I purchased a shower gel set online & loved the scent so much I decided to go to the Hudson Yards store and explore. I wanted a new cologne. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. I mentioned a few things that I liked and she said “Ah you’ll love this Labdanum Dusk”. And she was right, I did. After smelling a few more I left with the original Labdanum Dusk. The store is beautiful and the staff terrific.

Assane is the best employee I have ever encountered at a store. He was more focused on tending to me as a person rather than seeing me as someone to help boost his quota for the day. He truly made me feel like I was there not only to buy a scent, but to experience Molton Brown. I first-hand witnessed his patience with another guest and was amazed with his people skills. I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars. Molton Brown will be my go to store to recommend to friends and family just from Assane.

Today my wife and I got the perfect treatment from Assane (~Ah-sahn~). His salesmanship was perfect; knowledgeable, welcoming, yet easygoing.It’s my wife’s birthday week— so we went to see if they had something similar to a perfume she got years ago from them.They didn’t have the same pomegranate scent, but Assane suggested a perfect substitute (suede orris) which, after a small spray and 5 hours, smells absolutely fantastic!My wife is enamored with the new perfume and we both had to shout out our extra positive experience with Assane! Thank you brother! 🙏🏼

First time buying product from this brand and came into the store to find the scent I like. Assane was very friendly and offered super helpful advise to help me find the body lotion I liked.Very happy with my purchase!

Hands down the best store location. I love molton brown and treat myself every year. I learned about from my stay at Oheka Castle. I want to thank Assane for being patient with me and being completely knowledgeable in the products. I asked for gift wrapped and he delivered !!! Thank you Assane.

Update 2/2/20 - MB has added fragrances, candles, and diffusers to its product line - same great scents as the other products with an addition here and there. They have a test that ends with the fragrance thats right for you. So I played along. Coincidence? It recommended orange bergamot, which I have been using in lotion and body was form for years!And as always, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Also generously offered tester size cologne so I could test wear.IMO, MB is so much better in product quality and experience than its competitors, particularly sabonGreat products. Even better store. Friendly. Helpful with good advice. The take the time to explain and demonstrate. Really a pleasure. And the best skin care products Ive ever tried.

Ive tried dozens of brands of toiletries, either through my travels or through the samples Ive encountered in various hotels, and Molton Brown is definitely in the top two. (The other? Neals Yard.) Prices are reasonable, quality is fantastic, scents are uniformly wonderful and in some cases -- suspend your disbelief -- MANLY. If you know a man even faintly interested in grooming, pick up a hundred bucks in random products here and youll have a fan for life.
