Ive only used this store once and I wont use them again. I ordered 2 books, and my receipt said my total was one amount; a couple hours later I got my shipping notice with a total that was 50% higher. I wasnt able to cancel the order since it was a Sunday, and the store doesnt provide return shipping service. They claim that they have the right to substitute new books for used books without letting the student know in advance. I sent the books for a return, but it turns out that returns are only accepted during a 5-hour window on Tuesdays and Thursdays, making it almost impossible to successfully make a return. This is a shady business that takes advantage of Baruch students--avoid it if you can.

Crowded on the first week of a semester since students are here for text books and other sources. Hoodie, T-shirt, and pants are on sale sometimes.

I was able to order what I wanted. Which is what you want when you access a stores website.

Ordered a textbook that never arrived. Email reply took 10 days. Asked for cancellation/refund and store-manager agreed. 25 days later get charged again for the same book plus $19 shipping fee. No reply from store manager yet on this. Store is either shady or poorly ran. Find a different service and save yourselves a headache.

Super friendly staff. I went there this afternoon to get USD80 worth of T-shirts and sweatshirts. Wherever I travel around the world, I collect college and university T-shirts - its my way of supporting education around the world. The young lady at the cash register was super friendly and helpful, which made me doubly pleased to support Baruch College.Will be going to Union Square later to get NYU merchandise.

Small, with a Starbucks (?) inside. Super friendly staff. They get you books. Normally closed the weekends (open the first couple of Saturdays at beginning of semester).

Wouldnt let me use my reusable cup or my gift card. All i wanted was tea :/ but I got my book for college so thats all that matters

There were no books. But there was coffee and a place to sit. Mostly empty right now easy to see it being a popular stop when school starts back up.

A lil bit expensive but its fine... Very nice service.
