After following Anna Sheffield on Instagram for many years I knew I just had to have one of their nesting bands when it came time to select my wedding band. Being from Canada, I reached out online for help pairing my custom engagement ring. Meaghan was incredibly helpful from the beginning of the band selection process and sent me numerous photos of different band options as well as helpful advice. Not only was the process smooth, but I am beyond happy with the final result and it pairs so perfectly with my engagement ring. I cant wait to add more bands to my stack. So impressed with the customer service I received as well as the style and quality of their jewelry.

Great experience from start to finish with Kat. I purchased a ring and a pair of earrings to mark a special career milestone. This was entirely virtual given I am based in the UK which made me a little nervous. Kat was great! Kat went out of her way to source and take photos of the style of the items I wanted and imparted some advice that helped me choose between two rings. Kat followed up with photos of my specific ring and earrings once they arrived in the store and confirmation of shipping date. It was a very smooth process and I am very happy with my purchases. I will definitely be a return client.

I cannot thank the folks at Anna Sheffield enough for my experience. I knew very little about engagement rings going in, other than a general sense about the stones my girlfriend wanted, and that I wanted something a little different than the norm. The jeweler I worked with, Andrew, taught me about the hardness of different stones, the colors they had available, and suggestions about what looked nice next to a diamond. He brought me into the shop and showed me the stones side by side so I could choose which looked best. The process was so much easier and comfortable than I anticipated, and there was never any pretense or concern over how much money or knowledge I had walking in. Andrew really worked around me.I came away with a beautiful custom lab-grown diamond flanked by two sapphires in a gorgeous setting. Not only did my fiancee say yes, shes still bragging about the ring and my skill in picking stones (thanks Andrew!). If you want it done right the first time, go to Anna Sheffield. This place is amazing.

Went on an appointment with this location. The jewelry is stunning and staff is nice. I suggest you start improving the service by offering people to sit down ( the bench was occupied by a working staff) and properly clean the display case. There were 3 places I went to that day and the experience here is the worst.

It is designer jewelry so you are going to be paying a bit higher price for the ring than say if you got a similar setting from a standard retailer. However, I like their values as a company, in addition to their unique designs, so this was worth the price for me.I instantly loved the style of the gold Hazeline engagement ring and was thrilled when my (now) husband remembered and proposed with it. The ring is beautifully crafted with elegant details to elevate the classic setting. It also sits low in the prong setting (Pro: doesnt snag as easily, isnt as showy. Con: straight wedding band wont lie flush, doesnt show off the diamond as much)For my wedding band, I visited the store in LA and worked with Ruth. I must have tried on over two dozen combinations of bands. She was able to keep it all straight and emailed me a summary the next day. I ended up getting the sparkly Tiara Curve band. I do wish they would wave the $75 laser engraving fee.

My contact there, Doug Kramer worked tirelessly with me and cared, just about as much as me, about every detail of my engagement ring.Designing my ring remotely from Melbourne, Australia was a leap of faith. But I did months of research to find Anna Sheffield; a designer who has a beautiful aesthetic and quality workmanship. I also wanted a designer who worked with ethically-sources man-made diamonds.Doug sourced my main stone, an over 2 carat emerald-cut diamond, for me. He was patient and thorough, sending me countless videos (on different hands), filmed in different light and many photos of many centre stone options.No questions or concern were too much trouble for him. He communicated with me straight away and I came to rely on his taste and expertise.When the first ring made didn’t quite meet his expectations, he immediately told me and made me another ring (at no extra cost!). The end result is a gorgeous ring that I still stare at every day, almost 12 months later.Now I’m dreaming of my next ring that I’ll get from Anna Sheffield :)

The process was easy, creative and collaborative. The piece was completed in less than 8 weeks from design through to delivery. Doug, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. The team is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and produce beautiful custom jewelry.

Love my engagement ring and band from here. We ordered online and the experience was good! I got fitted at another local jeweler and my husband ordered my size. All pieces are made to order, so it does take several weeks, but it was worth the wait for the beautiful unique pieces. I always get asked if my ring is a family heirloom, because it looks very art deco, which I love! Hard to find anything like Anna Sheffield. Looking forward to getting more from here!!!

Very cute shop! Was my first appointment, I had a very tight budget and they found beautiful dresses in the style I wanted to fit my price range. I didnt end up getting a dress from here but it wasnt due to a bad experience or lack of dresses but just simply because I found something elsewhere that I fell in love with the moment I put it on. Wonderful people! If you ever get the chance to work with anyone at this shop choose Lina she was wonderful.

My husband and I were hesitant to purchase my engagement ring online, we worried about long-term customer service if something were to happen to my ring down the road. However, Anna Sheffield jewelry looked so exquisite online, simplistic beauty and originality that surpassed anything we saw in the chain jewelry stores - we couldnt resist ourselves. I have had my ring now for over three years, and it is still just as beautiful as the day he asked me to marry him. Unfortunately, last year one of the prongs was damaged. I was worried that the customer service from hundreds of miles away would be an horrific ordeal. However, Hezekiah is a great customer service representative! He took great care of me, and was super attentive and prompt. My ring was repaired in just a couple of weeks, and back on my finger in no time! Let’s start positive. I love my engagement ring. I get compliments on it constantly.The reason for the bad review: customer service. It’s awful.My husband ordered my engagement ring. He had to reach out to them multiple times to check in on the status of the ring. They responded infrequently and sometimes not at all. They kept pushing back the date it would be ready, causing him to reschedule proposal plans multiple times. They never apologized for the delays, basically just told him “it happens.”I emailed them a few months later to ask which curved wedding bands would work with my engagement ring. Literally never heard back. It’s been more than 10 months since I messaged them. I gave up. I decided to not be their customer again.Super disappointing.

One star for the pretty jewelry; no stars for everything else. I requested a consultation online on a Sunday evening, and received email outreach from Izi Mariano the next Monday morning. Per my records, I responded to her email within 17 minutes with a day and a halfs worth of availability to come in. Over 24 hours passed, and she did not respond to my email. I followed up. Another 24 hours passed, and I followed up again. The next morning, I called the shop asking to set up a consultation. The manager answered and was very gracious and apologetic about Izis lack of responsiveness, and scheduled us to do a consultation with Margaret. We showed up at the shop and were still seen by Izi, which I wasnt thrilled about but I didnt want to make a scene. The consultation lasted 20 minutes or so, during which Izi took down our names, email addresses, ring sizes, and the styles of the rings we were interested in. She committed to sending a followup email summarizing what we had discussed. Several days passed, and we did not hear from her. I emailed her to follow up, and her response was quite disappointing. She included links to the ring styles we had discussed, but didnt include any other information about sizing, which we discussed in depth because I was undecided between two different sizes. She also managed to misspell my name, which is in my email address, and get my fiances name completely wrong. His name is also in his email address.In any case, the rings were pretty, but were not going to be purchasing from this store. I was quite taken aback by the lack of urgency and attention to detail.
