Had a great experiencing purchasing from A-1 out of state. They were able to trade an allocation for the exact vehicle I had been looking for that is currently next to impossible to find in the Midwest…and sold it at MSRP (never thought I’d see the day I’d be so excited to pay MSRP for a car)! I just had a very disappointing interaction with a service advisor and apparently the service manager. I was there 2 days ago and when I picked up my car, they told me there were a couple of items they were going to keep an eye on my next visit. Today I received a text message saying “your safety is our #1 priority, we recommend taking care of this service”. I was confused as to why they didn’t just tell me it needed to be completed when they had my car there, so I called. The service advisor I spoke to told me I didn’t receive a text message saying it needed to be completed, the message said it was recommended and they would keep an eye on it my next visit. I told her that’s not what the text said and in the middle of me speaking she cuts me off to say she’s getting a manager, I’m not listening to her and puts me on hold. When the manager picks up, I told him the woman who I was speaking to was rude and he LAUGHED. He then told me he was sitting right there and heard the entire conversation. I asked him if he didn’t think it was rude for her to cut me off mid sentence and place me on hold while I was trying to speak and he said he didn’t hear that because he can only hear her side.This wasn’t some serious issue and could’ve been handled by having a regular conversation in about 2 minutes. The woman I spoke to initially needs some customer service training and it’s ridiculously unprofessional for your manager to think it’s funny to treat a customer like this when I’m simply trying to ask a question.
Ive purchased my vehicles from A-1 Toyota as well as having them serviced for many years (20+ years). Throughout that time, the service and care provided, has been excellent! Been with toyota for 10 years and always loved their cars and service. But this is my second time coming to this toyota dealership for my wifes car and it was very disappointing to find out that theyre scammers. Do not go to Mark Mastracchio, which based off our interaction shouldnt have his title with how rude he was. As a previous comment said, he portrayed to have known everything when I know what needed to be done with my wifes car. They upsold her, when all she needed was an oil change and some filters replaced. We ended up leaving spending over $600 because she had to go alone. I shouldnt have left her go alone but now I know for next time, especially to not go to this dealership again.
Called the dealership 30 mins before the sales floor closed to see if a car from their website was available. No sales attendants were available. Took at least 5 mins for the receptionist to figure that out. We were told a manager would call us first thing in the morning. It’s been a week and no one has called.We went in person to ask about the new vehicles we saw on the A1 website. We were told by a salesperson that there were no new vehicles available - despite the website listing many.My wife and I left frustrated. A negative experience overall.
Maybe i’m to used to george hart but this place is just so fancy and everyone is so nice. They got a little buffet too i’m in heaven. And my service guy Juan Carlos texted me saying that if i have any questions while my car is in service to please text him and he will keep me updated!!!! like wow i feel like the president here
Worst place to deal with. Cars salesman are Sleazy. Finance are rude. They won’t work with you and only care about themselves. If you’re going to buy a car or lease one go to a different dealership or company. Not A1. (Reply to you) Fake news!! Bad business.
I received a manufacturing recall mail. Tried to set up the appointment with the dealership I bought my car from, A-1 Toyota. Well.... service takes 4-6 hours and rentals are provided for additional charge. It is not about money, this is about your Toyota Care for 24 months! (I am within this time still) and service that you guys advertise SO MUCH before purchasing!!! This is not my fault that the car that I bought from you has a recall, I agree to invest my time and come to fix it. 4-6 hours to seat at the dealership, are you in your minds? I find it as disrespect of my time! If not free oil changes that I have from your dealership, you would not see me in this dealership. A-1 toyota cannot cover $35 for the customers who bought a car from them?... well unfortunately but your competitor does a better job then - Colonial Toyota who I didn’t buy my car from will provide this recall fix and free loaner for a day! Sad that I had this experience with you guys... again this is not about money, this is about service and Toyota care that you advertise so much! This is manufacturing recall - not customers fault! My car won’t be upgraded at this location, this is what I know.

This is the worst place to get your car serviced. The service person Mark is so arrogant and speaks to you in a condesending manner in which he thinks he knows more than the customer. Terrible experience here and will recommend everyone not to get your car serviced here. Wasted my time here twice and will never return to this money hungry organization. They dont care about you, they care about making money off of your misery.
Brought my vehicle into A-1 Toyota for maintenance. The staff at A-1 Toyota was amazing. So friendly and they kept me informed on when my vehicle would be ready. Their waiting area is very comfortable. Was there less than 1 hour. I would not use any other place for the maintenance or repair of my vehicle.Sue N.
We went there to test drive a used car; however, it sold the night before we were there. It was not the sales persons fault. He did though let us test drive another similar car but, he knew it did not meet our expectations.He never pushed us and was very nice even though he did not make a sale. He called us a fewdays later to let us know that the car we were interested in was available again, since the deal fell through. The problem was, we already picked up another car.If we ever are in the market for another car we will definitely go back.

A1 toyota is by far the best toyota dealer in Connecticut, seriously, only in this place you feel right at home.... this is my second time buying a truck I waited years to give this review, but it literally takes longer to buy a phone then to buy a car at A1 toyota, their staff is extremely knowledgeable, they are not pushy, they are kind and understand that life can get in the way of things. They work around your schedule, Brenton is an awesome sales person. Funny and always gets to the point... also Frankie from the finance department makes things smooth.Always to the point and has the patience to explain every little thing. I can seriously recommend A1 toyota, I will never go anywhere else... once you buy a A1 you will understand what it feels like to be treated like family by a dealership... right!!! Worst experience I have ever had, CHRISTINA at BODY SHOP very unprofessional, I asked her to schedule an appointment and told her the reason why and all the right answers, so my husband can go and not have to do anything but to drop off his car. She gave him a hard time and didnt even help us with our car. We both took time from work to go on our scheduled appointment for her to tell us there was nothing they could do. WE ARE NEVER COMING TO BODY SHOP IN A1 TOYOTA EVER AGAIN!!!!!
Went to see about trading in our van and we dealt with Brenton. We were told that we were approved for a used vehicle with $1000 down along with our trade-in. We started the paperwork, posted down payment and after two days with multiple phone calls with no callbacks, we left empty-handed and was told that we needed more money down... When we asked for our deposit back, all of a sudden they wasn’t be able to process, that we need to wait for them to process tomorrow and wait 24-72 hours for the refund when the down payment was immediately taken 2 days ago. I thought this place was different from the other bait and switch car dealers, but I guess not. The only reason why I gave two stars is because the finance manager, I think his name was Paul who tried everything in his power to get us something. A1-Toyota, Thanks for nothing. 😒

Amjad is the most knowledgeable, professional and courteous sales consultant that I ever come across. Call to get some information over the phone on Thursday 3/25 the customer service he gave me over the phone was excellent, he got me approve the same day for a new truck. Went on Friday 3/26 to pick up my new truck everything went so smoothly. I would recommend Amjad to everyone trying to get in a new ride.

Never got a call or text to pickup my vehicle once it was done getting routine maintenance. On a side note, not the friendliest people either.
I have bought new vehicles several times in my life. The experience of post- immunization Covid new car buying has been very different from all my other experiences. There arent any cars in the lot or showrooms anywhere. Some dealers are offering MSRP only. I have heard of some asking above MSRP.At A-1 I appreciated the truth in their prices. There is no haggling, just the price.The salespeople do not work on commission so there wasnt the game of lets see what my manager can do.... there werent any games at all.I feel that the price we were given was fair and a good deal.We put a deposit on a Sienna with the understanding that it would be at least 6 weeks but more likely 8 weeks or more before we could have the vehicle with the color and options we want.I am pleased that our sales guy (Kabir Rafshan) called this morning and told us that a vehicle that was ordered for another customer had been delivered this morning and that it is exactly the same as the one we ordered. He invited us to come and look at it (not test drive) to make sure it is what we want. I am impressed that he arranged to do this for us. In this time of high demand, low inventory it shows us that customer service is important to A-1 Toyota.I will update my experience with A-1 at the time of my car delivery. Happy Summer!

Absolutely fabulous service - I was able to set up my purchase ahead of time as I am out of state and Amjad was so helpful in ensuring I had found exactly what I was looking for and was flexible and convenient to contact, as well as answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had no wait when it came to getting my car and signing the papers, and it is just as perfect as I’d expected.

Great experience with the service department. Very above board and will take my car to them again. Really recommend Mike if you get a choice...! While the repair bill was an expected amount, it was comparable to non-dealerships and they even came in under the quote. Plus, there was no push for any other repairs other than what I brought the car in for and they gave the car a good wash for good measure. 👍👍
I bought a car from A1 in 2008. The free oil changes have been a royal pain since day one. Two hour waits are the norm. I would rather pay to have my oil changed. Recently I contacted one of the managers prior to purchasing a new Prius Prime to discuss my concerns. I was assured this does not happen anymore. Appointments are done now. We once again waited for 2 hours at the last free oil change, with an appointment. There is no added value to free oil changes for life. Purchased a Prius Prime from another dealership.

I just wanted to leave a review of my experience at A1 Toyota. First, when I pulled in..Brian greeted me. My yota was due for a 60k service and some new brakes. I informed Brian of all my concerns and the things I wanted to be done. Which was a lot. Brian reassured me that he would have the best tech work on my rig. He explained to me everything that was going to get done on the 60k service and also put me in a rental car. Which was a Prius lol but it was actually nice to have that gas mileage for a day. I was extremely shocked when Brian called me later the next day to tell me my truck was ready. When I got back to the dealership the next day. My rig was parked outside with a fresh wash. Brian showed me the break down of what was done, and explained in full detail why. Actually saving me some money at the same time. I called a couple different dealerships and A1 beat them all, when it came to price. Because of the experience I got from Brian, any and all future service my yota will need...Will be getting done here. Please dont hesitate to drop your vehicle off here at A1. Thank you to the tech who did the work and Brian for helping me and making me feel great about leaving my rig in good hands.
A-1 had excellent service. I did not feel pressured. They worked within my budget and did not try and upsell me things I didnt need. They were also the best price that 4 other dealers wouldnt/couldnt match!!

Ladies, save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else. They do decent work but cant seem to understand unless a man is talking. Have a man call and explain the problem to them or just do the work yourself. Its easier and will save you a load of time and trouble.
The sales person i spoke with was great. He listened to everything I wanted along with my time constraints. Where the visit fell off was pricing my current vehicle for a trade.They were supposed to call me with the info in a few hours its been. A day and still nothing.
After doing service there they add you to an email list and continue to spam you with surveys and messages. I had to unsubscribe from 3 different services for it to stop. Just go somewhere else.

A-1 Toyota is hands-down the best Toyota dealership in CT! From great prices to amazing staff, A-1 gives customers the best care. We bought a brand new 2007 Camry there years ago and went back to buy a 2018 Highlander! Both times, we had great customer service and awesome prices! The service department is respectful and fast! They also have an amazing inventory of cars with a great complementary area while you wait for your car. 10/10 recommend going to A-1 before visiting another Toyota dealership, you wont regret it!

I dropped off my brother in law Anthony he his Toyota hi lander serviced dropped off Monday picked it up on Wednesday he was not notified Tuesday or wensday. when his car would be ready we took a chance and drove down we tried calling wensday no one answered the phone.
I bought a 2016 lexus lx570 almost 2 year ago, it came with a missing cap on the dashpanel, they promised me they was going to order it and call me, they never call me i have call them several times. I talk to one of the sales manager, he told me he was going to order the parts, never received any call from him either. They are suck.

I am very happy to write this review (also wrote one after my first visit) for A1 Toyota dealership in Woodbridge CT. I recently left another dealership that I went to for 20+ years. Sadly, things drastically changed there, and unfortunately not for the better! I am so very fortunate, and very much appreciate now being a part of A1 Toyota! They treat their customers with the utmost respect and genuinely care about them as well!I have had my car serviced there three times now and just recently purchased 4 new tires and had an alignment done. Dan Wheeler (Assistant Parts and Services Director) is wonderful to his customers and takes pride in making sure they are satisfied.During this very difficult time of dealing with COVID 19 and being extremely cautious about where I go, I feel very comfortable going to this dealership! EVERYONE wears a mask and is very cognizant about distancing and being careful when interacting with their customers!Along with being vigilant they are also very accommodating and care that their customers feel comfortable and safe. I have fortunately found a new dealership that I am happy to be a part of. I feel totally supported at A1 therefore, I will be totally supportive of them as well. When my family needs a new SUV, I did my homework by searching and comparing the brands such as Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda and Subaru. I also asked friends and relatives to input their experiences and opinion about the durability of the cars made by certain brand. The majority recommends Toyota. The next step I took to buy a Toyota was searching a Toyota dealership who would give me a good price and good customer service. I found A1-Toyota who gave me a good deal with the trade in and good price for the new 2019 Highlander Hybrid XLE. My family likes the car very much so we decided to buy it in time for celebrating the Chinese New Year! A1-Toyota General Sales Manager was very attentive to our need and he did everything possible to find us the car we need with a no-haggle hassle experience to buy a new car with ease. I strongly recommend A1-Toyota to anyone who need to buy a car.

WORST Service department EVER!!!!. Rude no one know what they are doing. I have a recall on my 2015 4-Runner Called made an appointment for the recall and maintained service . Was told it takes time for the recall parts to come in so made 2 appointments. 9/17/20 for maintained and 10/10 for recall. even verified my 10.10 Appt on 9/17. Called today to make sure all parts was in for my Appointment tomorrow and was told YES my parts are in BUT they will not do a recall on Saturday and my appointment was for DECEMBER 30th. are you kidden me. I told him I have the Appointment for 10-10 and again he told me he WILL NOT do recalls on Saturdays. I told him i work At 7am so i cannot do the weekdays and i got nothing he told me to leave the car overnight. Like i can afford to lose a days pay. Now I will have to call Toyota and see where I can bring my recall and express how rude and unpleasant A-! is to deal with. it just seems every time you have to bring your vehicle in that service department is RUDE and always take double the time the say. From Sales department, service department even management, professionalism and honesty was a disgusting experience. I reviewed a friends contract and there was a charge for $1995.00 Service Contract. She went in alone and was fully taken advantage of. Not one person including management at this place could tell me what this charge was for. It could be a few things they said. I would have to see it myself they said. I asked if they would like me to locate something on the page as I am intelligent a college student I could find it. No. No. I would have to see it myself they said. I asked for a manager and only after 2 short seconds a different voice picked up the phone and said no one is available. No one could explain this $1995.00 charge they made this poor woman finance at the interest rate of her entire loan. Pay attention to your contracts especially from this place they are the shiest salesman from man to woman. Not to mention everyone who picked up the phone spoke so fast as if they dont want you or dont care for you to understand anything they are saying, just as long as you get approved and buy. Absolutely disgusting the contract is even worse.

Salesman, Emerson, is a straight shooter, easy to work with; he made car shopping a pleasure. I had been to two other dealers prior to A1-Toyota and walked out because of the salesmans or managers attitude.It was a poor experience attempting to work with other dealers; the sales person had to shuttle back and forth between me and the manager many times to work out a price for the vehicle. I actually walked out of two agencies prior to coming to A1 Toyota. But from the beginning, my experience was pleasant and I felt comfortable dealing with the staff at A1. The salesman explained the qualities of the vehicles to me, took me for a test drive and worked to make certain that I knew all about the car I wanted. When I was ready to begin the deal making process, Emerson brought the sales manager to our table and he didnt leave until I was ready to purchase the vehicle. He was able to produce a good offer for my trade-in, reasonable pricing for the new vehicle and financing terms I could live with. I never felt pressure or a [quote]hard sell[quote] approach. My wife loved the colors and the deal was closed. I am very satisfied with this sales team.I felt that the finance person, Angel, was a very competent person. The final paperwork was done quickly and professionally. No problems here.

He went above and beyond to show every feature possible, the limitations of the vehicle, and overall was very personable and enjoyable to work with. He even came in on his day off to help us and introduced himself ahead of our appointment over the phone. Other places we went to did not even come close with regard to people skills, let alone price and incentives. You won’t be disappointed shopping here!
They do not do an inspection of their used cars!! I bought a 15 corolla with 3k miles in December and found out it was rodent-infested! I brought it in a couple of days ago because the FM radio was terrible compared to another corolla that I have recently driven! They told me that I had rodent droppings in the car and that my antenna and the side airbags was chewed. Huge safety issue!! Will call Toyota about this. The only FM station I can listen to since I got the car was 99.9 so the rodent problem wasn’t recently. The car obviously was sitting for a while with only 3k miles! I won’t be bringing any business here again!Response: excuse me. I will not be removing the claim because it isn’t false. You didn’t repair the car because you wouldn’t make a profit with the repairs that need to be done.
I was recommended to A1 Toyota by a family member. I went to the dealership and worked with Rose. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I told her I was looking to trade in my Camry and what I wanted in my next car and she was gave me several options to choose from. Once I choose the car I wanted we got the paperwork started and everything was quick and painless. Carlos was also very helpful. He explained all the numbers to me and made sure all my questions were answered. I was given a good price for my trade in and price of the car I purchased was reasonable. I have purchased 4 cars in my life and this was by far the quickest, easiest car buying experience. I will definitely recommend this dealership to whoever is in the market for a new or used car.

My wife and I went in to A1 because our lease was due in September and there was a promotion with Loyalty Cash. I worked with Armando who connected me with Jose on the sales floor. Jose was very patient with me and my wife as we looked at car options. We were able to get a great deal and my wife got the car she wanted. Joses service was top notch. He really took care of our needs. The best thing I liked about working with Jose was that he is not on commission which takes a lot of pressure of trying to make the sale. He really was looking out for what we wanted.I would recommend A-1 Toyota for anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience.
I am very disappointed with A1. I had my car towed in for a replacement battery. They did a diagnostic and said even with thecreolaced battery I needed an alternator and a new compressor for the car to start. I asked multiple times, that’s needed for the car to even start?? . The response was yes. The price tag? $2400 I asked them not to work on the car. I ultimately got it picked up from their lot for donation. When the car was picked up for donation it needed to get towed. The tow trucker driver brought his jump box, asked me to try and start the car and.... VOILA. It started right up, and the tow truck driver was able to DRIVE the car onto the flat bed. This was 3 weeks after Toyota told me they couldn’t get it to start. This one star is because it’s apparent to me they did want to meet my request of what’s needed to get the car to run? They just wanted to maximize my costs and told an untruth multiple times in the process. At least the car is going to a good cause. If I ever own a Toyota again, I’ll never bring it here.

This was my fifth time at A-1. I have leased 4 Camrys. My first salesman was Rick Reed and I was very happy with him and recommended a friend who also bought a Camry. The following times were good but this year, I was in a different situation and needed someone who could listen and advise me. I asked Ken (service dept) and he put me in touch with Quincy Smith. He was very considerate, helpful and gave me exactly the advice needed. I am now happy in a very nice Corolla. On the whole, I have been very pleased with the service and personnel at A-I especially Ken who is the one I have the most dealings with. Thank you.
I went in to A-1 Toyota February 2019, I spoke with sales person Mr Brenton Fisher about buying a new Toyota Camry, and based on his customer service experience, skills, and professionalism, respect, and patience I was happy and well pleased and satisfy to walked out with a Brand new 2019 car. I highly recommend anyone to go to A-1 Toyota when purchasing a vehicle to asked for Mr Fisher, he treats his customers with respect and dignity and any issue after buying your vehicle he will still be there to assist you. They have good team work.
I walked into A1 Toyota in hopes of driving off with a car but sadly that didnt happen.As soon as they found out I have never been here they started off with a presentation about the dealership. No Haggle pricing and they dont work on commissions. After the experience here I wish they did.Once we narrowed down to which car and options we wanted. It narrowed down to one car which was present at another dealer but the price i fot quoted at A1 was higher then similar models. I tried to get him down on pricing but useless.I walked out the dealership with a direct line to sunny who was dealing with us. An hour later I got a call from another dealership to whom I requested the same car which I asked A1 to quote for me. They quoted the SAME car with the same VIN number but the price was $1500 cheaper. I called sunny that I would buy it from you if you give me the same price but he refused.Please if you have to give only 1 price then make it competitive with others. Or else I would suggest people to take your business elsewhere.

Sales department is great but good luck getting the car serviced there. Its taken multiple calls over two days to get an appointment. During regular business hours, your call is answered by an automated attendant and placed on hold for 15 minutes. If no one picks up, which is usually the case, you are asked to leave a message to which no one ever responds to.
Im not really one to leave Google reviews, but even almost after 2 weeks of getting servicing, my experience stuck with me. To begin with, I set an appointment for a Synthetic Oil change, lube and filters. Right after confirming, I received 2 emails and a text message. The next day, I received a phone call early in the morning, more emails and text messages confirming my appointment. I want to say I received a total of 8 written and 1 verbal communication with them that I made an appointment. If I needed to cancel I would have, otherwise I know when I scheduled my appointment for. I have an 06 Highlander and there is a known thing with them that some lights will erroneously turn on, and that was happening with my car. Nothing is wrong with it, just happens. They wanted $115 dollars to look into it... maybe this is reasonable but not worth it to me if the engine and car runs fine. My appointment was at 9 AM and I got there and was hoping maybe I could get my car that morning or in the afternoon. I told them I got off of work at 3 but could come pick it up earlier. They took their sweet time with it... I get it, you have til 3, but whats the point of an appointment if youre going to just take as long as you can? I got a call that it was ready, and received an invoice. That invoice told me they used conventional instead of synthetic. Not a dramatic problem, but when I called, the representative implied that I was either wrong or lying, and said the appointment manifest requested conventional, and when I read her the email that confirmed that I wanted synthetic, she offered no help or anything and told me that my car can take conventional... duh. Not the point. I wasnt going to make them drain that new oil to get the synthetic put in, that would have taken more hours. She told me she would put in the notes for next time that I want synthetic. There wont be a next time.The shuttle driver was super nice and the muffin I ate was solid as well.
A1 Toyota is the only place I trust in the area to service my car! I have a 20 year old Toyota that they take good care of, and I am always confident I’m getting the best deal. I work Justin there, and I would highly recommend him or any of their employees to everyone!

Looked everywhere for the perfect car, found one at A-1. Hadnt heard of them before, but read great reviews. Fantastic experience with salesperson (Sonny) and finance guy. I had trepidation having to deal with a car salesman but was amazed at the honesty, integrity and experience that I had. Feel great about my decision to go to A-1 and would certainly recommend them. Honestly, just go and see what I mean, no obligation. Sales people dont work on commission and there is no haggling on price. Very pleased with price and warranty. Also very surprised at how many cars are actually sold on a daily basis because of their reputation, price and selection. Like I said, will recommend them and will deal with them again myself.
I had a minor car accident about a month ago and brought my car to A1 Toyota. The staff were extremely helpful, and coached me through what to do to get the other persons insurance to pay, as they were clearly at fault. I had no idea how to deal with insurance as I had no experience with car crashes. The work on the front bumper was also great, my car looked newer than before. Very thankful.

We met Kevin to consider a 2016 Highlander, and because of his caring, knowledgeable, and laid-back manner, we ultimately returned to purchase the vehicle from him. No haggle pricing, and perks such as free lifetime oil changes make this an attractive dealership. Financing with Paul was efficient, comprehensive, and a pleasant experience. Overall, recommend this dealership highly.
I did not have an experience that would make me want to come back to the dealership again. They fit the mold of what you expect from car salesman and a dealership. The van we bought is a nice van and the finance guy we worked with was pleasant. He salvaged somewhat of the experience. There are plenty of other options for purchasing vehicles and come my next one they will not be on that list.
Al’s approach was friendly and unguarded. There were no high pressure sales tactics, just honest to goodness knowledge and experience mixed with the warmth one gets as if being treated like family.Working with Carlos in finance dept was also a great experience. Really down to earth character with a great personality. He made the sales paperwork a breeze.

Absolutely the place to buy a car. They will not haggle. Believe me we tried! In the end I we were relieved to find at least one place where staff and you use your time to find what you are looking for rather than endlessly trying to bargain. Hope this sales model becomes the norm and not the exception. The people were a pleasure to work with, especially the manager Sonny and salesman Robert.While they would not budge on the price they were willing to do what it took to get us our desired car even if it meant going elsewhere with no hard feeling.Strongly recommend this place where we bought our Camry 22 years ago.

Quincy Smith was awesome, he made us feel like family. He is a down to earth person and tells you how it is, no beating around the bush just to get you to buy a car. He took his time and went over every single detail and had an answer to every question we asked. I would recommend Quincy to anyone that wants to buy a car from A-1 Toyota. Carlos Orozco also helped us with the finance part. He was also very knowledgeable and had an answer to every question we had. Carlos and Quincy make a great team and both make you feel like family. Both also were great with children, we had my 6 year old nephew with me and they included him in the conversations and interacted with him so he wasnt board. Both are amazing, friendly, and really do care.

Late review, that was my first time purchasing from a real licensed dealer, I cannot praise the staff here enough, Amjad and Hatim were both very professional and knowledgeable in leading me in the right direction to exactly what I wanted. Amjad is very dedicated, very willing to make sure you get the best deal. I went in knowing what I needed and what I wanted to spend. I was not bullied, pressured or quilted into anything I didnt want.🙂
I have been their customer since 1999. Emerson is the sales people that help me with the car selection. I have been buying and or leasing cars here for personal and business purposes. Always satisfied with their service. They really give their best to attract customer. They offer lifetime oil change for as long as you have the car. The service department is also great. I always deal with Ken from the service department. The showroom also equipped with indoor play space for children, which is a plus. I believe they really do offer an honest and no hassle transaction. It is a family owned business that’s been around for few decades.

I loved A-1 Toyota car dealership they have the best service, quality, and brands. I just went to their company last month to purchase a brand new vehicle. My new car is a 2012 Toyota Yaris, I loved this car it is absolutely adorable and amazing. Its much smaller, more comfortable, more convenient, better pricing on mileage and gasoline etc. Hundreds of people give me a lot of compliments on this car. I have the best salesperson ever. He is so sweet, cute, nice etc. He sell me a fantastic car that I absolutely loved. Paul Wright was also a pleasure to work with, I absolutely adore him and my salesperson. Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased a Prius Prime from A1. In my opinion A1 is the best Toyota dealership around. My biggest issue with car dealers is negotiating and waiting and waiting. A1 was upfront with an excellent price, and we completed the initial transaction in 30 minutes. Arrived a few days later to sign the contracts and I was driving away 45 minutes later.

I took my 2006 Toyota Avalon to A1 Toyota for a oil leak problem. Justin was super accommodating..He explained the issue and cost to repair thoroughly..I was super impressed!!!!! The dealership is a top notch establishment. I will be buying my next Toyota there. NO DOUBT.. Thanks to Justin
