Cars are over priced and its no more Auto Auction, its a car lot, I wish they will take the Auto Auction sign down. And the cars has high miles with crazy prices, I wanted a Chevy Cruze it had 150K miles or more they wanted $5,500 for it . I went to Baltimore Auto Auction in jaoppa Maryland and won a bid on a 2016 Chevy Cruze with 85k miles for $3,500 ..And I have no problems with it. And if you have a problem with a vehicle you brought,they give you 24 hours to return it and give you a full Refund!!!! They have Great prices and Great Cars

Worst purchase of my young adult life!! This was supposed to be my first car after getting into college. The sales rep Steven was very off putting and that’s when I should’ve known to leave. Not even a week after purchasing a Nissan Cube, the engine light came on and before I knew it, I had to spend way more than the car is worth for a NEW TRANSMISSION as well as other work that was needed. I was on the highway when the car malfunctioned and I almost got into an accident. The repairs set me back more than $5,000 and the warranty they speak of does not cover it. Please DO NOT buy from here. Especially if you’re a younger person who can’t afford for these kinds of things to go wrong and have a busy college schedule that requires a RELIABLE car.

Went to purchase a car that I saw on facebook marketplace. Car was an okay deal and had the features I wanted. Drove 35 minutes to the place just to be told they sold that car 4 days ago, but I texted them yesterday asking about the car and they said that they have it and it is available. Got to the establishment and when I was told the car was not available we looked around at other cars in the price range, found a similar car and when they gave me the keys to start it up and look under the hood, the car refused to start, shortly after the woman helping us asked to get a jump for the car but I’ve already made up my mind about this place. If you purchase a car from here and it starts on the lot you are lucky, and you most likely won’t get far down the road until you need to tow it to the junkyard. Do not go here to get a vehicle you will be disappointed with the Bait and Switch going on at this establishment.

Purchased a vehicle from here for $5300 $5800 in total after buyer fees. Not only was I coincidentally not offered the standard warranty that comes with ALL sold vehicles that covers the engine and transmission my car was diagnosed by the dealership and found to have extreme transmission issues! They offered to “beat the price” for a mechanic and labor IF they could. Which is a big IF. But I still would be responsible for the repairs. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE THEY SELL BAD CARS AND ARE CHEATS.

I made a cash offer for a 2004 BMW 330i on the dealer’s website (has a make an offer option) and provided my email address. I heard no response whatsoever from the dealer. After almost a week with no response, I then went back on the dealer’s website and went to their chat option. I was told that a manager would be in contact with me. Again, I heard no response from the dealer. Regardless of whether they wanted to accept, decline, or counter my offer, it is only basic courtesy to respond when a customer makes an offer. It should also be noted that this dealer is open and operating. Very unprofessional and discourteous.

Called ahead and was told that the car I was looking at had been given a safety inspection and was ready to drive. Drove 2 hours, came in and the car is leaking oil, never had a safety inspection and apparently the mechanic knew the whole time & never bothered to fix it. Unapologetically bad service, they will make you wait & salesman know nothing about what they’re selling.

Although, I walked away from the auction, not a winner of a vehicle at a price I was looking for, I do have to say it was still a great experience. I went on a Thursday auction, Friday normal sales day, and a Saturday auction. The experience was consistent across the board, where you had smiling, polite workers willing to help you, with regard to your varied auction questions as well as vehicle questions. There were many vehicles to look at as well as browse. On the auction days you are given ample time to check the vehicles out 2 hours prior to the actual auction. The flow of the auction is smooth and at times humorous, where the employees attempt to get the crowd engaged, even on a cold dreary day. The vehicles flow through the bidding section quickly and just as quickly leave, but with heavy regard for safety, especially with the children who come to the invent. ( I especially liked their concern for safety). I wanted to give a shout out to all the people I spoke to at the location, I believe one to be the owner? but the one I remember the most was Angel, as he provided consistent, unwavering support, honesty ( something rare in most establishments anymore) and help when ever requested. Over all, again a great experience!

Im editing with this review because I saw that someone liked this review so instead of me deleting the whole review Im going to do a PART #2 so here goes.......In part 1 the person was smiling...BUT...after getting the car home it was 😡😵👎the person ended up getting over $400 worth of repairs for it to pass inspection.....😔

My husband and I experience was not good @ all. We thought everything was going to be good then 24 hours after having the car the engine light came on. Now we trying to figure out what the hell we going to do. For a Outlook already paid 1800 in the car had it less than a month. I’m pretty good with trying to give people the benefit of the doubt . But was told anything with the Engine would be covered under the warranty. But apparently the timing chain is not and it’s going to cost well over 2000 to get fix. On top of buying a condo, having a baby soon this has been very overwhelming on my family . We need a car because I travel pretty far for work. I never endured this type of experience ever. My husband tried his best to reach out but no response and nothing can be done. Unfortunately we don’t have the money to just pay over 2000 after putting in 1800 already. I should had trusted my gut and just wait until my 6 months @ my job which is this month to go to a dealer . Luck was not on our side. And all honesty these people can care less once you drive off the lot.

I went here to buy a car. The prices are way more higher than Kelly blue book and they wont let you talk them down when financing. Steve was the guy I was dealing with at the lot, he was rude, sarcastic and no help at all. I will not be spending money with these rude people. I finally went to Martin Porter and I got the perfect car for a great price and low mileage.

Perfect place to get you a Financed car!! My brother got one, and i got one! Both were able to pay cars in a reasonable time! And get great cars! Of anything thing wrong with it before you buy, it gets fixed, and they work with you if you need a co signer!!! It was even times where i had to put things on hold. And they was more then helpful.

I bought a car with a warranty the warranty company didnt value the warranty and I was stuck with the car the salespeople didnt trade the car it didnt offer to pay half for the repair it was a complete disaster Im never going back to this place and I will recommend anybody who read these posts for this post to do your homework and just avoid this place. Let me just say that Zuly is AMAZING!!! She knows the correct information to relay to a person that is interested in purchasing a vehicle. I had millions of questions and she was willing to answer them with no hesitations. My advice to the buyer would be to talk to Zuly.....test drive the car (make sure no warning lights are on)...purchase the warranty (get an extended warranty if possible) just to cover yourself. This auction always have a good selection of vehicles. If you see something that is REALLY GOOD buy it because the good vehicles never last long. I purchased a 2003 Acura TL on Friday, June 12th around 5pm. By 7pm that same Friday, the car started to leak anti-freeze, the check engine light came on. The car would not pass inspection on Monday, June 15th because the drivers side headlight was not working. It cost $214 to replace the light with the bulb as I had to replace the whole casing since it was cracked. Once the headlight and casing casing was replaced, it passed inspection and as I drove from the inspection line, the car ran hot. The car was taken to the mechanic who made the following repairs to keep the car from running hot: Radiator cooling fan on the drivers side and radiator cap. The mechanic also ran a diagnostic on the car and stated the following needed to be repaired:Both from struts (left is leaking), oil pan is leaking, engine oil leaking behind timing covers, valve covers are leaking oil, power steering pump leaking, cruise control cable unplugged, check engine light on with the following codes: P0301, P0303, P0305, P0300, transmission code found P0740, ABS codes found 28-2, 31-2, 61-1. This car is totally inoperable and I have only had it for 7 days. During the sale I asked the representative for a car fax, I was told that there wasnt one but she did show a report that stated there was nothing wrong with the car.

Went here a couple days ago to look at buy now. Lady was very rude: its cold out here, Im ready to go inside instead of telling which other vehicles I had interest in, I politely took my leave. It was awkward and I had no interests in continuing business in that environment. I came with multiple shirt layers and 2 bottom layers to keep warm. she was wearing a skirt, so, if course its cold. And to prove my interest of wanting something that day, I left my vehicle at home. I think a couple ahead of me also got up and left after they werent sure why they were waiting.

Wow, this is a great place to shop around for used cars. Hes the thing, they are some really great cars over there but if you dont Know witch one to pick just go ahead and talk to one of the people that selling them. They are some vehicles that under 100 thousand miles, they are some that like a year old fairly been on the road. I was there with my friends they purchased a couple vehicles, honestly that was the best purchase ever. Theyve been driving around with them cars for ever and one thing they do is just get an oil changed thats it. Personally, Delaware public Auction is one of the best place to shop around for cars. Bought my daughter a 2009 Honda Civic back in March through the auction. Probably overpaid for the car especially with the auction fees but so far the car hasnt given her any problems other than the usual oil change tune up etc. I will probably come back here in the future if ever car shopping again but do a little more homework on the cars and the actual value of car next time.

Purchased a car a month ago, before I got out of the lot, the engine light came on. I immediately showed the tech. He said all I needed was a gas cap. Was not allowed to return to window to purchase warranty. Car has had a tune up, transmission tune up, all new engine coils and air conditioning work and they cannot determine why the engine light comes on and off and the air cannot stay cold. I am very disgusted. I spent 3,000. on a lemon. I will never go there again. IF YOU BUY A CAR THERE, MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE WARRANTY AND THEN SOME!!!!!!!!

Some cars here I wouldnt even touch. But really here you get what you get. If you are looking for something you would like just keep coming back till they get in new arrivals. But you must really look over the cars here closely. You would be surprised what you will find just by simply popping open the hood of a car. I didnt buy a car here myself. But I did look at several cars and them test drive me around the property. And from what I saw I wasnt going to get something that would cost more to fix down the road. So I just left neutral from here. Wasnt impressed nor was I disappointed.

I bought a used car at a Great price in mint condition. Even though it had a misfire, I knew I could fix it, which I did for less then $150 in parts from eBay. Brought to my mechanic and he installed the parts. The auctioneer is very good as well as the entire sales team. Very nice, polite, and vrry understanding staff. No high sales pitch. No car payments know either.

I bid on a vehicle and put down a $100 dollar (thank goodness not the $500 required) went to the bank came back with full payments only to find out the car is a stick shift. I clearly explained to the manager that I wasnt aware the car was a stick shift prior to bidding on it - I do not know how to drive a shift and that I am willing to purchase another vehicle. He basically said too bad its your responsibility to know what you are bidding on and my money was not transferable nor non refundable. I was really upset for losing my $100 dollars, but thank goodness I was able to get another vehicle at a non auction, dealership for a fraction of the price a newer model and 10000 miles lesser. Dont get tricked with The word Auction I suggest if you are looking for a car shop around do not get tricked by those profesional crocks.

When. you need a car you should look here b4 you look any place first. I got a lot of good cars from here. 4 to be exact... I was looking @ a Subaru there early one Sunday morning and got arrested 4 trespassing. I still think it was so funny that the police had nothing better 2 do at that time... I will have my day in court and we will all laugh about that also i guess. I should buy the car b4 i go 2 court so i can really have a good laugh about that day...
