By far the worst customer service I have received. I had a Covid test scheduled and called to confirm this ( as I had another test canceled by Walgreens the day before) and the person who answered not only confirmed that they did not have any tests available, but also that they did not even have the type of test that I had scheduled available ever. At least the other location had the curtesy to call and tell me that they had false information on their website. If you actually need anything specific definitely call ahead and confirm because booking does not mean they will actually help you.

Strictly related to the photo services. They said they will NOT take a passport photo to my baby. Beware, only offering passport photos for adults.

Very desapionted about today phone call to pharmacy because they hang up in my face 3 time and the 4th call the lady answer and say may i help you and i told her why they hang up in my face 3 times and she goes ok and i told her well are you going to say sorry or not and she didnt care and told me again how may i help you again smh, they need better system and staff that are not rude🤦😏😡

Why not give it a five star

Was just berated by the pharmacist for expecting to pick up a prescription when they opened . They open at 9, I ordered the refill online 3 days ago and wad there at 915 but apparently this is unacceptable, they’re too busy for customers to expect to pick up 15 minutes after opening.

When it comes to having clear parking lots when it snows Walgreens on 87 Foxon st. in New Haven get a solid F+. At 11am I went to pick up a script parking lot was full of snow Im disabled and have both my feet bandaged I could go in there because the whole lot was snow filled so i say to myself surely by 2:45pm it should be a go nope stupid me gets yelled at by the thugs clearing snow in the parking lot that I couldnt park in the handicap spots they where shoveling at 2:45pm. I left cause they had guys and trucks clearing the lot at 2:45pm literally nowhere to park with these clowns milling about with shovels and trucks either management is soft and they wont get new people to shovel or its his friends business whatever the case 2:45 in the afternoon clearing snow in a major store chain where people cant even park is so unacceptable iam so mad I just wanted to get my meds and go home and rest but the Bumbling brothers snow plow guys work whenever its convient for them and dont you try to patronize the store thats paying them because those idiots got work to do shame on Walgreens for allowing this
