So after trying to purchase new equipment from Tom, i tried calling him several times with no answer. I was going to try and finance some of the equipment but could have paid cash with no problem. Why tie up you own money when you can use someones eless money. So i told him that i was moving in a different direction. He threw in my face that i had a bankrupty and that i was a bankrupt bottom feeding parasite lol. And to go screw myself. Funny thing is that was 7 years ago and ive recovered from the 2008 crisis. Good luck dealing with this guy, unprofessional on every level.

Bought a Hofman 7430L Wheel Balancer for $5379. The only reason I bought it was because Tom, the owner, told me it would measure lateral and radial runout on a bare rim (see attached text between him and I). When the balancer came he had the Hoffman two come out and train us. I ask him specifically how how do we get the run out measurements. He said this machine will not give us those measurements. I then called and spoke to customer support and they then verified with there engineers that it will not show bare rim run out #s. I made Tom aware that he lied to me and he told me to just live with it. We are now currently going to go after him in court because he will not come pick up and give us a refund.
