I came in for a slow leak in a tire. I took the car to the dealer for its oil change and asked them to look at it and they said they couldnt find it. They blamed it on me putting regular air into a nitrogen rated tire. I was putting 10psi in the tire a week and only that 1 tire had issues despite me putting regular air in all 4 tires. So I took the car to tire choice, told them which tire and the technician found a super small Brad nail with a simple visual inspection before even removing the tire from the wheel. They pulled the nail, patched it and sent me on my way. It was fast, cost less than 35 dollars, and the balance was perfect even on I75. Over all, I am 100% satisfied and will be bringing future work to them for sure. In fact, I have a nail in my work trucks tire that Ill be bring in soon.

This is the only place in the area worth going to for any car repair. Quick, competent, & very reasonably priced. They actually want customers to come back so there is no trying to scam you or any of that nonsense. No high pressure or scare tactics—just the truth and excellent work! Keith is the best!

I went to Tire Choice as I had purchased 4 tires from them in 2019. The reason for this last visit was because I noticed that one of my tires kept registering low air and I was not certain whether the tire pressure was just low or perhaps I may have the beginning of a flat tire. The fellow that helped me was very nice and sure enough, there was a nail on the left rear tire. The car was put on the lift and the nail removed and all tires inflated properly - he knew I was nervous about my tires and the initial unknowing why for the underflation and he quickly and nicely put my mind at ease. I asked him, upon completion of the work, how much I owed, and he said nothing is owed, as you purchased your tires from us. Sadly, I do not recall the name of the gentleman that helped me, but I seem to recall that his name was Nick, although, I could be wrong.I had frequented Tire Choice several times in the past and found everyone to be very helpful, well mannered and pleasant. I might add, that when I visit any place of business, I do not just take notice of the politeness or manners of the workers, but I take particular notice of the cleanliness of the business. Tire Choice was very clean as it has always been in all of my visits - a nice place to do business with the work well done.

Caught a hole in my tire from a hook in the road. Rolled into this location with a flat. Staff “jumped” on the opportunity to take advantage of a desperate female I suppose and tell me the tire was not able to be plugged. Wanted to charge me $140 for a new tire plus a story about how “I wasn’t getting my tires rotated so maybe I should consider getting both front tires replaced”. Brand new Kia 2021 already needing new tires? Don’t think so. Sorry guys, but went to Mavis up the street who not only could fix/plug the tire, but did it for free. This location is a joke and I will NEVER be back. Two thumbs down 👎🏼👎🏼

Worst service ever. Brought my car in for a flat passenger front tire with a visible nail in the tire. Picked up the car 4 hours later and was told there was no issue with the tire (nail was now gone-so they must have removed it), so they filled all 4 tires with air and rotated the tires. They said they did an oil change instead (not requested). When I picked the car up there was 34 lbs of pressure in every tire except the tire with the issue, which had only 20 lbs of pressure. I asked why they did not check the tires after they filled them, to see if the air leaked. I was told there was no need since they were already checked and they Never check twice. So save your time and go to someone that does care about their work. I also chalked my tires to verify that they had rotated the tires, and they had not. This is not the first time this business has lied to me about rotating my tires. I will not be back.

Tire Choice is always my first choice. It’s been that way for the past 3 years now. The entire staff is always professional and get work done in a timely manor, especially for how busy they always appear to be. The managers are ALWAYS super polite and easy to talk with, but more importantly they will listen to what you have to say. Some places simply do not offer you or your vehicle the attention you’d want from a professional shop. I drive a ‘92 Caprice Wagon and over the weekend they replaced a lot of original parts that had finally exceeded their lifespan. They always do as promised, answer any questions, give legitimate honest feedback and will even advise you in easier fixes that you can do yourself, if you feel so inclined. I always feel like I l’m making the right choice when I go here, and couldn’t recommend this particular shop enough! Thanks to everyone at Tire Choice Auto Service!

These guys have always been honest with us. We took our car in, not having a clue what could be wrong. I was thinking we may have to buy new. These guys called a little later and told me it was very simple and easy to fix. They did not try to take advantage at all. In todays world, that is amazing. Highly recommended.

My sister had a flat tire and her tires were under warranty. I did not have access to her paperwork and they were unable to find her tire purchase in the computer. Without hesitation, Keith offered to take care of it regardless of the paperwork/computer situation. Not many people would be so kind. Left the tire, got lunch, and upon return it was ready to go! Very unprofessional, does not have simple tools and asks you to manhunt for them on you’re own. My truck sat for a week while I hunted for a way to get my lug nuts off. I pick up my truck to find out my doorspeakers and dash cluster no longer work. The workers there are very politically ignorant and blatantly disrespectful towards other peoples opinions. The shop took no accountability and told me to if I want my problem fixed they can run a diagnostic check for $170. Never go here please or you will have un accounted for expenses due to the mechanics carelessness and ignorance. This shop knows nothing more about your automobile than you do.

Came in early this morning with a nail in my tire. Although it was unfortunately in the side and we couldnt save the tire, the man at the front desk (Keith?) was fair and honest with me about options and they got me in and out in about 20 mins. They are literally around the block from me too, which is super convenient!

I took my vehicle in because the tire was going flat. They looked at the tire and seen a large metal object sticking it, but it was not a nail. The guys told me it was beyond a patch and that Id have to get a new tire, which I was totally fine with. A few minutes go by and the guy comes back and tells me that the tire can actually be saved which also saved me money! These men are very honest. They couldve easily got away with keeping things a secret and I wouldnt have known. Its nice to know there are still good honest people in the car mehechanic industry. God bless them!

After waiting 2 1/2 hours for what was supposed to be a simple brake fluid flush, my car was left with no brakes thanks to the people at this place. I told them as soon as I started driving that my brakes didnt feel right, and their response was that they did everything they could. Although I was given a refund, I had to pay for a tow truck on top of that service at another dealer. If this company didnt know how to fix my car, they shouldve told me from the start.

My husband bought his own tires and had them put on but paid extra for the warranty. When he needed to use the warranty because he had a nail in the tire, they stated because he didnt get his tires from them that the repair wasnt covered under the warranty.Giving them a second chance I bought my tires from them and less than 60 miles later the belt started separating from the tire. I asked them to replace it. Because I bought my tires from them and it was not road damage I figured they would do it no problem. I paid for a 60,000 mile warranty but they claim they dont have record of my milage at the time they put the tires on.I do not recommend getting work done here. If I could give 0 stars then I would.

Went into Tire Choice this morning after being at 4 other tire places... A kind gentleman named Keith help me!! All I can say is WOW!! I’ll forever be grateful! It had been a rough morning trying to figure this out!! I had a screw in the shoulder of my tire and the previous 4 places all told me there was nothing they could do but sell me a new tire. Well Keith came out and took a look at ALL my tires and explained what was going on and why it couldn’t be fixed.(first person to explain anything to me) He then asked if I was losing air from that tire, I told him I really didn’t know! He told me to hold on and came right back with a spray bottle and a tool... he sprayed my tire and then grabbed the screw and out it came!! It didn’t go all the way in, it was just stuck between the tread!!! Keith looked at Me and smiled and told me to have a wonderful day!!! I was stunned!!!! All it took was one Man who cared enough to go the extra mile for His customers!!! All I could do was cry and thank him repeatedly!!!I’m overwhelmed how honest Keith was and the extra mile he took to make sure I was OK!!!Keith, Thank You!!! Thank You for being such and upstanding Man with a love for his Job and Customers!!! (We need more people like you in this world today!)I’m forever grateful and I will be back to see you again!!!

Solid crew, seems to know what they are doing. Prices were fair for parts and service, they were actually honest enough to admit that a part that was suspected to be bad turned out to be just fine, and adjusted the bill back down to a much lower amount accordingly. 10/10 would absolutely let them do all the work again.Maybe have mimosas for refreshment next time, little cabana chairs, fruity drinks adorned with miniature umbrellas. . . I don’t know. I could dig that.

Scheduled an appointment there online around 10:30am for an oil change at 3pm. They said I made the appointment for Sunday and they’re too packed to squeeze me in. I then proceeded to show him a confirmation of the application for today at 3pm and he said “ sorry we’re too pack. I’m not sure what happened”10/10 for their customer service.. drove me to a quicker and better oil change company! I had an amazing experience down the road with another company.. especially with how much you charge for oil changes. Ouch!

This last time I went which was Friday. I got there at 7:45am. They hadnt even opened yet. The gentleman came out and said looks like you need a tire. I had a flat tire and the nail was really close to the wall. Heres the reason Im writing this review. They werent even opened and yet they were willing to help me out. I was in my uniform on my way to work. WOW! That was really nice of him. He was by himself and he told me I know were not open yet but let me get started on this to help you out. Cant get better than that. So would I recommend this place ABSOLUTELY. Thank you for helping me on a Friday morning before 8am.

Didnt try and over sell me anything and made everything work perfectly and actually listened to what I wanted and needed.

They tried to charge me $592 to change my break pads and rotors when I provided the brake pads myself. He said each rotor would be $112 plus labor and tried to charge me 65 for brake fluid that didn’t need changed. Also tried to charge me for new Lugnuts $10 apiece for 12 Lugnuts when only about three needed replacement. I went to O’Reillys and purchased two rotors myself for $80 each and went right next-door to the other tire choice on 54 and got it knocked out for $120. had they provided the rotors it would have been $80 apiece at this tire choice not 112 quoted at the Rowan store . The workers look like junkies who must be pocketing the money for their next fix. Avoid this store at all costs !!! They are scamming

Woke up to a flat tire on a Saturday morning and limped over to the closest tire store not knowing what to expect. I was promptly greeted, given a fair price and was out the door in less than 90 minutes. I must say I was pleasantly surprised.

Had a flat tire suddenly and was able to air it up and drive to Tire Choice.The manager Keith was very helpful, they were able to sell me a new tire at a reasonable price and I was back on the road in 45 mins . I stopped by to take advantage of the price of 19.95 for an oil change. which I received. I was also given a list of work that amounted to $481.00. All of which was not necessary. I was told that a protective plate on the underside of the engine that must be removed in order to change the oil, had only 3 of the 4 screws in it and the remaining screws were stripped out and the plate may be in danger of falling off. I was informed that the best way to deal with this was to throw it away. So I agreed. All though I cant prove it, I suspect that it was the associate changing the oil trying to replace the plate using an air ratchet who stripped out the remaining screws . Im sure she didnt do it intentionally probably wasnt used to working with it. I have said all that to say this. The next oil change I get an oilI will go to back to the quick lube. The price May a few dollars dollars more but getting the job done with no questions asked,fluids topped off with no extra fear, especially in todays atmosphere, having the job done with no extra damages to my auto is well worth the extra three or four dollars.No more a customer.

This was my first visit to Tire Choice even though they are less than a mile from my house. I took my car in for an oil change about a week and a half ago. The staff was courteous and I appreciated the additional information given in relation to the condition of my second-hand 20-year-old vehicle. I was alerted to a very dangerous situation that needed immediate attention. For that work, I went to my usual mechanic. His diagnosis was exactly the same for that problem and some other issues that werent as pressing. This tells me that the technicians at Tire Choice on Rowan Rd. in New Port Richey are honest and skilled in their abilities to diagnose situations correctly without exaggeration or simply flat-out lying in order to gain additional business. I will certainly seek out their services again.

A few weeks ago, I visited this business to get an oil change. Settling in with my current book to read, I was shocked about a half hour later when I was told that I was good to go. As I was paying my bill, I was advised that my car would benefit from tire rotation and alignment as well as a fuel system flush. I made my appointment and today I had my car serviced. The skill of the workers, the commitment to excellence cant be beat. And, there are no pesky salesmen circling like vultures trying to entice me to trade in my car for a new shiny one! I love Tire Choice.

Let me drive away with a split sidewall because there was in more than 3 mm difference in the existing tread on a car with 9,600 mi on it. Their rules. My life? Clearly a decision had to be made and it is dont do business with this location.

And I called about 40 minutes later (when he said “1hr it will be done.”) and he was quite rude responding saying “I told ya about an hour man, it will be done shortly her for you” and then it was done and hr late.” .But other then that, very reasonable for price. Some time ago, I went here for a patch on a tire, and was told that the tire couldnt be patched again, and that I needed four new tires. The manager, Keith, showed me the tires while the car was on the lift, and explained why.It was a bad time financially, so he worked with me, and said that I definitely needed to replace the back two immediately. He also told me that since the mileage on my car was so low, it wasnt necessary to spend money on expensive tires. We agreed that I would get the two tires now, and I would go back the following month for the other two. But he did emphasize that I needed four new tires.Well, I didnt get back for a couple of months... I knew the tires were getting worse by the way the car was driving, but I kept putting it off, until one of the tires blew.I was very lucky that I was still in my subdivision, and that I have AAA.While I was waiting for AAA to arrive, I called The Tire Choice to make sure I could just come by. They looked up my account to be sure they had the same tires in stock (which they did), and told me to just come on over once AAA put the spare on my car.Everyone there is very friendly and professional, and I intend to go back for my car needs in the future.

Tire Choice #1266 did a great job on my 3500 dually. Took their time to make sure it was done right. Keith and Clint were very helpful with my questions and concerns. Will definitely use their services again.

Iv used this mechanic for two years and I will say the work they do is quality work but they are the most expensive in town and there customer service is very poor. There hasent been a time that I had my truck worked on and I didnt have to deal with the poor attitude that the clerk had. I would highly recommend looking for a different mechanic than this one.

I went there about a week ago with a few issues on my car and was helped by Keith. From answering the phone and setting up my appointment until the very end he was so nice and amazing. Keith was so honest and didnt try to up sell me at all he actually told me to hold off on two of my tires that they were still okay. They drove me home and even offered to pick me up when my car was ready! Will not be going anywhere else now.

Very nice man behind the desk. I bought my car in cause I heard a noise. After a few minutes he returned and asked who worked on my car last? I said I just had an oil change. He said they left the oil cap off it was laying on the engine. He cleaned up the mess put the cap on topped off my oil and washer fluid and sent me on my way. As always excellent service but today they went above and beyond. My car battery died and I was stuck nearby .. Called Chad and he kindly jumped in his car and came to jump start the car... Ended up pulling his own battery out to do so. The guys were waiting for me when I got there and a half hour later I was on the road. Ive been doing business here for a number of years and have never been disappointed.

Went in for a $20 oil change and tire rotation that I had a coupon for. Was told my car cant take conventional oil and that they cant rotate all of my tires, but gave me a discount on the oil change they could give me. Then, I go to my bank just up the road and start to head home and it starts making a dragging sound. I pull over and theres a metal plate hanging down under my car, dragging on the ground. I head back to Tire Choice and theyre closed. I come back the next day and they reattach it for free, but only add 1 screw when it was missing 3 and argue that it was like that when I came in the day before. I think Id notice if it made a sound before I came in. Not a coincidence that it just randomly starts making a noise 3 miles down the road after I leave there.

Every time I visit the price is fair and the work is excellent but what really sets them apart is the staff. They are always knowledgeable and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and understand what’s needed. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
