My friend and I had appointments to try on wedding dresses at the salon with Melissa. We had the BEST time!! The dresses are stunning and interesting and the whole experience is personalized and lovely!

Both Carol and Dara provided me with all the information about my order (a delicate bridal hairpiece) which did a really long trip! It’s always a difficult processe when you buy something from the US to Europe and seller’s support is very important. Dara was accompanying me all along the process and helping me every time I asked for. I’m deeply grateful! ❤️

Working with Dara at Carol Hannah was such a pleasure! The NYC showroom was top-of-mind when shopping for my wedding gown (my cousin found her dress there and looked STUNNING!) and my experience--even with COVID-19 restrictions--couldnt have been better! Everything felt incredibly safe and Dara was so helpful/strategic in terms of picking gowns that suited my style. There was a lot of transparency throughout the process from cost to future fittings, etc. Id recommend a visit to any bride!

I made the cross country journey to NY for fittings. The time and resources spent was beyond worth it. Ive never had a gown fit so perfectly which provided ease, comfort and confidence on my wedding day. Coming from a design background, Im thrilled to share that the Carol Hannah Bridal work is beyond! Each detail, pleat, tuck and stitch of my gown was placed with intention, creating the most beautiful work of art. Thank you Nhi and the entire Carol Hannah Team for making my experience as a bride truly magical.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.I ordered one of Carol Hannahs Little White Dresses (made to order) online for my wedding. When the dress arrived, it didnt look quite the same as the pictures posted online - most notably, the fabric for the bodice and the skirt were not the same colour.I contacted the customer service department to share my concern and inquire about returning the dress. They were dismissive of my claim that the dress was not all one colour, despite the fact that I included pictures where the colour difference was clear.I returned the dress and was refunded, however the issues did not stop there. Because I live outside the US (Canada) the dress had customs/taxes associated with it when it crossed the border. I received a bill from FedEx for these fees after I had already returned the dress. I contacted Carol Hannah customer service again, this time to ask them to help me in cancelling the bill - I shouldnt have to pay taxes on an item I returned, right?After a two week delay, they replied to me saying that I had to be the one to file a dispute myself. I was disappointed, but went about trying to resolve the issue with FedEx. MONTHS later, I have now seen Carol Hannahs e-mails to the FedEx employee who is handling this dispute. In this correspondence it is clear that they misinformed me regarding my next steps, and actually ceased contact with FedEx despite the fact that FedEx was still willing and able to help.Im truly disgusted by the service Ive received. I strongly advise against ordering from this company, especially if you dont live in the US.

From the very first visit to Carol Hannah, I felt completely at home and comfortable with the staff. They helped me create my perfect dress for my wedding day, which was not an easy task! Each fitting was so personal, and I knew that my wedding gown would fit like a glove because they are THAT talented with their craft. I wanted a tulle overlay skirt for my ceremony, and the end result was absolutely stunning. The best part was, I could take it off for my reception so I could dance with family and friends and not worry about walking around with a huge skirt and train. Dara and Nicole were rock stars throughout the entire process, and I cant say enough kind words about them or this showroom. I felt beautiful on my wedding day because of them, and this place deserves so much recognition and praise for their incredible work!

I loved visiting the Carol Hannah showroom! A very personal and personalized experience with a small, friendly, knowledgable, and professional staff. It was a one-on-one appt, consultant understood what I was looking for, knew all the gowns (and not just recent or current seasons) very well, and offered great suggestions. Communication was great. I would recommend visiting the NYC showroom to anyone.

To say that the Carol Hannah experience my lady friends and I had earlier this month was beyond a breath of fresh air would still be an understatement. We were assisted by Nhi, who listened with patience and extended guidance with creativity. Every dress we saw and tried on was a work of art- thoughtfully designed and exquisitely executed. These pieces are newly feminine gowns that explore the traditional with a gentle nudge toward exceptional. I could not more highly recommend this bridal salon experience, the staff, or this powerhouse legend of a designer.

I am a mother of the bride, and I found Carol Hannah online and suggested that my daughter take a look at her gowns. I feel qualified to write this review because I accompanied my daughter every time she went to the Carol Hannah showroom--both to select a gown as well as for fittings! I have the highest praise for both the quality of the gowns as well as the people who work there, namely Nicole and Dara. First, the quality: I was very impressed with the beautiful fabrics used as well as the details and fit of these dresses. They are elegant, yet edgy; classy, yet modern; and simple, but far from ordinary. Since I had the task of finding my daughter the perfect dress, I looked at many other designers, and so many of them looked the same, the fabrics were cheap, and/or the gowns were prohibitively costly--even some of the expensive ones used cheap fabrics! Carol Hannah uses quality materials on their beautiful gowns, provides EXCELLENT service, and the staff is extremely professional, trustworthy, and truly talented. The advice they give is thoughtful and honest, and the workmanship is superb. I was amazed when I watched Dara at my daughters first fitting, and how she lined every pin up perfectly along my daughters silhouette until the dress shaped and fit her body to absolute perfection. This perfection continued through EVERY fitting (and there were many!). Both Dara and Nicole were always extremely patient, and never made my daughter or me feel uncomfortable if we wanted a change or tweak somewhere on the dress. We honestly looked forward to going for fittings because these two women were so warm, friendly, and accommodating, and made us feel like my daughter was the most important bride they had! Of course, the ultimate result was an absolutely gorgeous and perfect dress that complemented, but did not overshadow, my daughters own beauty. Once again, thank you so much Nicole and Dara! Carol Hannah not only designs beautiful dresses, she also hires highly-qualified staff to work with her!!

Carol Hannah Flagship Store was my first dress shopping trip and it definitely set the bar high! They only see one bride at a time so it is a very personalized and comfortable experience. Nicole was absolutely awesome and the guests I brought and myself had a wonderful experience at the flagship store. Nicole handled the appointment perfectly and definitely knew what dresses I would be interested in based on my input! She really made the appointment comfortable, smooth, and productive! Although I did not end up getting a dress from Carol Hannah, my whole experience at the shop was amazing and I would highly recommend visiting!

The kindest staff and most luxe experience I had while wedding dress shopping. The shop doesnt have the best lighting in the afternoon (recommend to go in the morning), which is a shame because my photos of my favorite gowns there didnt come out as nice as I wanted. The staff however is so kind, and the designer is one of the most talented there is, especially if youre looking for gowns that are elegant but not your average boring white (or non-white) dress. I love Carol Hannah!

I absolutely love Carol Hannah and everyone who works for this fantastic company. The entire experience for me, from beginning to end, was so enjoyable and calming. I looked at several other bridal dress shops before finding Carol Hannah and was finding the whole experience increasingly draining and stressful. Once I found Carol Hannah and worked with some members of their amazing team (Nicole, Dara, Nhi), all of my worries subsided. I decided on a white silk top and am so madly in love with it. I am already finding excuses to wear it again! I felt the most beautiful ever on my wedding day and am so grateful to Carol Hannah for developing such a fantastic business model with excellent customer service and the most gorgeous/highest quality bridal gowns. I cannot recommend Carol Hannah highly enough.

After having a not so wonderful experience purchasing one portion of my dress at a store in Philly, I came here for the other piece hoping it would give me the bridal experience I felt I was deprived of. They are so lovely and encourage you to try on whatever you like, and are super supportive of any insecurities you might have. There was a mistake with my appointment time and they moved some things around to get me a full hour! This place is amazing.

The most wonderful, personalized, high end wedding dress shopping experience.I first discovered Carol Hannah while dress shopping at a boutique in Toronto. Her gowns were incredibly elegant with the most beautiful draping in the skirts. I then learned that if the wedding dress is purchased from the NYC Flagship, the Carol Hannah team actually builds the dress on the bride in-house over the course of 3 fittings. I then travelled to NYC to the Carol Hannah Flagship. Over Easter Weekend, I visited Carol Hannah twice and was helped by the lovely Nhi. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. Firstly, Nhi is well educated on fabrics, fits, etc. She is creative and a visionary. I never felt pressured to make a decision or commit during and after the appointments. The email follow up I received afterwards added a nice personal touch.Ultimately, I found my dress in Toronto as it wasn’t feasible to travel to NYC for 3 different fittings before my wedding. That being said, no other experience both in NYC or in Toronto compared to the excellent customer service and reliability of the Carol Hannah team. I felt confident in the team and I trusted them. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the boutique I purchased my wedding dress from. My recommendation to future brides is to consider the reliability, trustworthiness and confidence you have in the boutique or designer you are purchasing your wedding dress from. Carol Hannah and her team without a doubt hit the mark.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I went here with some friends and family to try on one of the dresses from their collection that I have been eyeing forever. We had a group of 8 and half of them showed up before me. Nicole greeted them and chatted with them while they were waiting for me to arrive. Once I showed up she was so incredible. She asked me a series of questions to get to know me. She wanted to meet everyone in my party. She even pulled me aside to ask about budgets without everyone hearing. It was already an incredible experience but it just kept getting better.She took me into the changing area to try on my dream dress. It was more beautiful in person then I could have ever imagine. I instantly fell in love. It was a two piece so we had some wiggle room with the top. I showed everyone and everyone fell in love. It wasnt my favorite too so we kept trying on more. She was so wonderful the entire time. At one point during my visit- there was one person in my party who I could tell didnt love the dress. I value everyones opinions and got a little upset. I ended up crying in the dressing room and she was amazing the whole time. She tried to find things this person liked about other dresses to see if she could add it to mine. We ended up adding a belt to the dress. She suggested a deeper sweetheart neckline which I wanted. She put on sleeves and everyone fell in love with it. I was so impressed with how she quickly reacted to every situation. She allowed me time to walk in the dress. Made sure I didnt want any other changes added to it. I ended up with the perfect dress that was customized to my style.I cannot thank Nicole enough. She absolutely made that experience one of a kind. I very highly recommend this place and hope you get Nicole because she was incredible. I cant wait to get my dress!
