Scott is the kind of employee you want to have in your store. He really went above and beyond the normal call of duty to help me out this evenning. Prices was really high for the parts i was looking at here.4 times as high as what id found them at.Store was clean.Employees was very nice but not educated on car parts at all.But they do know how to use there computers to look up parts for you.My main concern was the over pricing to such an existent as what i could find them at else where.Id call ahead next time just for availability and pricing before id just stop in.

They always have sales on products and parts and even if the store doesnt have what youre looking for, they will either retrieve it from another location or order it for next day delivery.

Getting hard to get what you need without ordering...if i wanted to order it i wouldnt shop at Autozone....give it a little time and there wont be any Autozone stores..just a web site..

Brought battery too charge. Kid put it on the table didnt even hook it up, 5 hours later too pick it up they realize, next day I go in gave me the battery no question not informing me i need a new battery it was dead. Wasted over a day and a half too find out the battery is junk.

Not so great. Had my battery tested as they said it was good even though my car kept dying. Brought it to the mechanic add said it was definitely the battery, so the mechanic of course upsold me onthe battery and charged for the install. All together auto zone couldve saved me about $80 and they couldve made the sale.

Norberto was awesome helped me change my break light . I asked him for a head light cleaner and he recommended something he used on his car which he purchased at auto zone, when we went back in to the store to find the recommended item it was out of stock. He felt bad that the item wasn’t in stock that he used his own product and he cleaned them out for me. Thank you for your customer service Norberto!

This Auotzone is Amazing! Mercy M. & MacKenzie C. are truly Amazing! Those two employees assisted me with a battery install, they educated me and had extreme patience when explaining information that I requested! This particular Auto zone is now my preferred store! I like this Autozone. Its convenient and the prices are reasonable. Usually theres at least one worker who had a good grasp of car mechanics. Last time I was in there there was this obnoxious guy without a mask. The employees handled the situation well without escalating his ill temper. Good job!

Its a great place to get your car parts if you order online and pick up in store. But for other amenities for the car like windshield wipers for example the price is way higher than it should be.

Jon and Tyler were very helpful tonight. I was having issues with my car and thought it was the battery. Jon tested everything and all was ok. He suggested stark plugs. Bought an alternator with a lifetime warranty about 6 months ago. Had to swap it out and once you do that it voids the lifetime warranty, now its a 90 day warranty. Straight up ripping people off....read the fine print people.

Compared to the location on 52 this place is not that good. I needed a circuit tester for a headlight. The salesman told me to use youtube. The reason I come to the store is for face to face advice and help. Just somewhat disappointed.
