Im a bride of a certain age and wanted something simple and elegant. Because of the uncertainty of Covid, I went to RK only 2 1/2 months before our wedding so needed something that could be delivered in time for alterations. I also didnt have a huge budget. Consultant Cheryl understood the assignment and brought a variety of dresses. I ended up picking the very first dress I tried on. (PS - Cheryl was amazing.) Because of the timeline, RK wasnt able to do the alterations but they offered a list of suggested outside tailors. I chose Jenny in Manhattan and she was amazing. The only glitch was that RK assured me the dress would be in no later than a certain date, and with limited time, I made the tailor appointment accordingly. Well, the dress didnt come in by that date and RK had a hard time giving me an actual timeline, which was stressful. Maybe give an approximate delivery window than no later than.But alls well that ends well. The feedback on the big day has been... overwhelming. Over and over, our loved ones said that theyd never seen a dress like this, one of the most beautiful theyve seen.

This was the first bridal shop I went to try on dresses after reviewing the entire website to select a few and narrowing down my style. I made an appointment the day before which was promptly confirmed and was taken in right away. I passed several women taking photos of saying yes to the dress which added to the excitement. Dale worked with me closely selecting several dresses based on my suggested style, but once I showed her the one I REALLY was hoping to try on it was a WRAP. Turns out (as stated online) this designer would be pulling their collection by November 15 and my appointment was November 5. Needless to say, I got a great deal Im confident wouldnt have been an option elsewhere. It was a surreal experience and Im so glad I went to this RK Bridal. I was in and out of the shop in an HOUR, how awesome?!

RK Bridal was the fourth place I went to try on dresses and it was hands down the worst experience! While every other boutique I went to made the experience special, RK Bridal immediately felt like herding cattle. The lobby was totally chaotic and, after checking in and meeting my consultant, I was told to walk around with a rack and find my own dresses to try on!! My consultant was very new which she disclosed up front (I’m very grateful for her honesty). She was very sweet but definitely needed help with my appointment. Unfortunately, the women who helped her totally ruined the experience. They were extremely pushy and clearly just wanted to make a sale. I found a dress I absolutely loved and probably would have said yes if I didn’t feel so pressured by them. They made remarks like “well if you don’t say yes today you will miss out on 10% off but I guess it’s whatever.” I asked about making changes to the dress to which they replied “oh you don’t need to change anything, it’s fine the way it is.” As soon as they realized I wasn’t going to say yes, they totally abandoned me. It’s clear they only care about making a sale instead of helping brides find their perfect dress.I am now going to a different bridal salon to say yes to the dress I fell in love with at RK Bridal. The other salon has been wonderful through the process, show genuine care for me as a shopping bride, and even found a way to make the alterations I want.UPDATE: I officially said yes to the dress I fell in love with at RK at another bridal salon. Ultimately, the dress plus alternation cost was about $750 less expensive even though they are altering much more than RK would agree to.

My experience at RK Bridal was absolutely amazing. I was paired with LK when I got there. She was so sweet and did a phenomenal job pairing me with my dream dress. For the plus size brides out there, this is the place to go if you want to try on different bridal designers besides going to David’s Bridal. They are so size inclusive, that I bought a never used sample from them and walked away with my wedding dress in hand! Thank you RK Bridal!

I went in looking for a wedding dress but wasn’t sure I would even find one. Cheryl walked in to introduce herself to us as our bridal consultant and instantly I felt her energy and loved her immediately I could tell she really loved her job. She asked me one question about the kind of dress I wanted and came right back with 5 beautiful dresses and I found the perfect dress and veil. She was so amazing, such a great heart, so positive, so professional, so attentive with great attention to detail, she really touched my heart. She made our experience so easy, fun, and most importantly made our drive so worth it. Everyone there made us feel so welcome but Cheryl is really a blessing to RK BRIDAL. She’s phenomenal thank you so much. Will definitely recommend to everyone you will not be disappointed

Dress shopping:I went to RK Bridal when I was a bridesmaid and thought to myself this is going to be where I find my wedding dress. Its an open floor with rows of dresses! If you go ask for OLGA. She is amazing. I went to 4/5 stores before RK and every time felt like the dresses were missing something, but couldnt pinpoint it. I asked Olga to pick out a dress for me and she found the one! She pays attention to what you like, dislike, and has a great eye! I absolutely LOVED my dress and so happy I had the chance to work with her.Alterations:Everyone I worked with in alterations were wonderful. My dress came out beautifully aside from two things.I had some wiring put into my dress to create a more hourglass figure, which was jaw dropping in appointments, but there were times that it would pop out. I mentioned it to them and they said not to worry about it. Its an easy fix. Day of the wedding, the wiring ended up popping out and ended up CUTTING my sides really bad. Im just super bummed about it because I notice it in the pictures and was in pain.The second thing is, I had these sleeves that were supposed to unclip, but day of the wedding I realized that they were actually sewn on! I think this may have been miscommunication because at my second appointment I worked with another lady and didnt reiterate that I wanted the straps to come off. Don’t get me wrong my dress was stunning with it on, was just planning o. Taking them off at the reception.When you do alterations dont be shy to repeat or ask for clarifications. Everyone there is super friendly and will take the time to listen to you. They’re super responsive by phone and via email.Those were just two things that I also should have better communicated and double checked as a lot of money was spent on alterations ($800).

RK Bridal made dress shopping a great experience. I expected my appointment to go well because we enjoyed the experience when my sister went shopping at RK. But it was my first time shopping for a wedding dress of my own and I was apprehensive. I was in good hands with Sheryl, who guided me through the appointment and took care of everything I needed. She went above and beyond in even telling me the way to put on certain dresses so that they would look the best on my body. We found two dresses that were absolutely stunning and thats the best problem to have - picking between two gorgeous dresses. I am so grateful for Sheryls attentiveness and how well the day went!

I’m so glad I came here to get my dress. I originally picked this store to get a Morilee dress however left with two different ones! Sheryl is a blessing! She asked to see my inspiration/ what I was looking for and picked out perfect dresses. She saw me and immediately knew what type of dress I would need for my body type. She took as much time as I needed to help. I actually couldn’t pick from the dresses she pulled and got two within my budget! Overall an excellent experience!

I recently said yes to my dress at RK Bridal. Manny( Manuel) was my consultant, and he was amazing. From the very beginning, he was very attentive to all my dress requests! He nailed it with the very first dress! To be honest I went to RK only to try on several dresses with no intentions of leaving with one. I am so glad I stopped by and found my dress!

I had an amazing experience with Monica! She wasn’t pushy and she kept fairly unbiased really listening to what i had to say about each dress. She took the time to really figure out what I was looking for and ultimately found my dream dress. The whole RK team was very kind and helpful from the moment we arrived.

RK bridal was an incredible experience. This was my first time going wedding dress shopping and I was able to leave saying yes to the dress! I walked in with my “dream dress” in mind (I called ahead and made sure they had it before going) I tried it on and it just wasn’t “the one” .. Sheryl was the BEST I could’ve ever asked for. She saw my vision with my dream dress and gave me four other options (and was willing to give more) and each dress I communicated what I liked and disliked about each dress and was able to bring a better one each time until I said yes! Sheryl was so positive and honest which I loved! I was so scared that a consultant would just say it looked good on me to get the sale.. and she was so body positive too, I’m street size 10 in dresses and was so nervous about being squeezed in dresses that didn’t fit but she made me feel beautiful! And my dress was in my budget with alterations!! I couldn’t say one bad thing about my experience - thank you Sheryl and RK bridal!!!!

Found my wedding dress at RK Bridal. Doesnt feel as luxurious as other bridal salons, but you get what you pay for. Very wide selection of affordable dresses. Also, they do have some online promotions (maybe that was only during COVID lockdown?). Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a lot of options in a certain budget.

The dress buying process was positive. They respected budget and I found a dress I was happy with. The alterations however was terrible. The wait times were NEVER less than an hour no matter how early I got there. Even to pick up the dress to take home, I am currently sitting here for over an hour now. All they can tell me is that it is in the “machine” despite knowing I was coming to get it for two weeks. I am so eager to be done with the alterations process as a whole. Do better with scheduling. Expand the hours or hire more people if needed. I will be warning everyone I know not to use this place for alterations even if they get a dress here

I went to RK Bridal to look for a wedding gown. Dale was my personal bridal consultant.She walked with me through the showroom recommending different options that she thought I would like. The first dress that I tried on I instantly fell in love with! Dale made my experience super enjoyable and I am so grateful for her help.

She did an outstanding job in consulting me, picking the exact styles that I envisioned, and even checked in with me at my fitting appointments. I visited RK Bridal in February 2021 with a vision of my dream dress and was excited for my first bridal shop experience. I was greeted by Olga who listened to exactly what I was looking for and stayed within my budget - I fell in love with the second dress I tried on! Olga was an absolute angel and I had such a great experience with her!My dress came in this month and I worked with Diana for my try on appointment and fitting schedule. She was so accommodating and helped me find the perfect headpiece to complement my gown.Looking forward to my next trip to RK to tailor my gown perfectly!!

I had an amazing experience here, thanks to Nassim!RK Bridal is a bit different from your typical boutique-y bridal dress shops but rest assured, they will have the dress you are looking for! When you walk in, you see a sea of bridal dresses (I think a couple hundred at least?), plenty of options to choose from. They even have a make shift wedding aisle with cameras so you can watch the front and back view of yourself walking down the aisle, very cool!I learned that my stylist, Nassim, has a background in design which was very clear with her wealth of knowledge in fabrics, silhouettes and designs. She was also very easy to talk to and picked out a few dresses for me which all fit so well on my body! I had been to two other boutique bridal shops before and there were some hits but mostly misses, but not with Nassim! I trusted her 100% and so glad I did because I got the dress that I loved!It seems that RK Bridal also give 5% off your first order, but only on your first visit so it will be helpful to go in with an idea of what style / designer you are looking for.

Do not get your alterations here. They barely made any changes and it was $850!!! Also, they were supposed to do my bustle, walked down the aisle got back to the room to pin everything up and there was no bustle. Paid all that money for nothing and my dress got ruined because it couldnt pin it up. This place is a scam and honestly I should get my money back.Response to what you just said 22 minutes ago, you guys told me I didnt have to come in for my last fitting because you had completed everything. You showed me my bustle on my last visit however whatever you used to sew it wasnt attached and came undone when we tried to buttons it. It literally fell apart in my hands. I had to try and use safety pins to attach everything. Again, waste of money and time.I definitely did not forget, you never showed me how to buttons it and it came apart when we tried.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at RK Bridal!! Everyone was extremely friendly and nice! Sheryl was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing! I was originally so nervous, but just her energy was able to calm me down and let me have the best time! She knew exactly what I was looking for based on one photo I showed her! She is such a sweet woman and really knows what she is doing! I even had an appointment with another bridal salon the same day and I went back to RK within hours to say yes to the dress that Sheryl found for me because I couldn’t stop thinking about it! And the dress was even way under my budget!! They also let you take so many photos and videos there which is so important since once you find the dress you won’t be seeing it again for months! If you’re looking for a wonderful, relaxing experience wedding dress shopping definitely take a trip to RK, I’m quite sure they will not disappoint!!

I WISH I could give them less than one star. I bought my dress in 2019, and it came in in less than a week which was great. I was on time, if not early, to all of my appointments but their employees would often email me saying my appointment was cancelled because I was “late,” which I NEVER once was. I needed alterations, which RK promised to do. The alterations I needed were VERY minimal. Fast forward to the pandemic and RK gave me nonsense reasons as to why they couldn’t alter my dress and kicked me to the curb, even after I told them my wedding was postponed to almost a year and a half later. I guess it’s easy for a company to treat you badly AFTER they get your money. RK provided me with a list of “trustworthy tailors.” I went to a tailor RECOMMENDED BY THEM and the tailor RUINED my dress. I called RK about this and they tried to tell me they never recommended the tailor when they ABSOLUTELY did. RK LOVES to put the blame on everyone but themselves. Almost everyone who works at RK is either stuck up, rude, or just doesn’t care, which is MORE than evident in the passive aggressive responses they have given to other customers who have left negative reviews here. Don’t even get me started on the ignorant emails they sent to already stressed brides during the height of the pandemic which had the opening of “did your wedding change?” when they could have opened it with “I hope your families are safe and well.” RK does NOT care about their clients and only cares about the money they bring in. Go ANYWHERE else and avoid this place at all costs. Anyone I speak to who bought a dress here mentions how useless, rude, and terrible everyone magically becomes once a client purchases a dress. Absolutely disgusted with this whole company and I REGRET the day I bought a dress here.Response to owner: I’m not sure WHO cursed at you, but it was DEFINITELY not me nor anyone in my party. I was not “kicked out” of your shop either. I was actually begged to stay and offered a discount on my veil so I wouldn’t leave. Also, alterations weren’t given to me because your alteration department was “overwhelmed.” Like I said before, the tailor was ABSOLUTELY recommended from RK Bridal. Do better.

RK Bridal was the first stop on my journey to finding my wedding dress. I went in not expecting to fall in love with anything but boy was I wrong. Nadine did such an amazing job listening to not only myself, but also to my parents, and my three sisters. (Talk about opinions) Nadine never lost patience. Every dress she pulled was a worthy contender in some way. We all fell in love with the very last dress I tried on, it had every element we loved in the other dresses I had tried on before. I really felt as if Nadine went in the back and whipped up this dress just for me!Nadine said the minute she saw me in the dress in the dressing room and then saw my families reaction when they saw me in it she knew that this was the one, this was the dress for me. She went the extra mile to give me a bouquet to walk towards my parents and directed a full photoshoot that made me feel so special. My family and I were honored to have shared this pivotal bridal moment with Nadine.

RK Bridal was such an amazing experience! This was the first salon I went to in my bridal shopping journey and I could not recommend them enough! Sheryl knew exactly what dresses to pull and was able to suggest what looked best on me. She is literally your biggest advocate and puts you at such ease. It really was a wonderful experience and I am so happy I said yes to the dress at RK Bridal. My mom also found her MOB dress here!

I indicated clearly on my intake paperwork that I had already been to several bridal salons and simply wanted to try on several specific styles from Wtoo. When I get there, the stylist begins to ask me all sorts of questions about my wedding and the style. I answered, but I also let her know that this should be a fairly simple appointment because I already know the silhouettes I like and just want to focus our limited time trying on the dresses Id indicated ahead of time. The stylist balked and insisted that I need to try on multiple styles to figure out what I liked (which Id already done at 5 other salons...). She kept pushing, but I insisted on those dresses. When she takes me to go find the dresses (theyre all out on the floor), it turns out they only had ONE of the nearly 10 dresses Id marked on my intake forms. Id wasted so much time. Whats the point of intake paperwork if you dont review it at all? Just tell me you dont have those styles in stock, especially when they charge you $25 for a T-shirt (aka charge for the appointment). I get charging, as some places do that, but you should then be sure you review the intake forms and have what the client wants. I did not try on one dress and insisted on my money back.

Meredith said yes to the dress, and it was a personal, memorable, happy experience. Actually, it was perfect. RK Bridal is in a big space with lots of inventory. When we (bride, sister, mom) walked in the door, we were overwhelmed, and assumed we’d leave dazed and confused.Then we met Sheryl, our 5-star guide, who quickly made us feel as though we were in a small bridal salon. Within minutes she had a sense of what Meredith wanted and brought great dresses. We were in good - actually, great - hands. Sheryl stayed within our budget, gave practical advice on what to consider when choosing a dress, never made us feel rushed, and clearly cared that Meredith find the perfect one.And she did - thanks to Sheryl, who was engaged though never directive, responsive to Meredith, and professional all the way. We’re excited and will always appreciate Sheryl for her help and RK Bridal for the dress.

I was stunned that it had exactly all the components of a bridal gown I wanted, and it was well within my budget!! I fell in love with it immediately and said YES!!! Sheryl is super friendly, kind and charismatic. With almost 20 years of experience in bridal gowns, her passion and is knowledge is evident. She helped pick out a veil that matches the dress so well, and gave me sugestions on how my hair would look best! It was such a wonderful experience, I still cant believe it! We had the best experience looking for my wedding dress. Jen was AMAZING!!!!!!!! I’ve tried on a lot of dresses and been to a lot of stores and Jen was by far the BEST!!!!! The first dress she brought me was my dream dress. If you go to RK bridal, ask for Jen!!!!

Mary definitely dont forget a face and that is so amazing being that she deal with different people everyday. I also want to thank Nassim for helping me with my wedding dress. I had some dresses in mind and she picked out the first dress that I should try on. When I tried it on I said yes to the dress. She was also helpful and had a great eye to what would look good on me. I’ve bought two wedding dresses here for two of my daughters and I plan to take the third. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They stick within your price range and if you have special requirements (i.e.-a rush, or need extra fabric or lace) they know which dresses and designers can accommodate that.

Everyone who works here is amazing. Their alterations department does excellent work and they are very kind, especially Juan.

Absolutely LOVED my experience at RK Bridal. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I was a walk-in at 1pm (close to their closing time). As a last minute walk in, I didnt expect to get the same treatment as others, however, I was blown away. I was able to walk around and see all the designer gowns and watch all the beautiful brides walk down the aisle in their dream dress. My girl was Dale, who was nothing but AMAZING. Her energy and attention to detail was everything I needed. She listened to my concerns and my needs and brought my vision to life. The best part was that she kept the dress under my budget, PERFECT! They have a lot of staff available and plenty of rooms for brides to change in. If you have a style in mind, show them your picture, however, take their advice if they give you something else to try on. At the time of purchase, they require 50% deposit. My dress was a newer dress so it actually came in a week. Dont wait til the last minute because some dresses take months to order! I highly recommend this location and my girl Dale to all.

I rarely ever make reviews but this was The worst bridal shop experience I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t even know where to begin. I had a super busy schedule and didn’t have much time to shop around. Unfortunately, the representative helping me dismissed everything I told her and wasted two hours of my time and had no idea what she was doing. It was so upsetting. On top of that, every dress looks the same and cheap. Don’t bother if you’re a busy bride, know what you want, and don’t want your time wasted. This place is terrible and customer service was worse.

I bought my dress from RK Bridal back in October. I went for my first fitting with my own people. My dress is way too big. My measurements barely changed since I bought the dress so basically RK Bridal messed up my measurements and gave me a size 14 instead of a 10. Even when I asked the woman measuring me why would I be a 14 when I usually wear a 8-10 she said that wedding dress sizes differ from regular dresses. So I just took her word because she is the expert. I called RK while I was still with the seamstress to confirm my measurements are virtually the same. First the manager accused me of losing too much weight but again I was with the seamstress who confirmed I did not. Then he used the it’s been 5 months excuse. He didn’t even try to help me, just useless. The seamstress said due to my dress having so much beading that she will have to cut out the beading and reattach it which will cost me A LOT and change the design of the beading and style, which is the main reason why I loved the dress. I called again to try to rectify this issue but got absolutely no where again. However, in the second phone call it was revealed to me that the sample dress I tried on in the store was a size 12 which was too big so how on earth would I have been a 14? According to the sizing chart the person that measured me totally disregarded my buss and hips and only chose the size based on my waist. That didn’t make sense because my dress is laced up which gives me freedom to make it looser or tighter. The woman on the second call even said they don’t take it being lace up into consideration when sizing which is idiotic to me. My wedding is in 3 months and I’m so distraught over this. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY WON’T EVEN ATTEMPT TO HELP YOU EVEN WHEN IT’S THEIR FAULT!The photos show me in the sample dress size 12 which they used clamps to make it tighter on me

SO I am going to try to make this long story short. FIRST I need to say that Sheryl is absolutely one of the best human beings on this Earth. She is so real, kind and fun! FELLOW BRIDES, she will have YOUR back when it comes to your over-opinionated friends/ family members - this was very important for me. I visited many stores that did not understand what I was looking for, and put so much pressure on me to purchase a dress. It really stressed me out and made me believe that wedding dress shopping was actually nothing like we see in the movies and not fun whatsoever. After my previous experiences, I was feeling very disheartened, my spirits were low. As soon as I met Sheryl, she brought the life back into me, and I knew she was going to help me find the one. Sheryl, thank you so much for putting zero pressure on me and helping my super indecisive self find the perfect dress for my big day! For anyone who wants a magical experience, do not go anywhere else but RK Bridal and request Sheryl! You will NOT regret it!

I was referred to RK Bridal by a family friend. I have never been to a bridal boutique before so I had zero expectations. I went Saturday 2/27/21 and had Olga as my consultant. She was the absolute best!! She was so genuinely sweet, kind, patient and thorough. Olga loves her job and it shows. I explained to her what I was looking for (I had specific dresses in mind) and she was so accommodating. I actually ended up purchasing the wedding gown that she recommended based off of my taste! I honestly didn’t think I was going to wind up saying “yes to a dress” at my first appointment, but I did. It was truly a testament to how amazing Olga was.I have yet to get my gown in hand since it was just purchased. I can’t speak to anything other than my wonderful experience with Olga. I’m hopeful that everything else will be just as easy and enjoyable

If you could leave no stars I would.. As much high hopes as I had for this place, today was such a disappointment. Ive had 2 friends actually purchase dresses from this location so Im familiar with the process. TODAY was just sad. From the person who took care of my friend to how she constantly put her down because of her budget. A price range was stated, including a style. My friend was told she was not allowed to look on the floor due to covid, however there were MULTIPLE brides on the floor that were looking around. Even recording their experience. Then, dresses NOT in the brides price range were being pulled to then be condescending and told oh but its out of your price range THEN WHY WOULD YOU PULL THE DRESS?? Even the styles, cant tell you how many mermaids were pulled after saying NO MERMAID. We were also told rk is the only place that has the best prices and anywhere else we went would be $5000 plus. Whoever helped, you were absolutely terrible, and you comission hungry self was such a disgusting experience. I hope to all future brides do not allow someone to bring you down. As beautiful as rk is and as happy as Ive seen 2 friends walk out that place with expensive dresses. Its a disappointment that if a bride comes in with a smaller budget she is looked down on. We had to push to go on the floor, frowned upon for looking at the sale rack and dresses we pulled consultant took back because I guess they werent profitable enough for her and it wasnt the style that was mentioned but the ACTUAL BRIDE PULLED THE DRESS HERSELF!!.. At that point there was no fight left. When we left the consultant basically tossed us, never said goodbye and when we looked over she was on to the next bride.

I started my gown search at RK Bridal, and Im sorry to say I wouldnt recommend it. The associate who helped me was lovely and worked really hard but the overall environment ruined the experience. When I arrived for my appointment there were tons of other brides with the same appointment time (this was before COVID restricitions were lifted and it was packed). Instead of helping each person as they checked in, they had everyone stand together, then called your name like it was a roll call in a high school gym class. Then it was just chaos trying to wade through all the gowns in the show room. The gowns online did not seem to actually be carried in the store. I tried on a number of dresses without much success. I really felt for the woman helping me because once my appointment reached the one hour mark, her manager came over and reprimanded her for taking too much time with me. It made me sick to my stomach. I wasnt going to be pressured into buying something I didnt want, and I really was not comfortable shopping with them after seeing the way they treat their workers. I only gave the second star for how great the associate was, otherwise this would have been a one star experience.

Came for a mother of the bride dress. The place was organized, clean and massive. Mary helped us out, was honest and worked he rbut off helping multiple people with a smile. unfortunately the dress we wanted was too late to order but prices were great.

This was my forth salon to go to, and by far the only bad shopping experience Ive had. My consultant wasnt friendly at all and honestly didnt act like she cared one bit about me or being at work. Since all my other salons had been simular, I was expecting the same experience but it definitely wasnt. She almost made me feel bad when I didnt like a dress and annoyed it wasnt the one. I kept asking for none low cut necklines and she kept putting me in them. Any questions I asked she would give a vague answer for so Im not sure of she was just not sure the actual answer or was just not wanting to interact at all. Then when asked to try on my fav #1 choice dress from a previous salon, she completely changed her attitude and became insanely animated, saying how amazing I was and how it was the one. Then when I decided to not buy she because super rude again and asked why am I even looking if Im not ready to commit. Just overall bad, bad experience and I would never give my commission to her. Also, not sure if they dont have ac being NYC, but it is VERY hot in there and Im the person who is always cold. Was so sweaty which isnt ideal when trying on wedding dresses.Considering all the good reviews, I going to chalk it up to something happened in her life that day and she just wasnt in the right mindset to be there. (My bridesmaids are convinced she was just hung over which is a possibility with how she was acting).Either way, customer lost when it comes to a huge purchase like a wedding dress.

I found my dream dress at RK Bridal yesterday! RK was my third bridal store and it was an amazing experience. Im a size 14 in bridal, so there have been dresses where I felt absolutely horrible in at each appointment. I felt truly beautiful in the dresses at RK. My mom, brother, and mother-in-law were greeted at the front desk very warmly and Hannah greeted us quickly. I did a TON of digging on their website and on my own beforehand, so I brought a bunch of photos of dresses that I loved. There was also a dress to beat from my morning appointment at BHLDN. I showed the dress that I fell in love with at BHLDN to Hannah and she completely understood why I fell in love with it. I showed her a total of 11 dresses that I wanted to try, but she started with 5 to see what would look good on me/what I would like.There were definitely some that were obviously not the ones, but Hannah was so honest and encouraging. I felt like she really knew me and she really wanted to help me find my dream dress. I tried on the first batch of 5 and didnt totally love any, but there was one dress that I saw in the salon and knew I had to try on. I asked Hannah if she could pull it for me and she said definitely! She actually let me know it was from a trunk show and they were about to send the samples back that same night. It truly felt like fate. I put the dress on and immediately felt stunning. My family loved it as well, but I was a bit unsure because it was a completely different style from the BHLDN one and honestly, a different vibe from everything else I had tried. Compared to the BHLDN dress, the one from RK was clearly the right choice. Its more bridal and a perfect combination of classic, sexy, simple, and blingy. What truly sealed the deal and blew me away was the veil Hannah put on me. I had my moment, the one Id seen so many brides have and knew that I was done looking. My family was crying, I was crying, and everyone in the salon was so encouraging and reassured me that this was the right dress.Hannah went above and beyond to make sure we ordered the right size. She measured me and then had the owner also measure me when she saw where I landed on the size chart. The sample I tried on was a size 12, but the chart said I was supposed to be in an 18. Hannah felt that wasnt right, so she did the professional thing and double-checked with her boss! She was seriously amazing and wanted to make sure I was in the right size. We ended up ordering a 16 because she put me in the same designers size 14, but even that was a little snug. I was also offered 10% off because it was my first appointment at RK and I was buying a dress! Their prices are fair and definitely doable. My budget was $2,000 and I ended up getting my dream dress for $1400 before tax.I cant wait to put the dress back on and to order my veil and hairpiece at RK when I go to pick up my dress! Seriously an amazing experience and I 100% recommend asking for Hannah if you go!

RK Bridal was amazing from every step of the process. I walked in on a Tuesday morning with my sister and mom and we we very excited to potentially walking out knowing which one would be THE DRESS. Everyone was super friendly and Malak helped me narrow down. She is an absolute professional. I had tried on 4 dresses and although they were beautiful, they werent the one. So Malak told me to hold on a second she has the perfect dress for me based on our discussions. She came back with THE DRESS and it was surely the one. It was gorgeous and I am so glad Malak was so amazing. We werent there longer than 2 hours and I had picked my dress, veil and had all my alterations appointment. I loved this place so much that i brought my bridesmaids here and they found their bridesmaids dresses here along with my maid of honors dress. Everyone loved their dresses and the alteration process was just as smooth. I also brought my dress to be cleaned and preserved and had it back within weeks. Amazing team and place. How do you check a designers inventory to see whats in stock without measuring a woman to find out what size she wears? If youre not a bride, they will not measure you. I was told they measure brides because theyre making a larger purchase, which is just another way of saying they have no interest in customers who arent spending thousands of dollars. In my opinion, thats terrible customer service, and my friend had a bad experience. She felt the staff was unaccommodating and unhelpful.

I went to RK Bridal for a special occasion dress. Sheryl worked with me and she was incredibly knowledgeable, energetic, and genuine in her wish for me to find “the dress”. She did and amazing job and made the experience of shopping for my special occasion pleasurable. I highly recommend working with Sheryl and this shop for your special occasion needs.

I already had this place on the top of my list as I had two prior friends say yes to the dress at this very location. In February 2020, I came here with friends to try on some dresses for my 9/30/20 wedding. Lauren was super helpful and help me get an idea of what kind of dress I was looking for. Then the shut down occurred and my wedding date was changed to June. I came in January 2021 and due to an unexpected mix up I was paired with Sheryl. She was awesome. She saw pictures of the dresses I previously tried on and then came back with about 6 dresses all within my budget. The first dress that I tried on we all knew was the one but we all indulged ourselves and tried on the other dresses. Needless to say when we put back on the first dress I said yes. This place is always my first recommendation when someone is looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses. Prices are reasonable and everyone who works there is nice and accommodating. Even during these pandemic times, I felt comfortable that precautions were in place to make my guest and I feel comfortable.

What an amazing experience!! They are such a gem in NYC! I literally visited over 15 bridal shops looking for my perfect dress. I came to NYC thinking I’m definitely going to find it at Kleinfeld(which was a disappointing experience). This place was literally the final stop on my NYC list and I ended up picking the very first dressed I tried on!!! Sheryl my consultant is an amazing human being who genuinely cared and empowered me throughout the appointment! Sheryl really brought so much joy back into the dress shopping experience for me after I had been discouraged and defeated. She was my fairy bride mother! She listened and brought out 10 dresses that matched my description and well under my budget. I said yes to the very first one!! I left happy! We will be coming back for bridesmaid dresses and definitely asking for her again! I am so happy to be an RK bride! What a beautiful and personable experience! I felt like a bride!❤️❤️❤️

The place was big and had a lot of dresses to choose from. I had the pleasure of having Manny be my stylist, and he helped me out soo much! I brought inspiration images for dresses that I liked and he pulled out some amazing dresses. The first one I tried on, I fell in love with, and it is actually the one I said yes to in the end. Plus he helped me find a simpler dress to change into afterwards, as well as my first wedding with just our parents and siblings for this year. Both dresses were stunning and coincidentally made by the same designer ☺️. I give this place and Manny a 5 star review because the experience was absolutely amazing!!

Came here during covid and they were very serious about hand washing as soon as we walked in. Temperature checks and tracing. After all those procedure we got assigned with Olga. Olga was the sweetest and more personal assistant ever. She made sure I was comfortable and not going to pick a dress that I would feel not confident in wearing on my special day. She wasnt pushy and brought out different types of styles for me to try on. We went around the shop and pulled about 5 gowns to try. Theres a area with screen to see the back as you walk. Many accessories and bridal jewelry to also pick from. Cute how they have a photo booth area to take a pic. I told Olga my specification and she pulled up a dress in mind. The 1st dress I tried on that she recommended was the one I ended up leaving with. Her experience and keen eye really helped me find my dress so quickly. I never felt this assured about a dress. My dress happened to be discontinued and last size. Felt as if it was fate because it fitted me like a glove and just matched my style. She was so sweet that she even packed my dress up instead of rushing to the next person unlike the cashier who was blunt and short with us.

I bought my dress from RK Bridal and the woman who ordered my dress, she purposely ordered two sizes too big. Knowing, when I get my dress altered, they can charge me the full $850. I was outraged and I have never seen such corrupt business in my entire life. Needless to say, my dress was on sale and it was only $700. Why would they think I would spend $850 on alterations, is besides me! Never again! In addition to all of that, they handed out a paper to all the brides that clearly states, alterations are up to $850. The woman at the front desk tried to explain to me, if RK Bridal took out 1 in vs 20 ins, it is $850. No matter what they do to the Dress. Which I found to be very misleading.

Sheryl/Cheryl treated my bff like a princess. Shes not into a lot stuff on a dress. She found us elegant dresses we could add a splash of bling to! I was so impressed, I will definitely recommend to other future brides.

I had gotten a dress from a store in Chicago and they ruined it 2 weeks before my wedding. Flew to New York hoping to have better luck. The ladies at RK were so friendly and helpful! They have beautiful gowns and great service! I highly recommend checking out this glamorous shop for your dress!

This place was filled with many dresses. My appointment was for my MOH to try on bridesmaid dresses (I also had my mother with me) so I can start narrowing down what dresses I’d like. The dresses and all were great, the experience was not all that great. The consultant which we had didn’t seem too attentive to us. It almost felt like she didn’t really care for what I envision for my ladies to wear. When my MOH was trying on the dresses my mother and I were the ones zipping and clipping her in the dress and the consultant was just standing on the side. Then halfway through our appointment she disappeared, and a different consultant actually stepped in to help for a brief moment while she was with her appointment. Realized later when we were done and leaving that she left and was helping a different client. My original consultant did bring over many dresses which were beautiful and I appreciate, but she didn’t make the experience all that great which was unfortunate.

My consultant was Olga and she was just wonderful! She sat with me to discuss and to look at pictures of dresses I liked. We pulled dresses together and she had me pull a few on my own, which I appreciated. While trying the dresses on, she was patient in answering my questions and explaining the details of each dress. Her patience and knowledge made my dress shopping and decision making joyous and stress free!! I can tell that Olga enjoys what she does as it shows in her warm, caring, and fun personality. I also interacted with other staffers at RK Bridal who were all professional and inviting!

Upon my arrival I was paired with Sheryl, she began by asking me about the dresses I liked. I showed her one I had already tried on that I was liking at the moment; and she said “I’m gonna beat it” She brought me many options for dresses and listened to all of my wants. She was honest, to the point and I just LOVED her energy. I felt like I was with a friend, she made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and of course, heard. I loved how honest she was with me, and at one point she even told me I was doing too much by trying on so many different styles; she was right. The bridal consultant we got was absolutely amazing her name is Sheryl. She picked out the most perfect dresses for the bride within our budget. She had amazing energy, and made us all feel excited and happy throughout the fitting. Shes extremely relatable and down to earth and helped us find the Brides dream dress. Sheryl is an absolute gem. I heard of RK Bridal from family when I was a young girl and I knew I would check them out when it was my time to get married. I went in for an appt in August with no intention of finding the one on my first dress try on. Sheryl pulled a handful of dresses and was very honest with me. She has a great eye and knows what works with your look. She wants you to look elegant, classy and to own YOUR day. I appreciated her feedback so much. Im so excited to wear my dress. Every time I look at it I love it more, even the accessories she showed me are undefeated by anything else I have looked at, So I will be going with those. Im not the easiest to please, Im very particular and Im researcher. However Sheryl was able to find something for me on the 1st appt, that fit my budget and is just breathtaking! Shes amazing! Who could imagine wedding dress shopping during a pandemic? RK Bridal made it as easy as possible in a very Covid safe environment. The kind owner welcomed us and showed us around until our appointment began with Malak. There were so many dresses that we were overwhelmed, but Malak did a great job in narrowing down our choices. Though we didn’t find “the dress” that day, we thank Malak and RK Bridal for all their help in getting us on the right track with kindness and no pressure.

My consultant Mary was absolutely fantastic.. Mary was not just encouraging and engaging she provided her professional suggestions, which were great.

Rewind back to February 2020, before we really knew how bad Covid would be. You could meet up with friends, have dinner at a restaurant, and shop for a wedding dress. Much simpler times. At this point, I had probably been to 4-5 other bridal shops so I was so ready to find the one. I had tried to keep it in NJ so I could avoid paying tax on the dress but I had exhausted all my options (that were close by and affordable), and a few people had recommended RK Bridal, so I decided to give it a try. Located in NYC (by the West Side Highway - its only about a 10 minute drive from the Lincoln Tunnel), youd automatically assume that prices would be higher just because its located in Manhattan. But thankfully, that wasnt the case. Of course they have dresses that can cost thousands of dollars but if youre like me and dont want to spend thousands of dollars on a dress, they have that too.I wish I could remember the name of the employee who helped me with the dresses (it was a small, older lady) because she really listened to what I was looking for in a dress. I actually found the one because I saw it on one of their display posters, tried it on, and ended up loving it. We placed a deposit and the dress was scheduled to arrive in mid-July (took a bit longer since most wedding dresses in general are made in China and many factories were closed there due to the pandemic).Fast forward to July. My dress has arrived! My only gripe was that they never actually told me it had arrived. I had to follow up with them. I was able to make an appointment for that Saturday to try on the dress to see if it was the correct style/color/size. I was very happy that they followed social distancing guidelines. Only two people allowed per group (the bride + a guest so I brought my mom of course). Upon arrival, you have to wash your hands, and they also take your temperature. Everyone is wearing a mask.Since I live in NJ, I was able to have the dress shipped and forgo the sales tax. They shipped via FedEx the same day and it arrived on the following Tuesday (signature required, so another plus).My wedding has been postponed but I will be looking forward to doing my alterations with them once I have the new date figured out. Im told the alteration dates book up fast so keep that in mind!

Olga was so patient, informative, and kind throughout my entire dress shopping experience. This was my first time going dress shopping and she made me feel so comfortable with the entire process! She genuinely cared about me finding the “right” dress for me and took the time to help me pick out dresses that were my preferred style and budget. 1/5 stars for customer serviceThe person who was helping me was in a hurry to go home and close the store rather than help me. She was giving me dresses and making me wear it because she thinks it will look good on me. She kept saying I look “beautiful” just to make me buy something before I leave ( thats how it felt like, she was in a hurry and didnt listen to anything I was saying)I told her what exactly I wanted and she didnt get it. I tried to explain I like A-line and lace but she kept pulling out dresses out of my budget which were all ball gown and full of bling.I was really looking forward to this place but horrible customer service experience.

Felt deceived by their process. I went in with an $800 budget and spent more then that on my dress. When I bought the dress I was told the alterations should be simple. When I picked up the dress I was quoted and additional $850 for alterations. This was really upsetting, especially because I felt like they ordered the dress in the wrong size and if they had just ordered it in the size that I usually wear it wouldnt be so outrageous. The woman also implied that if I didnt want to spend the money I could wear the dress as is while I was standing there and it was sliding off me.

The place is absolutely stunning beautiful dresses everywhere. I had Sheryl and she was the best! She asked what i was looking for and how my wedding is planned to look and she found dresses that matched everything I imagined and more! Upon entering RK Bridal the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I was paired with consultant Ms. Sheryl and my experience with her was one to remember. I came with my vision and she delivered! The first dress she selected for me along with 4 others and I tried on I just felt it was my dress. Sheryl even went as far as to take pics of me in it and place me on the runway. She added an accessory which was hair jewelry and Veil that went perfect with the dress. I wanted to cry, I looked beautiful! I had an amazing bridal shopping experience at RK Bridal! I went to RK Bridal super last minute (3 weeks before my ceremony). But, I got my dress, accessories, and veil all on the same day and within my budget! My family dialed in virtually from overseas. Sheryl took many photos, put my on the runway, and helped show the dress to my family over the phone! She was also very honest, kind, and fun!! I am so glad I met her today! RK Bridal is the biggest wedding dress secret that doesnt need to be a secret in America. After trying a bunch of other bridal boutiques and not finding anything, someone referred me to RK Bridal and Sherryl. WELL HONEY!!!! SHERRYL is the bridal whisperer!! I AM SERIOUS!!! The first dress - she introduced me to was a GAME CHANGER. It was an entirely new style that I hadnt considered and I instantly fell in love with. SHERRYL is so kind, warm, and genuine. Frankly, I wanted to snatch her to join my bridal party. She is that good!!! Sherryl was intuitive so much so that she figured out that I had sensitive skin which meant certain fabrics or design details wouldnt work for me. No other bridal shop picked up on that!!! Also, she is very calming. A lot of bridal boutiques place so much pressure on selecting a dress instantly that you are sometimes overwhelmed with that on top of being with family at the bridal fittings which can be dreadful. Sherryl kept me calm and happy which meant I was present for the moment to experience the feeling of being a joyful bride! Last but not least - They have video cameras in a hall where you can walk the walk to see your dress on the television monitors. AGAIN - SHERRYL and RK Bridal are game changers for your bridal dress.

Im so happy to have experienced my first time trying on wedding gowns at RK Bridal. Service was right on time. No wait time. My consultant,  SHERYL was exceptional, to say the least!! She took great care of me and understood just what I wanted after just 2 minutes of me talking. I couldnt go wrong with any drezs she showed me. I had an immediate bridal appointment after my session with RK Bridal, it was NOT the same. I was excited to go because of the name and tv show but after my 3rd dress i was not happy with the effort of the consultant. I wasnt heard at all. Waste of time. I was a little bummed at first when told that I could only try on ~5 dresses during my appointment, but honestly, I didnt need more than that. The consultant (I believe it was Nadine) really listened to what I was looking for but also knew what would look good on me / match my style. I ended up with something I hadnt even thought about and felt beautiful. On top of that, the whole store felt super safe with respect to COVID protection. Definitely worth a visit!

ZERO STARS. DO NOT BUY HERE. Ordered bridesmaids dresses during covid, pictures displayed inaccurate dresses on their website. Completely different looking/fitted dresses came. Cheap and terrible, unwearable. Wrong material/colors. Black spots on gold dresses. When asked about the black spots their response was “it’s supposed to be like that” but it was not shown in the pictures. The second time I asked they said they couldn’t see any black spots that I clearly showed them. I asked for an exchange because the dresses can not even be worn they are so bad and they said “well no exchanges because of covid”. Extremely rude and unhelpful every step of the way.

My experience was amazing at RK Bridal. I was able to get an appointment next day as a last minute decision and specifically came here because they were one of the few stores within 50 miles of me that carried the dress I wanted to try on. They have a huge selection of dresses and styles with great prices. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived and showed us where to browse around until my appointment started. The best part of my experience was working with my consultant, Olga. She was amazing, super sweet, and very honest. She knew exactly what to say, giving her professional opinion but never too much or too pushy. It was nice to have an opinion outside of my family that I could tell was genuine. Even after just meeting that day, Olga had a good sense of which dresses fit my personality better than others. Sure lots of dresses can look good, but the real decision comes when you find a dress that goes with your venue, your personality, and that doesnt take the attention off of you as the bride. Olga knows exactly how to balance these things to help you. When I decided on my dress, Olga made sure that we got a picture with my sisters and mom to remember the day. She is one of the sweetest women ever!

OMG, Where do I even start! RK Bridal is the place that every bride should go to find their dream dress, I promise you! Sheryl is the consultant that you NEED to help you through this beautiful process. May I emphasize NEEEED! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by her beautiful sweet spirit! I knew right away it was going to be an amazing experience. Sheryl was so patient, kind, honest, and so much fun! She LISTENED to what kind of dress my heart desired and when she went to pull dresses, she did not disappoint! It was so hard to decide between everything she pulled for me because it was so perfectly beautiful for ME! Its like she has known you for years! My beautiful family was very opinionated but she handled it so gracefully and had my back lol. I said Yesssss to my perfect dress! But what was so amazing was that I got more than a dress! Sheryl was like the big sister I never had but always wanted, she genuinely in heart wanted the best for me and wanted me to be so happy with my dress. She even spoke encouraging words to me that was so spot on for what I had been experiencing, she had no idea what I had been experiencing. Her encouraging words were spot on!!! She even prayed with me, I needed that! God is good! I felt so blessed to experience Sheryl help me through this process! I never once felt pressured or rushed. They make you feel like you have a million bucks to spend, no matter your budget. RK Bridal and their entire staff was just outstanding. Even all the staff just walking by were extremely kind to me! What a refreshing experience!

Sheryl and Lauren were amazing and super sweet. They are very insightful and really tried to figure out what kind of dress I liked and what worked for me. They were both very accommodating and were helpful in taking pictures and videos of every dress that I liked. I highly recommend this place!

You guys.This was my second time going to RK bridal, the first time was 2 days ago, and this time I went in to buy the dress that I tried on with my consultant, Nadine, on my first appointment. It was the dress I picked out before I even made an appointment at RK Bridal. I always told people that I probably wasnt going to have that emotional connection to a piece of clothing since just about everyone was telling me that you will know when you know but Im very analytical and realistic, so after trying on dresses after dresses, I just didnt think I fit into that special category of people that gets a feeling over a dress.During the first appointment, I felt like the dress was beautiful, I actually didnt hate it, it had every aspect of what I was looking for, but Nadine made sure that I slept on it so I dont make any decisions Ill regret, but we both agreed that this is probably the one.2 days later, I woke up, called for an appointment because I felt like I slept on it enough, and thought that the dress could work and quite frankly, I was just over dress shopping. I was given a 12:30 time slot and was paired up with, the one and only Sheryl. This woman, was PHENOMENAL. We tried on 2 dresses first, including what I thought I was going to purchase and a different silhouette. She went into great details on the pros and cons of both dresses, and for me, who knit picks everything, her walking me through what she sees, in ways I understood, was a complete blessing. And because I came alone, (my MOH is locked down in Australia and my mom lives in Korea and my BMs are all out of state)Then she said, let me show you what I mean when I say that that back doesnt complement you, so you can compare then she brought over, MY dress. THE dress.I stepped in the dress, she didnt even need to clamp the back of this, it just zipped up and fit perfectly.Then I got chills. I wasnt cold. I was sweating buckets. And I got chills. Over and over again.And then I didnt even do the whole talking myself into it - mm I like the back of this, but not the front, but it could work - and then not even the whole - my arms look huge in this, but I could lose a few pounds i guess...With this dress, I didnt even look at any of the flaws. I just looked at me. And I felt gooooood.And the price was INCREDIBLE. I went in with such a low budget, Ive definitely been budget shamed in the past, and Sheryl made me feel none of that.Sheryl was my hype woman. She made me feel like I wasnt doing this alone. Im sure she works on commission and by her bringing me a much lower priced gown and being happy for me when I bonded with this dress, it truly showed that she cares for her brides. I appreciate the hell out of that.I cant thank Sheryl and Nadine enough!Thank you!!

My wedding was initially planned for the end of June. When calling RK in April to inquire about the planned alteration appointments I had for the first week of May, they responded with a templated email that they would not do my dress nor any brides through July and that I would have to have it shipped out by a specific date. I was very upset that no one called to communicate this and I only found out because I was pro-active and reached out to them. It was unprofessional and caused much stress to figure out how to get the dress shipped in time and find a different alteration place. Luckily I moved the wedding back 5 weeks and sorted it out myself. However, I will say their collection is immense and Monica was very helpful in finding the perfect Essence of Australia dress for myself.

I had a wonderful experience here! It was my first and only time going dress shopping, and they made the whole process so easy and fun. They have a huge selection of gowns, so I didnt feel limited in my choices at all. And Monica, my consultant, was amazing! I showed her a few pictures of dresses that I liked, and she completely understood what I was going for. She pulled so many beautiful dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. I couldnt believe that I found a dress on my very first shopping outing, but Monica really knocked it out of the park with a beautiful gown – and a matching veil! – that came in under budget. Highly recommend!

A very average/sub average experience at RK Bridal. There is a huge selection of dresses, but my consultant - although nice - offered almost no help in selecting gowns. I had looked on their website before coming in and taken pictures, but unfortunately nearly every dress I had wanted to try was not in the store. My consultant brought in one dress that missed the mark, and I let her know what I didnt love in the dress and what I was looking for. Instead of pulling new gowns she sent me into the showroom on my own with zero guidance for where to begin looking. She began working with another customer and did not come back to help. This was overwhelming and very difficult as all the dresses are in garment bags and not organized by silhouette. This was compounded by the fact that you could only try on 5 dresses in total, given cleaning protocols, so I felt pressured to not try on any gown I wasnt sure of. Overall, it was a really frustrating and disheartening experience. Would certainly start your search elsewhere or hope for a more knowledgeable/engaged consultant when you arrive.

If I could less then 1 star I would. More like -5 stars. It would take Way too long to list everything that went bad. Suffice to say I would never recommend this store. Absolutely horrible. Store closed while we were still in the place waiting for one of the 10 bridesmaids dresses. None of them fit right.

SherylIf you have an opportunity to go here it is absolutely worth the trip. I had sheryl as my bridal consultant and she made my first consultation everything I had hoped for. I think one thing you might not even think of that will be very important in deciding on a dress is the chemistry btwn you and your consultant. She was so gracious, efficient, and really put me at ease. She was so perceptive and could pick up on our body language to tell if we liked something. Sheryl was able to look at my pictures and really see my vision for myself. She pulled dresses for me that were very much what I was looking for. She is clearly very experienced in what she does. She was able to cinch everything in just the right places to really help me get a better picture of how things were going to fit. I was not the typical crying or big reaction bride but when she put on the fittings and walked me into the camera room I did really feel like a bride. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t pressure me to buy if I wasn’t 100% sold. She also helped analyze my top 2 contenders. I can’t say enough good things about her skill set. I went to another place after RK and I can tell you that you won’t get the same care elsewhere. Her level of experience and care is levels above!

RK was the last store I visited after a full day of shopping, it was a weekend, and I had to wait about 90mins-2hrs until I saw a stylist. In between waitinf I browsed the rack on my own getting lost in the sea of dresses. After all day of seeing dresses all of them started to look alike then I started to worry and maybe thought of throwing in the towel & just leaving but NO I sucked up the wait & finally was in the dressing room. The great thing was after all day trying dresses on I knew exactly what I was looking for. My stylist honed in on this and knew exactly what I wanted. I picked out a dress from the floor and we both agreed that was MY DRESS! It was a great experience and was so happy I finally found it!!! I was a 1000% sure and didnt feel pressure at all. I was a little hesitant after the fact about delivery of the gown if it would come in on time since I was getting married in December and had visited RK in August. Fingers crossed it came in a week or 2 earlier than expected!!!! I was sooo happy! Thank you RK bridal for making this a smooth & enjoyable process.

What an amazing experience! I was surprised by the large array of dresses they offer. Very professional and patient people in a calm environment. I do recommend booking an appointment though which made the whole experience even better. My consultant was Nassim. She was so lovely and understanding. She knew exactly what I wanted and even though I chose the very first dress that I tried on, she still brought similar styles to help me assert my decision. I tried 4 dresses in total. My mom also ended up buying her dress and thanks to Sandy who jumped right in and went above and beyond to find her the perfect mother of the bride dress. She was so sweet, energetic and patient and it was such a pleasure to be served by her.Unfortunately, I had to cancel my try on and pick-up appointment so they reached out to me to see whether I needed my dress stored or delivered. I had to opt for delivery due to the current situation. The dress and veil arrived in less than two days along with journey updates. Both arrived in a perfect condition. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! It’s nice and clean the staff is friendly they also have a huge variety of gowns.. SHERYL was awesome! she makes your vision come to life! She’s great at what she does, gives her honest opinion and her main focus is to cater to the bride’s idea/vision. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family and I know they will walk out of there with a gown and a smile.

After checking a few places out for my wedding gown, RK Bridal was the one that I found had the most options in terms of style and there are dresses for every budget. I was able to find my dress with Lauren who helped me tremendously in finding my dream dress. Also the alterations team and Juan were gems. I would 1000% recommend you go to RK bridal.

I’m almost in tears. DO NOT SHOP HERE.I went for my appointment - it was rushed. They will definitely put you under pressure to buy a dress. After I picked a dress the lady went on the phone, gave me some paperwork to sign and kept me waiting while trying to place an order. End. She didn’t explain any policies to me. Just told me to sign.I came back less than 24 HOURS and was told I could not cancel without losing $750! The dress had not shipped and the order had not processed. Instead of being kind they went into a dispute with my bank. I am in tears because they have no heart. They work with brides all the time and their bottom line is MONEY. I will fight this until my wedding day. WHO wants to throw away $750 on nothing. My heart is completely broken. DO NOT get your dress here. I repeat DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS HERE. If any of the reps are reading this, you should definitely reconsider how you treat your customers. I have never heard of anything like this in a bridal shop, especially if the bride comes back within the SAME DAY. My heart is completely shattered.If they succeed I will be out $750 and have NO dress. It is horrendous. Save yourself and do not come here.

I cant express this enough REID AND CANDACE ARE AMAZING!!! If & when I get them on the phone they always know my language lol Its never I time where I feel frustrated on the phone with them. They have made planning at RK a BREEZE! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH
