Update April 2019 - I’ve continued to use CarHavn for my BMW, and they continue to deliver. They offer diagnostics with factory-scan equipment and have expanded their staff with additional technicians. They seem to be busier than before but their customer service is still very personalized and friendly.So I’ve been looking for a place to service my 2013 BMW 328xi. It recently got out of warranty, and I absolute love the car. I also loved the free maintenance plan, but found the prices at the dealer exorbitant. CarHavn seems to have a seemingly simple formula right: high quality at a reasonable price. I just got brakes and oil service done. They used original BMW oil and filter (I saw the bottles) and German rotors (I saw the boxes) for a about 30% less than what the nearest BMW dealer quoted me. I hear they’ll be expanding soon. Just wanted to put the good word out! .

My 2006 mini S, 6 speed convertible with 99,300 miles needed a major overhaul. It was regularly serviced but needed gaskets, seals, brakes, struts, had malfunctioning airbags, needed a clutch, belts, throttle body, supercharger service, axles etc. The car required an authentic Mini repair shop with genuine certified Mini mechanics who could put wrench to engine and use computer programing well beyond what a Mini dealer can or would do and they did it at a fair price. CarHavn was the best. Thorough diagnostics; I had a detailed explanation of work. It took a week to do all the repairs, I had daily updates with pictures, the service manager answered all of my questions and concerns. My car is back, its fast, tight, a machine all over again, I’m back to making reasons to take it for a ride and watching speed limits. This was my first time at CarHavn but I trusted they really knew Minis and was confident they could do the work. Two shops I took the car to wouldn’t touch it. I’m a completely satisfied customer, who will be back for oil changes or whatever service my car needs. Every Mini owner needs these guys.

Too much bad serviceI bought a car there,and they said they will help whit plates so after that I wait for 2 monthsAnd no plates come to my houseSo I was being nice as shut beThan I got uncomfortable about my temporary plates are expired and they don’t care,, I was recommended them but not anymore,, now they just said is not on their hands cuz they haven’t skills to get plates., well I can get plates in 3 days by myself, I can show them how to do it,, and now they don’t want to give me the papers I need to get my plates, bullshi..what that means is they don’t care if I get pull over whit temporary plates,, that’s the problem in the world now if I wouldn’t be nice I get angry to them and many more things but no I’m still patient to themHe just said I’m not citizen to me get in a bad mood against to them well I’m resident my wife’s is citizenAnd treat customers like that no wayI hope the worst things happen for this type of people and to they never get up to learn how to treat nice customers and get skills to help .

I bought the Mini Cooper sport as my first real purchase and let. Me. Tell. You. 1st the service is so friendly! They’re sort of a family business and you can tell they are amazing people. 2nd they were so patient with me, I always ask a million and one question and they answered every single one both over the phone and face to face. And finally they are able to provide all the devices in a timely manner. I had to send my car back for fault from a manufacturer and they were able to replace everything the same day even when it was last minute. Honestly one of the best car buying experiences.

BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE! They sold me a lemon car But since I don’t drive that much I didn’t discover the problems until after the Connecticut warranty period Was up.I don’t know a whole lot about cars and they really took advantage of me. The first time I drove the car the check engine light came on and then gave me some excuse for what it was. And then when I took the car to an independent mechanic they found a leak in the engine which the place was forced to fix because the sale of the car was on contingency...I just trusted that they fixed it. Then I almost ran out of oil after driving 3000 miles. And on my first oil change everything was covered in oil from the leaks, So anybody that change the oil or even went into the engine would have known that there was a leak and the dealership obviously never told me and denied it and denied it and denied it. In addition to the leaks the car burns through so much oil which is now just a chronic engine problem that I have to deal with. Within 5000 miles of driving this car I discovered three separate leaks in oil in the car in addition to the car burning so much oil it burned 3 quarts of oil in 1000 miles. This place is a huge scam and I think everyone should know.

Wanted to wait a couple of months after purchase before writing up a review.We bought a car for our son who wanted a BMW and worked with Ramiro.We had a very good experience despite an unexpected mechanical issue with the car the next day. My distressed call with picked up immediatelyand the response from the dealership was swift and exceeded my expectations.The car comes with an initial warranty with the option to purchase additional coverage. Ramiro was able to register the car at the dealership and I drove away with plates on my car. No dealing with the DMV.Despite a short lived - (maybe one day) rattling noise which went away, the car has been great.I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone in the market for a pre-owned car. Fantastic Service! My GTI needed a bunch of work done including intake manifold, timing chain cover, DSG service, major carbon cleaning, oil change etc. Ramiro got it all finished in one day! He even cut the cost of the DSG service because he wanted to make sure it was much cheaper than what the dealer would charge. I’ll definitely be bringing my car to him again for all future issues and maintenance. Highly recommended!

Good place decent European cars for a good price. They also offer gap and warranties as well. Ramiro was very understanding out going and with no pressure. Explained everything to his best knowledge. They will also explain to you a package step up and a package step down. They also have plain to you the service of the car they will provide for maintenance..
