He was available to answer any questions I had. I got a Toyota RAV4 which I love. Its perfect for my family! It run great there was one small problem with the car (a broken sun visor) which they fixed right away! Me and my family went here to see if we could finance a car. The car salesman seemed like he did not want to be bothered by us. We were looking for a specific car we saw online and he basically told us to go find it ourselves. When we did find it, he told us that it could not be financed and if we wanted to finance a car, we have to fill out an application. After we filled out the application, he said it would take 1-2 business days to process and he would give us a call. They never called us and every time we called them they would said it was still processing. Waste of time.

The Car Salesman with green eyes its extremely rude, unprofessional and a huge liar. He is extremely disrespectful. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Aftet buying a car from them, 2 years later i sold it and when I noticed that they never sent me my car title once I fully paid off the car I called the people I had financed with and they told me through mail would take too long so that they will fax it to the car dealer and I could pick it up there. Once my title was faxed the dealer, the Car salesman was not allowing me to get my title due to my car still having a gps that I wasnt even aware of. They failed to tell me this. So they wanted me to either bring the car to take out the gps or pay $1000 for the gps or I would not receive my title. Keep in mind. My car was already paid off for a full two years. Why didnt they call me before about the gps? Another funny thing is that before I sold the car, a few weeks before I tried to trade the car with them and he not once mentioned the gps in the car. After I sold the car and noticed my title was never received, that is when he decides to tell me about the gps. The guy was extremely rude when I told him the person that bought the car lived 3 hours away, so bringing the car was impossible. He rudely replied that it wasnt his problem.... Well guess what buddy? Its not my fault that you are unprofessional and not fit enough to run that company.... The people that financed my car were the ones stuck having to pay $1000 for them to release my title... The car turned out to be crappy too. I Dont recommend this place or this rude Car Saleman.

I do not recommend this dealer. I bought my car a few months ago and is already having problems. When I took it under warranty to have it fixed, they did not do any good work, because they did not even fix it. My car is exactly the same with the difference that I have to spend more money fixing it. Very sad.
