Asked for specific shipping. Charged for Fedex. But they shipped my parts with usps, the slowest shipping company on the planet. I guess their motto is never listen to the customer. idiots.

Ridiculously slow order processing and shipping. Seven days after making an order of 15 items and not only has this company not processed or shipped anything; they also got rude when calling about the delay. According to their process it takes a week (7days) just to process an order. This is standard for Davies corvette. My point: if you(like me) cant wait 3 weeks for your parts. DO NOT ORDER FROM DAVIES!Zip has the same parts at comparable prices.

This Corvette store IS AWESOME.I live in Washington State, Davies Corvette could not be further away in the US geographically in Florida.I have had my 1992 Corvette for 11 years. About 6 years ago my ECM started acting up. Way back then I realized this was a uniquely configured GM ECM with limited application, and hard to find. Back then I read horror stories on rebuilds and they where already starting to fetch a price for known good used ones. I bought a used one and it worked good till a few months ago.With my replacement beginning to act up I re-researched the issue all over again. Same rebuild horror stories, and even more $ for a known good used.Davies has good reviews, and I opted to go for a rebuild. Not with the ECM still working, but the ECM I took out 6 years ago.Davies Corvette Bob stayed in touch, was easy to communicate with, and I decided to just wait, and see what comes of it.Well, against all odds .... NO HORROR STORY HERE !!!This ECM now is working PERFECT.Davies Corvette .... ROCKS

Ordered a Corvette Soundbar (which did not fit). Asked to return the part, got put thru a run around, was told I was on the hook for the return shipping. Returned the part, had to call them back to find out the status of the refund, then was told that they would not refund the shipping to me. So the breakdown of this, $129 part, $29 to ship it to me, didn’t fit send back $51. So spend $80 to just ship the speaker bar.Can always tell a good company from a bad one. While talking to their rep he was condescending asking me if the part didn’t work or was delivered broken? I don’t know sir? I never installed it because it didn’t fit like it said it would.There are plenty of other Corvette Part companies. I will use the other more reputable ones going forward.

By a tachometer for a few yaers ago when on a roadtrip in Florida. Great service. Dident have in stock but the send the parts to my hotel in Fort Lauderdale, u dont get that service i Sweden.Hope i come back in christmas .

Have had my sons 92 corvette ECM for 5 weeks total. Repaired it first time, didnt work, sent it right back. Follow up call, was told they shipped it to Canada for repair. Over a week later, they dont know where it is. Supposedly they put tracker on it, no response to us.
