I went to this, Store to shop today. I have been there before so I felt comfortable in going. I began walking in the store and the store worker / Asian man, said you have to wear a mask. I said the State has dropped the Mask requirements. I also said I have gotten my shots, I have my proof card. I can’t breath with the Mask. He said, he didn’t care if I had the shots. He would not even look at my card! I said are you doing this because I am Black. Then he tried to argue with me over it, and he tried to say things to get me to argue with him. I said I am leaving and would not be coming back. You are trying to get me to argue with you so you can lie. He said this store is private property and we can do what we want. I said okay, I will never shop here again, back to Amazon for me. I believe his targeting me over the Mask was racially motivated. Due to he wouldn’t even look at my COVID proof card provided. So why did I get the shot, Vaccine…Black shoppers need to be alert to this type of behavior/ trying to provoke us to react negatively…

Terrible service from the Asian ppl that work there, they will make you wait for wigs until the black girls can get it for you. They will overcharge you if you don’t watch you getting charged for. They speak to you so rudely. It’s not a good place, go to Jane’s beauty on dixwell instead. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Vast supply of hair care products. Huge selections of human and synthetic wigs. Large assortment of barrettes and other hair decorations. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Make sure to have time to shop because there is a lot of goodies you may miss out on.

I absolutely love this location....I was so upset when I moved away from the area. The customer service is wonderful and they are very helpful when it comes time to purchase, they show complete and utter attention to you and your needs....I highly recommended this location and the prices $$$ are great too.

Love this store for its selection of both hair and hair products, makeup and earrings. The staff, especially the young lady, is always so friendly and very helpful, and I feel very welcome in this store to browse as long as I like. Also love that its right in my neighborhood so I can walk to it whenever I like!
