Absolutely incredible service that’s all I can say about that! To start, I had paid for a build out for a new Mustang Shelby GT 350 here in the Northern Virginia area. After about two weeks From placing a deposit I found out there was no allocation for my vehicle I was heated to say the least. To back up I wanted my new GT 350 without stripes and in the convenience package, most GT 350s come with stripes and the electronics package. On top of all of that I wanted white. I scoured through the Internet to come across O’Daniel Ford. I got a hold of Scott via email at 11 o’clock at night, and was contacted the next morning prior to leaving on a family vacation. Scott not only took care of me over the phone to make this purchase, he took care of all of this while I’m at the airport with my family. Once I had landed I had received a call from Mike the finance officer, which also took care of me to secure my vehicle over 500 miles away. All paperwork was overnighted and once I receive it I sent it back they stayed in touch with me all along the way. I purchased the wheel package and the ceramic coating and they gave me the white glove purchase service by having it delivered by a private courier. Once they picked up my 350 from the dealer I had my brand new car the next morning. What an incredible experience from start to finish not only did I get the car that I wanted to be exact spec, I was treated with just as much respect and service as though I was in their showroom, if I ever pass through Indiana I will make it a point to visit O’Daniel once they picked up my 350 from the dealer I had my brand new car the next morning. This place is simply AMAZING!!! My fiance and were looking for a new car for me and after searching the internet and going to local places and no one really willing to help I got in touch with Kenny at odaniels. He was very informative and stayed in touch with me until I was able to drive the 1.5 hours north to see the car I was looking at. There was an issue with one of the tires that happened before I got there and they were up front about it and did everything they could to the point the the sales manager nick made sure I was happy with the outcome. We highly recommend them for buying your next vehicle and we will definitely drive another 1.5 hours in the future just because of the experience that i had with them. You treat people right and then you have customers for life!!!

Made an 8am appointment.Drove up at 7:30am. They saw me pull in, and opened the bay door without me having to honk.The service writers are really nice. They answer your questions and write down your concerns on your service ticket. They understand things like strange noise, louder than it should be, I pushed the button and nothing happened.ODaniel is more expensive than the smaller mom & pop places around, but they offer warranty service & will call your after market warranty to see if your repair is covered, and bill the warranty company.They have a courtesy shuttle that will take you home or to the office when you leave your vehicle with them, and can pick you up and take you back to the shop when they are finished.

My wife and I attempted to buy a new Bronco Sport from ODaniel Ford in New Haven. I spoke with Mr. John Berghoff and he told me that the Bronco Sport with leather and possibly a sunroof that we were looking for, was on the lot and to come take a look (lie #1). We drove over an hour to go see the said Bronco but none were on the lot. When I called the next day I asked about what happened he said it must not be in yet so I asked him to check on it for me (lie #2). I did not hear from him for 2 days. When I called him back after the 2 days he said their system was down and he would get a hold of me (lie #3). I waited 2 more days and called back (my wife really wants this particular car) he said that they arent getting any in anytime soon but he will contact me if they get one in (lie #4). I drove past the lot on Friday and what do I see.. a new Bronco Sport setting on the lot, so I look it up and find its very similar to what I want, so I called John and he acted like he didnt know who he was talking to (which means he never planned on contacting me and never took any of my information down to contact me). So we go to look at the Bronco Sport Friday evening and do our test drive. Everything went good but my wife said she would rather have one that has a sunroof. When we got back from the test drive we went inside and he asked how it was, We told him he we liked it but wanted the sunroof and his response was good luck, you wont find one of those until 2022 (lie # i lost track of how many times this has happened). Well we found one 30 miles away and have completely gave up on Mr. Berghoff, if he was a salesman he would have tried to sell me a car or pitch me another car. We HIGHLY DO NOT recommend working with John Berghoff, if you do use ODaniel Ford, make sure not to go to John Berghoff.

I attempted to connect with the service department today to get my vehicle in for a recall fix. I was born with a stutter which makes it hard to some a few words or numbers. As I was giving the service advisor my VIN, my stutter kicked in and made it hard for me to say the letter “7”. The service advisor then refused to talked to me because of my stutter. If this is the type of employees they hire, I would hate to see the rest of their business. I will always be telling everyone I know to avoid ODaniel at all cost just do to the fact their employees decided to be intolerant to people born with disabilities. Totally unacceptable

I bought the new 2019 Ford eco sport s so far I like.got a really good deal highly recommend it.the only minorthing I didnt like you cant put much in the glove box not much space.my flash light wouldnt even fit thats how small it is.after having itfor only 3 weeks service engine light came on not a good sign for a brand new vehicle.Trade it in after having it 1month for a 2019Ford Escape best decision Iever made had Ford Escapefor almost 6 months I love itglad I switched.Had Ford Escape since March 22, 2019.

Waited days for a vehicle advertised to get out of service. Took it for a test drive and drove out fine. Thought I was buying a good vehicle since it was in service for so long. I made the mistake of assuming they were going through it to make sure it was a quality vehicle. Made the purchase as is since it was an older vehicle. Later that evening the check engine light came on. Hooked it up to a scanner a couple days later after ruling out spark plugs or something simple. Found misfires in a cylinder. The service department obviously didn’t do anything but clear the engine light and I bought a vehicle that has a bad engine. Literally took 2 minutes with the scanner to see there was a problem. I do like the sales team but I wouldn’t let the service department change my wiper blades. Have talked to others who have had bad experiences with the service as well but I will be fair and only share my experience. If you go to purchase a vehicle here take it to a mechanic shop and have them run a full scan on it

3/10/21 UPDATE - ODaniel Ford has continued to fail, after owning the truck for 3 months and not receiving a title or plate I contacted them again and was told that getting a license plate was optional at the time of purchase and that I must have opted out and that I would be responsible for getting an appointment at Michigan Secretary of State and obtaining a plate. Ive never left a dealer with so much homework in my life!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The review below was submitted to ODaniel Ford for review on 12/16/20, no response was provided.Overall my experience was ok, Im left with some work to do on my end including refinancing, ordering and installing a tonneau cover and obtaining all weather floor matts.2021 F250 from O’Daniel Ford in New Haven, Indiana December 2020Ordered an F250 from O’Daniel Ford after working with Austin for more than a month while I figured out what options I wanted and what options I wanted to eliminate in order to meet my budget.  He was very helpful pricing and comparing options so I could get what I wanted and stay within budget, even when I changed my mind on color after the order was in the system, he was always understanding and available - answering calls/texts even outside of normal hours.Once we pinned my options down we discussed and priced a few add-on’s including, trifold tonneau cover and all weather Ford floor mats.  Price was given and I wanted them both but they were never ordered, we figured out it was because they were discussed over the phone and not put into an email or text and so they were not put into the sales order…The truck took approximately 6 weeks to acquire from the factory, in the 6 week period there were little unprompted communication or updates from O’Daniel Ford and the Ford Tracking website didn’t work.  Also in the 6 weeks, O’Daniel did nothing to find me good financing and when I showed up to get the truck, I had no options for terms or rates and received the worst financing rate that I’ve ever had of the dozen+ vehicles I’ve financed in my life, even with a 770 credit score and historical low rates.  Also during document signing I was offered many warranty and subscription options, these options could have easily been provided during the 6 week wait, I understand it’s a gimmick but it’s an old and tired one.  When dealers need to use last minute gimmicks to make $ it will always break trust and impact a customer’s decision to return.  Was “gimmick” also the reason for last minute financing? You be the judge.Regrets;The truck itself, what can you expect from a 2021 F250 with a 7.3L gas engine?  11 mpgs highway using eco mode, the advertised mpg was significantly higher (I want to say like 16) had I known the truth I likely would have spent more to have a diesel.  I also wish I would have ordered the FX4 as it is a smoother ride.

We’d been looking online for a minivan for several months, and when my husband saw a used 2018 Honda Odyssey at O’Daniel, we decided to go see it (Oct. 31). We were able to test drive, see the paperwork, and look at the Carfax, and we decided to purchase. Our salesman also told us that there were a few recalls on our van that we would want to get taken care of.Because one of the recalls was on sliding doors opening while the vehicle was in motion, we took the van to our local Honda dealer on Nov. 10. And THAT is when we found out that the van had been in a significant front end collision. Our service manager went on to explain that within 30 seconds of popping the hood, his tech was able to tell that something was wrong. Bolts were the wrong colors, there were areas where metal was exposed and should have been painted, and upon further inspection, they found that the bumper and fender were after market parts not original to the vehicle. Although the van was under warranty, a repair that needed to be done on the turn signal wasn’t covered because of the accident, so we now had a $71 bill. When we went to retrieve the van that evening, our service rep showed us how easy it was for his department to spot because anyone with service knowledge would have caught these discrepancies.We felt VERY mislead, but we also knew we needed to give O’Daniel a chance to explain. We finally connected on Nov. 16, when we received a call from the lead sales manager. He started the phone call by asking us to send him a copy of the bill so he could cut us a check for the $71 repair. But that’s where the niceties ended. When we asked him why we weren’t told about the accident and repair work on this trade in vehicle they had accepted, he told us nothing had shown up on the Carfax report. We reiterated that we were frustrated not only at the fact that we would not have paid that price if we knew this vehicle had been damaged but also our concerns center around whether or not this vehicle is safe for us to drive our family in.From that point on, we were essentially talked in circles. We were told that the industry standard upon taking in a trade in is only to look for the certain things on their inspection list, and that it would NEVER be reported anywhere that there was accident damage or repairs. That seems like a MASSIVE loophole in the system – for a certified car dealership to not be reporting (or noticing) these type of discrepancies in a vehicle. We discussed the fact that there is now diminished value to our vehicle because of these repairs. The conversation lasted about 15 minutes, and after he said, “I just don’t in any way see how this is our fault,” we asked him to please escalate this to the owners. We finally heard back on November 24 when we were told the owner agreed that they werent at fault.So here is what we learned. It doesn’t matter if you’re buying your used vehicle from a certified preowned dealer or not, you need to have someone else independently inspect it before purchasing. We have ALWAYS purchased used vehicles from certified preowned dealers and have never had an issue until this one.If you’re considering shopping at O’Daniel, look elsewhere. Both salesmen we spoke to swear up and down that they had no idea our vehicle had been damaged and repaired, and that may be true. But someone at that dealership would have seen that work. And whether the service department chose not to make the salesmen aware or this got lost somewhere along the way, it’s surprising that a certified dealership wouldn’t have been able to spot this and act accordingly.The most frustrating part in all of this was that never once did the lead sales manager say anything along the lines of, “Hey, why don’t you bring it in so we can SHOW you how incredible and safe this van you purchased from us is.” At the very minimum, I would think they’d want to stand behind their word and their work.

Being used to high pressure sales tactics and bait-and-switch gotchas at closing, we went into our most recent used car buying experience on the defensive. I located a vehicle I wanted from non-dealership sources, confirmed the vehicle history, compared prices, created had backup plans and had external financing ready to go before reaching out via email to schedule a test drive.As it turns out, the caution was almost entirely unwarranted. We showed up, and after they made a copy of my licence they handed me the keys and said See you soon. leaving me to drive the car and evaluate it on my own terms and at my own pace without the pressure of someone in the back seat giving me a sales pitch.Back in the office, Kenny had no problem leaving the room so we could discuss candidly what we liked and didnt, and when we decided to purchase, he made sure that the mechanical issues were dealt with at no cost to us. The paperwork was simple and quick, and every forms purpose was explained. At no point did they attempt to up-sell us or pressure us into a warranty or other services we didnt need.After the sale, Kenny followed through to make sure the maintenance got scheduled and was taken care of.Overall a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

With a little one on the way I knew I needed to get into a safer and more dependable truck. I had spent over a month searching high and low for a truck that fit what I needed and wanted but the biggest challenge was finding a dealership that would work with me on taking my old rebuilt title truck in on trade. Excellent experience! Ive been in the car business for over 20 years, my girlfriend found a 2011 Ford Edge on their site and asked me to investigate it. I dealt with Ryan the Used Car Manager and he was extremely honest and a pleasure to deal with. We put the whole deal together through text and email and after driving some 200 miles from Michigan the car was everything he had said it was. After a brief consideration on the color we were down the road in less than 25 minutes. I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry from this dealership on December 31, 2013 and it was a seamless process. I loved that Camry and had no problems with it for the time that I owned it. I just recently decided to trade in the Camry for a 2015 Ford Explorer and had an even better experience. Its nice to go to a dealership and not feel like youre dealing with the typical dirty car salesman. At ODaniel Ford, the same salesman that sold me the Camry- Mike Pocci- sold me the Ford Explorer and he was super friendly. I got a great deal on the Explorer and had a stress-free experience. The worst car buying experience I have ever had in 40 years. Pushy salesman. Follow up guy laughed and said you bought it. What can be done now? Spent a fortune fixing up a car that was not inspected or ready for the lot. Buy back for auction price? Less than half of what you sold it for in the first place? What was the big rush buying that car that day. No one was going to come in and beg to buy that car. Wasnt even washed and had 4 different brand and size tires on it. Should call this dealership Carnival. Carnies running their crooked games.Maybe a pre sale check would have showed a bad battery? 2 weeks and its dead. One of the weeks car was sitting in shops getting fixed. Now the car sits on the street waiting for a battery. Dealer wants $325.00. With all the money spent on this car I could have bought brand new with some creature features. Bought the bottom model. Wipers and headlights are options.I did ask if the paint touch up guy could finish covering the scratches and nicks. Was the car washed before he touched up the paint? 50,000 miles and it still has rock chips and scratches that he missed. No Reply from dealer.

Phil was very kind and not trying to make a sale in our conversation. He also followed up with us the next day. We had our two young children with us and went above and beyond to make them happy with a coloring book and crayons. We would work with Phil again.

Went into the dealership this morning to have my 2009 F150 get THE WORKS PACKAGE done. During inspection they noticed issues with the my truck. GLEN CAMPBELL came to me described the issues, and identified my warranty would cover, all but the works package. Now that is service!I cant say enough about GLEN CAMPBELL, and MIKE LOTHAMER. They are the BEST. Its true when you hear about the great dealerships, ITS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, that keeps happy customer coming back! They have the best service and have me for life! I had my vehicle in for a diagnosis. I had my vehicle into another service center for the same issue. The other service center was Bob Thomas Ford. I was charged 49.95 for the diagnosis at Bob Thomas and I was charged 89.95 for the diagnosis at ODaniel. I was given a much more thorough diagnosis from Bob Thomas. I am impartial to where my vehicle is serviced as long as it is a Ford dealer. At the same time quality and value must be present. At ODaniel it is not.

I found the used vehicle I wanted on-line in ODaniels stock. From 3 states away, I communicated with Kenny Miller and quickly and easily finalized the deal. The paperwork was overnighted to me and back then I flew out to get the car. COULDNT have been more simple. No issues at pick up, Kenny even came to the airport to get me and gave me a quick tour of Fort Wayne. The car was beautifully clean and there were no issues. I LOVE THE VEHICLE. First of all, this was the best experience I have EVER had walking into a dealership. I found the vehicle I was interested in online and posted interest, received a call about it, and Phoenix had it ready and waiting for me to test drive.My situation was a little complicated due to being in a rental because my current trade-in was in the shop. This was no problem to them! I loved the truck, they did all of the paperwork and worked with the shop that had my car, and did the trade-in perfectly. I was able to drive off with the truck only a couple days later, hassle free, and very happy with financing and insurance add-ons thanks to Mike.Also, the price of the truck was well below any competition within hundreds of miles and it had everything I wanted and more. Overall, I WILL be going back to ODaniel Ford for purchases in the future and hopefully dealing with Phoenix again. Could not be happier with everything him and the dealership did to make it as smooth as possible.

Had a few problems when I came here, but none of them were the fault of the service/parts departments. Apparently I just have a car with parts that need to be special ordered. This was the only place anywhere near Fort Wayne that could get what I needed. I called everywhere. They worked with me to make sure I was satisfied, and they were honest and fair with their pricing.Edit for 2nd time here.These people are never anything but fair, honest and helpful. Their customer service in parts and service dept alone makes me want to trade in my vehicle and buy one from them. You can trust these guys! No pressure, up front information, will work to get you a good deal.

We always use ODaniel! This is our seventh vehicle that we have bought from them, and we will always buy our next ones from them as well. Their customer service does not even compare to any others. Their sales staff is not pushy, and is always considerate of our needs. They have always listened to what we are looking for, and have never tried to push a vehicle on us that we werent interested in or that we did not like. We have also gone and looked at vehicles in the past without being ready to buy, and we always felt just as valued as a customer as when we were buying. We also always love dealing with Mike Pocci! Received a call yesterday from this dealership asking if I was interested in their buy back program that they were running. I told him that I wasnt. That I liked my 2014 Roush Raptor Special Edition and wasnt planning on getting rid of it. He suggested that I swing by and they could at least appraise my vehicle. I agreed cause I was curious of what their appraisal would be compared to the one my insurance would be. He even offered to enter me into a drawing for a new TV. So I went and it was a huge waste of time. Never got a handshake or a My name is....... No introduction at all. First words out of the salesmans mouth were Is that your Raptor? And do you have the keys on you? He asked for the keys again and I told him that I would go with him on the test drive. This comment made him hesitate. Well he took a pic of my VIN and then I just waited around for the guy to come test drive it. He never came. But the No Name sales person came back with an offer less than 1/2 of what my insurance appraised it at. Yes I know that salesmen have a job to do and youll never get what you what from your vehicle, but then theres this. I just felt plain insulted. From between the pure lack of any civility from the sales staff to them never even test driving the truck and then to give me an insulting appraisal. Steer clear of this place. The lowest rating I can give them is 1 star but I wish I could give them lower cause I would. Very unprofessional place.

My wife had a tire blow near their shop. They got her fixed up with a tire to get home on for no charge. She forgot to bring the damaged tire home with her so I could replace it under road hazard. They had someone traveling the hour south toward me and went above and beyond to have it sent down my way so I didnt have to drive 2 hours to get it. If they go this far above and beyond for a guy who didnt spend any money with them I cant imagine what the white glove treatment buying a car from them would be like. In for an oil service the tech found a broken sway bar link. I dont like broken parts but I do appreciate an inspection that discovers real problems. Its fixed and Im on the road again.
