine. I will go back again for services and will recommend to you all that you also do. Went in For A Quick Screen Repair because I was Stranded around the area, got charged $130 for New Front Screen. After leaving the store same night my phone started acting up. Went in to the store a second time the next day to inform the guy about what was going on & he acted Clueless Because it was a “New Screen”. Bad service

During Covid, repaired a box of old, broken devices that wed set aside as too broken to repair. Included successful repair of a variety of iPad models, with issues ranging from fully shattered screens with shards infringing on internals, broken charge ports, digitizers that would not respond, and iPads that would not turn on. Very knowledgeable staff. Great, reliable, quick repair at good rates, in a neighborhood store thats east to get to (no appt needed) which offers extended business hours (7 pm).

After the repair the Touch ID didnt work (they tested everything else before giving the phone back, but I forgot to test Touch ID.) They came back and repaired it and now it is 100% better than before. These guys do great work, are friendly, and have super reasonable prices. Id recommend them to anyone needing iPhone repair.

Walked in without an appointment. Staff was helpful and prompt. I came back 30 minutes later and paid $130 for my screen to be replaced, a screen cover to be put on, and a new phone case. The staff member helping me could see that I didn’t want to take the time to pick out a case so he grabbed one for me, which I appreciated. The touch sensitivity of my new screen isn’t great, making it slightly more difficult to type, but it’s definitely better than spending the money on a new phone. Good experience over all

LOVED this place and their service. Im someone who normally doesnt trust people or places that easily but for some reason this place just gave me this sense of trust. I dont know why. The guys were great and the service was quick and easy. I was there because the cover of the lens on the back camera of my Galaxy S7 cracked and within an hour and for a very fair price they were able to fix it. Ive been coming here for over 5 years as a dedicated customer. I dealt with Johnny for years and always would bring customers phones and my own repeatedly at least a couple times a year. He was always a pleasure but my last 2 times including today, I was met with behavior unlike the reputation Ive knownThe first horrible incident, I brought my daughters phone, and there was nothing wrong with the screen and this was visible after taking off the screen protection, only the charging port needed to be repaired bc my charger got stuck in the phone. When I picked up the phone, my screen protection was completely cracked as well as my phone, and the technician had the nerve to blame me. I said lets look at the camera and see that I gave you a flawless phone. Immediately he apologized and offered to replace for free. It should have been free bc he damaged it upon repair.Today, my husband brought in his phone. I received a call from the worker stating that they needed another day to fix the phone bc the screen wouldnt turn on. I told them I would take the phone back and purchase a new phone from Boost. Five minutes later, my husband called me from the phone and said the phone turned on.How is it within 5 minutes you went from needing more time to fix and costing more money to a phone magically working. The worker nor the technician could explain what they did to fix the phone, and I was harassed and threatened via phone by the workers bc my husband got upset within reason, that he was being scammed!!!The worker should stop defending the technician for scamming and being sneaky. It will ruin his business and no one should be called at home and yelled at by a worker. Very disrespectful!

Brought my phone for a battery replacement. First one that they changed was not holding the charge. Brought it back again, they replaced it and broke a part of the phone body. That disabled volume control buttons. Brought it back again. They fixed the buttons, but couldnt fix the damages to the body. To my question What should I do with this hole now? They told me to buy a case to cover up the damage. When I asked for a refund, they told me that I am stealing from them. They did their job - replaced the battery, and the fact that they damaged my phone in the process is not their problem/fault. Upon further investigation Ive noticed that there is a damage to the camera as well.update:They agreed to issue a refund, and told me that I should be reasonable and delete this review.However, the fact remains that now I have a phone with irreparable damage: broken camera and broken phone body.

Fixed Screen But Then Sensor Stopped Working!I visited their shop to fix a cracked screen. They replaced it beautifully in under 2 hours at a cheaper cost than Googles official repair shop. I was even happy to buy a screen protector at check-out.Unfortunately that night I noticed the new screen started malfunctioning. It no longer activated when sensing motion (eg. showing date & time) and also went dark mid-calls. So clicking speaker or using the touchpad during a call is pretty impossible!I went back and waited an hour while they tried to correct the problem. That worked for a few hours but then it came back. I called them again and was told theyd check with the technician and get back to me. No one ever did :-(So I guess you should decide whether you prefer a cracked screen or an unresponsive screen. Otherwise may be better to pay extra and visit Googles recommended repair shop.

I came into Wireless on a Saturday one hour before they closed with my iPhone 6 with a cracked screen. They were able to fix my phone within few minutes. They did it in front of me so everything was transparent. My phone looks like brand new again; finger print scanning still works, microphones still work, and camera still focuses perfectly. They were very professional and friendly. I must come again if needed!

I change my battery there. This one only worked for less than one day, so I ask them to replace it, but the new one that they installed is working even worse. Is not working more than 6 hours and they claim that this is normal for a new battery! I cant believe that. I asked them to come back at least to the first one that they installed because at least that one was working more hours and they never answer me back and never gave me a solution. So I literally throw my money away in this store. Dont go there!!

I had just arrived from Europe and discovered my phone didnt work on American networks. The guy sold me a phone with a SIM. $60 for the SIM and he wanted $100 for the phone. When I flinched he suddenly dropped it to $80 for the phone. I was stuck and had to buy it. The phone turned out to be a worthless piece of junk, and I found that Target had been selling them for $35. I asked to return it two weeks later when I was back in the city. He wanted to give me only store credit less 20% for restocking. Man did I get taken. Dont go there!

The guys at 212 are very good at replacing screens... But that is about it.I went to their store on the Upper West side a couple of days ago to have my cracked s9 screen replaced. I called their store on Sunday to verify that they could replace the s9 screen since many places in NYC dont. The gentleman I spoke with Sunday said they could accommodate my request. Being a small biz owner I needed to know how long it would take and of course the price. I was told it would take roughly 30 minutes and would cost $249. No Prob.So, I went to their store on Monday. Spoke to the gentleman behind the counter who told me it would take roughly an hour. Ok, longer than I was quoted, but no spilled milk. I then tell him that I was quoted at $249. He tells me that I must have heard the rep from Sunday wrong, that the price is actually $259. (Sidebar: My wife was in the living room with me while I spoke to the original rep. I didnt hear anything wrong bro.) This didnt sit well with me but, needing my phone asap to conduct business, I figured I would just eat the additional $10.Fast forward me walking around the neighborhood and grabbing a bite to eat, I return to the store to pick up the phone. It still needed another 15-20 minutes. No biggie, I just stayed in the store and started talking with the two employees. Really nice guys, one of which is an incredibly talented pianist (he showed me some Insta videos).During that chat, the guys were explaining that I should get a screen protector for my phone. After a bit, I relented and agreed to get one. The one rep offers me a deal to sell me the protector for $29.99 when the original price is $39.99. All ok so far.. Even though I spent roughly an additional hour there and definitely spent more than the $249 I was prepared to spend. SO, fast forward to Monday evening, every time I would use my phone, I would hear a weird cracking sound. I reached out to the store Tuesday and the rep remembered me and told me to not worry, that the sound was from the screen protector. He told me to apply more pressure to the screen protector to make it stick better. I did that... I continued to do that through Wednesday.. It is now Thursday and the screen protector is just sitting here on my desk, unwilling to stick to my screen.So, my next course of action was to try and figure out the correct adhesive to make this protector last. Again, I am about to spend even more money but, it is what it is.. I didnt want my additional $30 purchase to go to waste. So, I hit google to figure out what to use and, low and behold, I stumble across the EXACT screen protector they sold me at a deal rate...and I couldnt believe what I found! I could have gotten this exact protector for less than $10 on sale.. At full price ($18.99) on various online shops, it would STILL be cheaper than the deal these guys gave me. BAD BUSINESSI understand people have to make money.. But blatant dishonesty, a sliding scale of pricing, and price gouging are TERRIBLE traits for a business. I will NEVER return to this business and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else.I would give anything to speak with the owner of the company. This is just infuriatingI wanted to give an update here.. Someone from 212 replied publicly to my post asking me to email them to rectify the issue.. I did... OVER A MONTH AGO.. and no one ever responded.. Like I said, terrbile business practices with this place. They made a comment to show people that they care.. truth is, they were just trying to save face.

I went to this place for a screen replacement for my OnePlus 3T. I asked them if the screen was original and they said yeah. They even charged me $140 for the screen where on the OnePlus official site that screen was $64. I went to the shop since they said they will fix it in under 1 hour whereas the OnePlus needed me to send the phone which took atleas a week. The service was fast but after the repair, the screen is much dimmer and the touch is unresponsive sometimes presses the wrong stuff. Even writing this review took a while. Im giving 2 stars jus for the service. The quality of the product and is horrible.

They ruined my phone!!! Will not recommend. Got more problems after the repairMy motorola screen cracked and found this place. I called to check the rates and they said $129, which was lesser than then the $140-150 what others were charging.I traveled from New Jersey to the place and gave them the phone. Now, at this point they said the rates are not $129 but $129+taxes. After all the travel to get there, I agreed. I decided to wait at the store to get it fixed. While waiting I noticed that all the prices are fixed and almost everyone (except poor me) were haggling over the prices and they did bring down the prices for all of them.I got the phone back after an hour and all seemed well. Now, they decided to charge me $142, with almost $14 of taxes!!! So in effect I paid the same as I could have paid at the store next to my homeThe real problem started a day after the repair. I noticed that the back cover which was fixed, started coming off. Since it was not supposed to come off, it didnt go back in place no matter wat I did. This means everything from water, dust, food could get into your phone. So when I initially had a screen problem, now I was at risk of losing the full working of the phone.I called them up and they agreed to get it fixed. So I again did the 1.5hr commute to get to the store. No questions asked, they took the phone inside and asked me to come back in 30mins. I got the phone back in 30mins and all seemed to be in order.It didnt take the time for me to get back home (1.5hrs) when the back cover of the phone had come off again and prone to dust. I dont want to go back again as I am sure they will waste my time and stick it back temporarilyI am now considering getting a new phone or getting this fixed somewhere where they know what they are doing

Amazing service - I broke my One Plus display and trust me it was pain to find a store in Nyc that had a spare. All other 10 stores I called gave me a timeframe of 10days to fix. Cant believe my luck, I called 212 NYC wireless and they confirmed that they had the display in stock. Took them 30 mins to fix and no issues till date. Again, the only store in Nyc that has a wide range of displays available.
