Mary and Royce are sweethearts always friendly and helpful also knowledgeable. I can trust their suggestions, they listen well. These two have been a great help when I’ve purchased fragrances.

I honestly can not get over how well I was treated!!! I literally had the best experience today buying my fragrances. The amazing Quentin spent so much time with me and got to know me just so we can find my perfect scent! I walked away with 2 luxury fragrances and I feel as special as I smell. Thanks to the two sales men who treated me so kind, it really made my day. Thank you again and I will be back for the perfume “danger” & for a new skin care regimen.

I normally only shop at Sephora or Nordstrom. But I wanted a special perfume that was sold out almost everywhere and online, and this store had one left. Called and got in touch and they were able to send it to my address! Very helpful. I didn’t know how the shipping worked and they provided the shipping number and tracking when I asked.Would shop again and plan to return!

I had a great experience. I went on a little mission to find a perfume to use on the go. I had a great experience with the agent on the floor. Quinntin knows his stuff!! I was trying to express what I was looking for in terms of scent and he said I have the perfect one that matches your energy. He popped out two of the most heavenly scents I have come across. I was obsessed from first sniff. I have gotten such great compliments on the scents. I grabbed one but I am definitely coming back for the next one real soon.

This place is a gem. I will never shop anywhere else. The customer service is phenomenal. I had the pleasure and honor of being assisted by the assistant manager, Royce, and what a wonderful experience he provided. He was neither pushy nor brand loyal. He gave me his honest opinion in reference to ALL my questions (and believe me I had plenty). I cant wait to go back there and be assisted by Royce again. All his opinions were based on products that he tried and tested. Im obsessed. I cant wait to go back and spend my salary there. The incredible Royce, the assistant manager, is still there and super happy to help with everything and anything. Now that were all getting back to normal life, we can see each others faces again. Its time to delve back into skincare and beauty at full force. This is the place for that and sooo much more. Most stores have forgotten what customer service is about but NOT Cos Bar. They are all about the client - are super knowledgeable about their products and can guide you through your decision making process and help you get what you need based on your beauty goals.

Purchased a makeup brush (giving credit card details over the phone) collected when I finally got to NY from England, 1 month later my credit card had been charged over $400 for concert tickets that I did not purchase (I live in England and used my cc for the sole purpose of the makeup brush) narrowed the search pretty specifically to COSBAR who clearly have no problem in hiring FRAUDULENT, THEIVING CRIMINALS. Good luck protecting your financial information whilst shopping in this shocking establishment guys. Use with caution.

This store say they will give you a full refund with receipt for unopened items, that is a lie i returned somethings and they told me the will not open their register to give a cash refund plus they were rude about it when you buy you are treated well when you have a return its horrible. They offer you a store credit I wanted back my money. plus they are a gossiping bunch employees that need to be fixed because of some returns they spread false rumors amongst themselves that you are going to take something from their store because you returned somethings and the follow you around hounding you it is just a disrespectful experience. I will shop elsewhere where you have options to get your money back and be well respected.

I popped in on the fly for some Smokey eyes right before a big event and Dustin did me up. He made me totally “conservasexy” to use his term. Yes you end up spending a lot of money in product, but worth it!
