Ok let me just start off by saying this. I thought this would be a good experience for me considering the reviews this company has but that wasnt the case because they are LIARS. I was given a message by my rep that Bryan Rogers in the finance dept. stated that I was approved for financing by my bank but I had to pay off both of my auto loans I have with my bank but I only have one auto loan with them. They also said I had to put down $2500.00 plus an additional of $696.00 some odd dollars because that is the fee my bank charges. I asked my rep. to have Bryan to give me a call to go over some questions I had because this information did not make any sense to me and yet Bryan never called. I then reached out to my bank and I was told that I was approved for the auto loan or I could trade in my vehicle. If I keep my car I only have to put $2000 down for the other car. I asked my bank about the fee and they stated that I am not responsible for the fee, that is the fee the bank charges the dealership not the customer. PRESTON HONDA wanted me to pay the fee that the bank charges them for the vehicle which is very coning.This company is not a trustworthy business so dont be fooled by what they say to you on phone. A trusting business keeps good customers but this company is NOT IT!!! They deserve NO STARS!!!

They make you come in to make money off you when you call them to ask about the warranty they could of said its up at 60000 then would of known if the part was covered. But no they make you come in tut hen tell you after they did the scan for a $127.05. I will not deal with this place again. Plus they gave a customer his truck back in the brake pedal went to the floor. You would think they would try it out before giving it to the owner poor all around business not customer friendly

I got a 2018 civic hatchback sport model 6speed (manual) with 14k miles. Slight issue with the driver seat but they ordered the parts to fix it.My only complaint is they put rusty screws in my license plate I replaced on my own though. SHADY. $8,000 WASTEBought a 2011 Nissan rogue from the Preston used car budget lot in range of KBB value and on the car fax report Preston Honda wrote that the Nissan had the brakes checked, oil and filter changed, new tires balanced, air filter replaced, rear brakes and rotors resurfaced, and spark plugs replaced. Salesman Paul was talking up the car saying how in great condition the car is in and the company cleaned it up real nice for me and I ended up driving away now without $8,000. 2 months in with this car now and have spent an extra $1,000 fixing it because the car needed new rotors, a new front passenger side arm and ball joint, an oil change, and the air filter was not hooked up correctly. I spoke with a Honda agent through the 1-800 number and was basically told that no refund can be issued because a Nissan car was bought from a Honda dealer. However, if that is the case this company should not be selling vehicles other than Hondas because every single person who touched my vehicle needs to be held accountable for putting my life in danger. Selling a car with a broken arm and ball joint could have caused my tire to come off resulting in a crash, and the incorrectly connected air filter caused my car to decelerate at an extremely fast rate while I was on the highway again putting me in danger. Clearly the mechanics do not know how to do their jobs, this company lied on the Carfax report, and every single person who checked over this vehicle does not know how to do their job and there is no excuse for any of this. My life was in danger due to purchasing a vehicle from this shady business and my money was wasted. Nissans are good vehicles but every single person at This Honda location severely screwed up my vehicle for a quick buck.

YES- GREAT EXPERIENCE. FIRST CLASS TREATMENT.We went online to PrestonHonda.com to search for the Honda Civic that had updated technology (lane assist, distance assist, blind side awareness package, and updated media .i.e. Apple Carplay. We also wanted heated seats, sunroof, and yes- a remote smart. TO OUR surprise they had one in STOCK ready to drive off the lot. Now in this market, we have had difficulty finding a vehicle due to depleted stock and supply chain related issues. We picked out the car on Sunday and Monday morning I called in to get in touch with Sales team. They were not available at 8am when I called, but the service desk was happy to take my name/number and my reason for calling. I was calling and texting with Paul Turco (Internet Manager) all morning setting up the test drive. My schedule was pretty busy on Monday, but Paul was able to accommodate. I was blown away by the features and quickly figured out how to use all of the updated features we wanted to see. It was an easy decision. We pulled back in and let Paul know we were ready to get paperwork going. QUICK process. Nothing pushy when it came to after market stuff either. I did get the maintenance package. Feels like a no-brainer with all of those sensors.Also - Paul delivered the car to our driveway. Yeah ... it was a great experience from start to finish.Highly recommend these guys at Preston Honda. My wife & I were looking for a new sedan. We narrowed it down to a Toyota or Honda. Luckily for us Preston Auto carries both brands and many more. We chose the Honda Civic over the Toyota Camry. Toyota manager; Walt was very accommodating and not in any way made us feel uncomfortable for choosing the Honda. Kevin, Brian & Paul were all easy to approach at Honda and did everything needed to make us feel important and special. Kevin listened to all my requests and instead of just saying it wasnt possible, he talked and worked with us until the deal was acceptable to all of us. We now own a 2020 Honda Civic Touring and know Preston Auto will stand behind us with any questions or problems we might encounter.

Chad in sales was great and I would probably buy a car from him if he worked anywhere but Preston Honda.The sales and finance manager were the reason they lost my business as well as the business of anyone asking me for a Honda dealer recommendation. They inconvenienced me due to their own mistake and, instead of trying to make it right in a reasonable way, they insulted me with a bs story. Don’t do that to people...life is hard enough. In addition to it costing you dollars and cents it will eventually cost you your reputation (if it hasn’t already) that’s worth even more than your bottom line** Mr. Kevin Preston, I dont believe you got the full story from your sales manager or your finance manager...probably because they come off looking bad in it. First of all, they didnt offer to deliver the car to me, they offered to bring me/pick up papers. Additionally, they tried to tell me I needed additional documentation that I did not need and would have cost me a lot of time and money to obtain. I had what was required and was willing to make the extra trip to get it to them had they not given me the run around . Finally, your sales manager tried to snow me about certifying that car for me...he didnt do it for me, thats not even the car I went to look at originally, I would question if it was even certified at all.I think they may have left you out of the loop on some info-you might want to check on that, its more than likely not the first time.

Made the switch back to Honda today with a brand new CR-V, thanks to Conor Mogg. Conor couldn’t have been more helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for (plus more!). Josh in finance was also extremely thorough and made everything quick and painless. I definitely recommend Preston Honda and will use them for my future vehicles!

We would highly recommend Preston Honda! We are thrilled with our new Civic Sport. Richie, our sales guy, was awesome to work with! Very accommodating, and worked around our schedule as my husband was out of town between the time we pretty much chose the car and signed the deal. They got us exactly the car we wanted from 2 hours away, and it arrived quickly (less than 48 hours), as promised! Very pleasant experience with the sales manager, Bryan, and the finance department. No hassles whatsoever! We did have a minor issue a few weeks after having the car, but it was handled expediently and to our complete satisfaction by Bryan and the service team. Preston Honda went above and beyond our expectations!

I went with my sister who was shopping for a late model used Honda. To their credit, Preston has operated in New Castle for many years, but unfortunately still engaged in high pressure and even sexist tendencies when theyd be further ahead to respect their female buyers and honor a buyers request to think about it for a day or two. Ultimately, they sold her the car, but only after she took the time she needed to fully consider her options. She returned the following week and, with the confidence that shed have no buyers remorse, completed the deal. Had they not been so petulant and impatient on her first day, shed be recommending them. But that is not the case.Sexist? Yes, I was clearly identified as her brother. Yet, the men kept explaining​ things to me instead of always addressing her directly.

Mark was our salesman. Very very slow. Made my wife wait over 20 minutes while he disappeared. Got our new car but told my wife that there was tree sap left on the car and he didnt want us to have it since the hood would rust over time. Had to then give us a loaner car. We had to wait a couple days before our new car came in. Had to sign the paperwork all over again. Worst dealership. Preston Toyota was so much better. Only reason we didnt get a car at Toyota was because my wife liked the Accord. Would never recommend Honda in New Castle.
