This place has every necessity you need for hair care, for tougher course hair, they have different products from a wide variety of brands. The staff is extremely helpful and extremely nice. They have great prices for everything. And I always find what Im looking for whenever I go.

This place has all things hair. I stopped in to grab just a few things I didnt pack for my trip to CT, but I left with so much more. They had a product I have only been able to order online so that was a big plus for me. I gave it four stars because everything is compacted close together. It is neat but there were so many products in close proximity it was a little overwhelming.

Went in hoping to find some beard care items (and found some good ones!) and my wife needed detangling brushes. They have a pretty deep selection of products and lots of wigs and staff that is helpful directing you to their products

Great place with TONS of great great options for black hair. Dont like the hurry up and buy feeling the workers give you. They watch everyone like theyre shoplifting, if you dont mind that then its definitely worth a trip.

I was shopping at this location when it was a grocery store and they were selling rotten fish. They became a hair store, and the service is horrible! Some woman snatched a hair magazine out of my hand, then she wed me out of the store, Im never going back, beside thats, its packed with so much stuff, they walk around watching you 🤷🏾‍♀ horrible!!! Never again will I ever shop here 🤬

Best hair place in new haven as far as variety hands down!!! They have soooo many to choose from and a lot of lace front that competitors don’t have yet. Ladies they also sell some nice lingerie as well. Love this place and all of the people are there to assist with no problem.

Good place for wigs, bundles, and hair products. Even like the clothing they have on the side. My only thing is, the staff tends to follow you all throughout the store and I get it, they experienced theft more than once, but geesh... give me room to breathe! If youre a POC, try to avoid and buy online if possible.

I had a really bad experience there. I was followed the whole time I shopped. The man at the counter was extremely rude and talked in his native tongue with the Cashier about me. I told him I spend good money in your store only to be disrespected?! Never going in there again. I hate it because they do have a really huge collection of wigs.

This place is two stores in one its a place with hair wigs braiding weaving crocheting hair care products and on the other side its an entirely different store that has extremely reasonably priced clothing if youre going to visit this store you need at least a good hour or two to go down every aisle and every row to fully appreciate all that this store has to offer this was my first time there but it wont be my last the customer service is excellent service with a smile.

I love this place. They are very helpful. But there is this guy that always seems to have an attitude like he doesn’t like or have patients for the customers. I believe he is racist but he deals with us because of the money. I spend atleast $200 a month there and I bring cutomers and this is my second review. The first was great. This was my favorite store. This is second time this guy has given me a attitude because I wasn’t sure of the length I wanted. I was speeding $100. He didnt even want to continue with me so he asked another worker to deal with me. I will not be returning to this store. This is an example of foriegners opening a store where they know they will make money but don’t like the people they make money from.
