Tyler and his crew are awesome. We own a Sprinter Van that is upfitted and he has helped us in numerous ways to make it a better ride. . Including new tires installing shocks and sumo Springs also a new horn and lights on the front of the front of the Van. I would highly recommend him for almost anything. Beware do not use these mechanics they will rake you through the coals brought car in because electrical wire was touching engine and rubbing on belt first time to get repaired they just tape the wires and tuck them back in got ready to charge me for replacement wire husband ask them to see the wire mechanic stated he did not replace the wire he just taped them continue to have the same problem was told if I had problems to bring it back in brought it back in part was ordered but did not receive so came back after the weekend to get electrical wire issue fixed sat there for 30 minutes stated they were done after they came back from test drive popped Hood stuck phone into engine to take a picture of The wire the wire was not replaced it was spliced and replaced with half good wire plug that plugs into camshaft magnet is still no good stated they couldnt get the right part walked right over to AutoZone and ordered it myself I would give them zero stars do not use this mechanic especially if you have no knowledge about engines or electrical wire

Everyone was super nice and friendly. I had a minor issue that the Toyota dealership couldnt figure out so I stopped in and they helped me right away and were amazing. Definitely recommend them!!

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a wonderful vibe. The lady at the front desk was very nice and informative. The mechanic that looked at my car let me know right away what was wrong he did not try to overcharge me for anything or try to fix something that he knew would help my situation. If youre looking for a place with honest people that are actually trying to help you this will most definitely be the best option!

I paid for an oil change, and waited there to have it done, it took 30 minutes,, I drove my car three miles home. I checked my oil, and it was very black, I drained some oil into a plastic container and brought it to their shop to show them . They said fresh oil would turn black in a couple of miles, I knew that was false, they did not even change my oil, and would not refund my money. they offered another oil change but I refused, because they didnt put fresh oil in it the first time, and I was concerned about my truck, because the owner was mad.no telling what would have happened to my truck the second time.

The new owner is Professional and honest. Couldnt ask for a better experience. I will be recommending to everyone I know. Thank you, Tyler!

This place gave me an extreme fair, outstanding rate! From my hightest quote being $1638.00 all the way to less than $800.00. Jason is so very friendly,personable and honest, hard worker. Ive had a couple of minor issues with my cars lately and GRAND AUTO CARE took care of them. It would have been so easy for them to say it was something bigger than it was and get more money out of me, but they didnt. they were so quick to handle it and extremely reasonable with their prices. So much so that I felt i had to tip them. TYLER is really good and they are easy to talk to.Super nice people, honest, and capable.

Took my car here three times to many. . The first time I thought it was pretty good service. The lady in the office is nice and tries to be helpful. The only reason why I gave it one star. Long story short, if you want quality honest work and dont really know anything about automobile /mechanic stay away from this place. The mechanic that I had. The older one with dark brown hair.( Dont remember his name)Told me that I needed a part. Then when I took it back told me I really didnt need the part which was a thermostat. After it was already put in. He said that the engine has its own sensors. Which I found later on that that is not correct. I took my car back after getting the radiator fixed because it was overheating and losing water. I stated that water was leaking off to the left hand side. He told me that it was the AC conversation. Keep in mind it was pouring out. Long story short, I ended up taking it somewhere else to get looked at. Its the water pump that is leaking.

Charge u for hours of work that was never performed. 1,100 dollars later and AC still doesnt work, couldnt figure out the ignition switch was drawing on battery,and put plugs in wrong.

I would recommend these guys to everybody I know! Always low prices and they do excellent work! Theyve fixed my car, my husbands car and gave my son an estimate $300 lower then the first place he went. Wont let anyone else touch our vehicles.

Took my Honda CR-V to them for a brake job. This vehicle has a 4 wheel disc system. TiresPlus had quoted me in excess of $800. Grand Auto Care did the job for less than $500. They are my go-to mechanic for things I can no longer do myself. I highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs.

I went to the shop early one morning to pick up my vehicle only to find out that the Mechanic had driven it home 25 miles away the night before and who knows where else . And to make things worse the Owner didnt think there was anything wrong with that? And said to me Dont worry we have Insurance. Was quoted $1400 for a valve job the day before and got it fixed right from other company for half that price.

Charged me 1200 for a bunch of parts n labor and still didnt fix the problem and I know at least one of the parts replaced didnt need to be but I figured y not go all New if it will prevent from doing it later. Car was/is overheating said it was fixed drove it like 2 miles all the radiator fluid gone again(the original description of part of the problem). Still guzzling water cant drive it didnt fix original problem. And not to mention now beginning a new problem that wasnt there when I took it in. Horrible dont waste ur money.

This is for comment below. Your car doesnt need a water pump, it has a lower intake leak, and i said that the thermostat that your Son put in not us, may have been put in backwards. I thought i explained very thoroughly yiur issues and was trying to save you from spending money on a car that may have a bad head gasket. Note customer did not want to pay us to check that out. Unfortunately your car is still not going to work right after this other shop takes your money for a water pump. Very Sad, i tried my best to help you
