Great place. Employees are helpful and friendly. The store is organized has great options. Great prices and they even have a little discount club you can sign up for for frequent shoppers! Definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming here with my mom for about 2 years and i love it! Very sweet people, kind customer service and a wide variety of products, i’ve purchased many synthetic and a few human hair products from here and loved them all, also their hair oils at the front are great for detangling ur wig and the are great too!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased a blow dryer and realized at home that none of the comb attachments were wide enough for my hair thickness/texture. I didn’t even used the dryer because I could tell it would just rip my hair out. I returned the next day with intentions to simply exchange it for a dryer with wider attachments or at least store credit. I was very nice and explained the situation. I was told that even though I hadn’t used the dryer, I couldn’t exchange it or receive store credit because it’s an “appliance”. Just go to Walmart or Sally’s if you need a dryer or anything that plugs in because these individuals played today.
