I have tried to get ahold of you folks With absolutely no luck. I placed an order for a birthday gift through Facebook and it was charged to my credit card a month ago and still I have not received It! It is getting to the point of being ridiculous.This seems like it might be the only way to get your attention. Please send me my product for HEAVENS SAKE!!! I expect to hear from you today!! The product was available and in stock. So why is it not here????????

There’s something abstract about this store. It’s so distinctive from the everyday store; very unconventional more like, from the way the clothes are displayed to the music on the background-very creative. The owner of this store must’ve worked with a very good creative director. I was very pleased when I visited; almost didn’t want to leave. You can feel this aura of calmness and tranquility. I still have a mental picture of the way I was welcomed me as I stepped into store. Their stuff are good and the price is pretty moderate too. There’s also a wheelchair accessible entrance for the differently abled. The store is very close to the road and can be easily seen from a car in normal traffic.

Spacious store with a great selection. Sales associates were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Why I love Urban Outfitters? I love the atmosphere, as soon as I walk in the door I can feel my blood pressure to normal. I can always find something thats my style. And I usually find things that are very good priced on sale. also I have a very fulfilling time shopping with my daughters.I love the people that work there theyre always friendly theyre always willing to help and they can leave you alone if you want to shop by yourself. I especially like their shelves and their furnitures that they do have. lastly very very good quality clothing.

People are not respecting social distancing here, in the payment line they were crowding when I told the stuff at the cashier what was happening even though he saw it 🙄 and also I told him that I have low immune system he laughed. So I will not come back for my own safety, I would like to say it here so if you have the same concerns you avoid to come here as well since we can not trust they will really take care of all the customers need at this uncertain time.

On Tuesday July 21, 2020, I drove all the way to New Haven since it is the closest Urban Outfitters to me. I arrived around 1:30 PM and paid to park. When I walk up to the door at 1:30 PM, there was a sign that said “Employee Break: Return at 2:45 PM”. This is over an hour long break. Also how long was the sign there before I even arrived at 1:30?? Anyways, I did not have time to wait until 2:45 PM to shop, so I paid my parking fee and left. Basically made the trek to New Haven for nothing.

Even the sale prices are still expensive please they need to stop 🛑

It’s Urban, love how hipster it is. I have to say they have some of the best jeans 👖 and shirts. Typical abrasiveness for the employees. Sorry I interrupted your conversation. I go in and out. Clean and has what you need.

The store itself has a great atmosphere and is very inviting; however, I did not get that same vibe from a specific employee, Marissa. She came off very aggressive and unwelcoming. Instead of kindly asking me to leave (because she felt that since my friend worked there I was there only to chat with my friend, although I was actually shopping as well) she told my friend to tell me to leave. I felt so offended that she could not just come up to me and simply either ask and see if my intentions were to just socialize with my friend or to politely ask me to leave because she doesnt want my friend to get into trouble. As I was finishing up in the fitting room, I was about to leave the store when I seen my friend. She had just finished talking to Marissa but I seen that Marissas face looked angry. As she walked by me, I smiled at her but she kept the same angry face on, so I asked my friend what she said. She then told me that Marissa told her to tell me to leave. While leaving, I decided to ask Marissa if she wanted me to leave and tell her how I was offended that she couldnt speak to me directly. She got a snarky attitude and said that my friend wasnt allowed to talk during her shift. I understood where she was coming from, but I was not only there for my friend. I was also browsing as a customer and was trying to convey that to her, but she seemed to have too much of a nasty attitude to hear where I was coming from. I was simply just trying to talk to her as mature adult/customer would voice their concerns. It was just an overall bad experience.

My kids love this store. It is expensive, it is trendy. The staff is cool and the store is pretty cool itself.

Overpriced. But I must say I do get great basic pieces. Associates are friendly and helpful. Love the vibe

I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED. I’m a 20 year old black college student and I walked into the store looking for Mario Badescu’s facial creams and when I picked them up a white male worker came up to me and said that I should leave my products at the register while I was looking around. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN RACIALLY PROFILED. I believe that just because of my skin tone he thought I was going to steal the products. I still ended up buying them because I needed it but I will never step foot in this store again. The customer service was not at all what I expected, if I could give it -1 star I would.

Very smart shop, you can find a lot of great brands in it with many types of cool products.
