They’re very friendly and helpful. They don’t mind stopping what they’re doing to accommodate their customers. Very serious about theft, to the point of having pictures of those who have stolen lol. You may even see a familiar face! Overall, nice, clean place with a variety of options for a reasonable price!

This hair supply store has the latest wigs, braiding hair, and sew-ins, all styles. Very professional services and affordable prices. Convenient shopping experience for everything that you need including barber supplies, shampoos, conditioners, and hair styling equipment (hair dryers, curling irons, and flat irons).The young ladies, who happens the most knowledgeable and hardworking clerks in the store, make the shopping experience hassle free. I was assisted with selecting a wig and both clerks gave me attentive and personalized services. I learned about the difference between human hair wigs and synthetic wigs in addition to the various options for sew-ins. And, wigs that would compliment and accentuate me. I was very pleased and appreciative of the time they spent with me. Very professional and courteous establishment.

Jean the owner is a pleasure to do business with. She and her staff greet you the moment you enter the store. They are alway pleasant, patient and very professional. This is very important. I have going into establishments were staff look directly at you and do not say hello or acknowledge your presence. In these location I simply turn around and walk out the door in the absence of professional etiquette. I refuse to spend my money where I am not acknowledged.

Brought a closure from this store and Jane told me that I can bring it back if it’s not good hair . So after bringing it to my beautician my beautician told me the closure was horrible and cheap and very thin .I brought it back to the store Jane and her employees gave me such a hard time they would not refund or give me store credit . She did not hold her word about exchanging it when I first brought it . She waited until I brought the closure in the next day to tell me she couldn’t do anything about it . It was an horrible experience. I would recommend to shop else where because they care all about the money not there word or quality. First and last time there . I wish I can post pics because it was bad . Ladies don’t buy closures or hair from this. Store it’s cheap and synthetic. Don’t let the labels fool you !!!

Generally helpful staff that allow you to shop comfortably. They dont follow customers around to prevent theft 3 stars because The aisles are extremely tight; no social distancing. They play music with extremely explicit lyrics which shows complete lack of respect for customers.
