Was able to have car serviced without an appointment. Folks were very friendly. Waiting area clean and comfortable. Service items were explained clearly. Much better than one of the local places I had tried for convienience.
Great dealership to work with. I drove from Central NJ (1.5 hours each way) to work with Thomas Roberts. Him, his supervisor, and the finance manager were all professional. No pressure sales at all when I walked in. They knew which car I wanted to test-drive, they gave me the keys and let me have at it. I came back and all they asked was How are you feeling about the car?. I told them I needed to think about it, they said Thats fine, let us know what you want to do when youre ready. Throughout the whole sales process, even with my indecisiveness, they were courteous, patient, and never did they try to force the sale on me. I will gladly come back here to purchase another Mazda!And for those who are wondering, they will handle the registration for whichever state you are coming from. They will give you a DE temp-plate that is good for 60 days. Easiest dealership to work with in that regard as well!

I took my 2016 Mazda to get CarPlay installed and ever single car I have ever been in with car play you could use the touch screen when you were driving or a passenger could however in Mazda’s you can’t and they were not upfront about this. If I had know it would be basically the same function as my old system just being able to freeze on a different screen I never would have paid $300 for this. No where on their service site does it say yeah you’ll have perfect car play when your not moving but as soon as you move your stuck on the screen you choose.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful! They helped me find the car that was best suited for me and not on something that I didn’t need! They were very patient trying to find the best deal for me and were very thorough going through all the options available to me!
This was my first experience with Nucar and I was very impressed. They were responsive, easy scheduling, provided a loaner when it looked like they may need my vehicle a while, texted a reasonable estimate that I could easily approve, completed the work and had me back on the road.

Got a chance to test drive a few cars and they gave me their genuine opinion. Did my first service recently and it went by without a glitch. Really beautiful new dealership - Communication is Terrible!!! Im not one to ever leave bad review but Im so frustrated with my experience here. I bought a used car from them that had some paint issues. They said it was supposed to get touched up on Friday and I could come buy it that day. Friday morning I called to confirm since I live 45 minutes away and they said the paint guy didnt show up. Monday I call again they said Paint guy is still not coming. Then someone called me back and said it did get painted on Friday...Why wouldnt anyone call me to tell me that when I was originally supposed to buy it Friday! So then I buy the car Monday but I really didnt like the paint touch up job so they offered to have the bumper repainted entirely but I had to take it back in on a Tuesday or Thursday for the paint guy. I scheduled my day, dropped off my car the night before (again I live 45 minutes away) and the paint guy DIDNT show up AGAIN! Finally, I brought it in for the second time expecting they would wash the car before they paint it especially because it was very dirty. THEY DID NOT. and now I just called to find out when I can wash it and they said 90 DAYS!!!! that is extremely important information that was not communicated in any way. and especially knowing that I wont be able to wash it for three months, Im shocked they wouldnt have washed it before it was painted. Im blown away by the lack of communication from them. Luckily I will not be returning to this dealership.

I gave a three, because now I’m frustrated with them, because of the bank they deal with doesn’t stand behind their work (job). I got my loan through chase bank that they recommended and I paid tags and title when I bought my car (as usual), but only to find out after five years when I paid my car off, they sent my lien satisfaction letter but no title. they said that they merged with another bank and they lost it, so I’m out $50 dollars that I had to go to DMV and dig out of my pocket to get a duplicate title for my car..when I already paid for it when I purchased the car from the dealership. I called the bank more than seven times and they still say that they sent it, (Which they should’ve sent it registered mail so you would have to sign for it and then they knew that you got it. Then they said that it got lost in the company merger. That is still not my problem, they lost it so they need to pay me the $50 (to replace it). I stopped in to Nucar Mazda to see if they could call the bank and talk to somebody in the title department to help me out in this situation, either to find my title or to pay $50 dollars to reimburse me. I got no help, I guess Once you leave the dealership their done with you. Good luck if you buy a car from them. Very disappointed.
I purchased my car November 14, 2020 and still have not received my car registration 4 months later!I followed up with my sales person Tom and his manager days before my registration expired and I was told it was okay everyone is having issues because the DMV is behind. I didnt need to do anything but just wait. I could come in to get my temp tags renewed but it was not necessary... My paperwork would be mailed to me directly.A month later and still no paperwork. I decide to call the DMV myself to check the status and to my surprise I was told my papers were NEVER received... I was told they are processing paperwork for date January 14 and on and to follow up with the dealership...I call dealership and speak with Tom who provides the WORST EXPERIENCE!!! He gave a very nonchalant attitude towards my concerns and states I just need to be patient. 4 months is not patient? He stated he spoke with titling department and there is nothing that can be done. I ask to do a conference call because I was getting different answers and he told me NO he was the only one who could help. He was no help at ALL. Instead his response was did you ever buy a car during Covid? I will never use this dealership service again!!!I have no idea where my paperwork is to my vehicleOh and that referral bonus is a joke. I referred someone and was promised a check and guess what I still havent received it. I asked about that as well and Tom said he would get back to me but I havent heard anything... Not surprising at ALL!
It is a great experience to get a car here. The building is new and very modern, rivaling even luxury dealerships. They are very straightforward with their pricing, which is pretty great. They do not pressure you and try to give you a good experience

Overall, terrible experience. Their laziness lead to clerical errors on my registration. Not only did they not fix the error, they told me the only fix was to work with the DMV myself. One of the managers had the ability to fix this for me, but out of sheer laziness told me I had to contact the DMV despite their mistake. He was also quite rude and 0% helpful. On top of that, one of the salesmen sold me a used car that had a dent on the rocker panel below the passenger door that was difficult to spot. Granted I should have noticed it during the purchasing process, however Im sure he was aware of this. Its the lack of transparency thats bothersome, it should have been mentioned. Additionally, my paper plates have been expired for 2.5 months. Ive followed up numerous times and received conflicting information each time. Every time you call this dealership they will transfer you to multiple voicemails before you get in touch with a person (and they wont call you back). I spoke to a different person each time I called, a lot of passing the buck when a customer needs help. I wasted so much time dealing with this company. My first used car buying experience was as sleezy as expected. Zero accountability from employees, the issues are knee jerk blamed on the DMV or covid and theres simply no customer service. Im really not sure how this dealership has good reviews, but overall theres little integrity at this company. Once the sale has been made, you no longer matter. Ill never buy a vehicle at Nucar again and absolutely will not recommend to this dealership to family or friends.
Very disappointed. I purchased a car from them based on a highly recommended referral. While shopping for a car, the salesmen were polite, and I had no issues receiving answers, or call backs. Once the sale was made, the polite manner disappeared and receiving a return call is almost impossible. I’ve had to get my T-Tags renewed almost twice now due to my registration not being received. One salesmen advised me to ride around on expired tags because “police know about dmv delays with covid”, although I expressed how uncomfortable I was doing that. The dmv also advised me they haven’t received anything in regards to my registration, and asked me to get a tracking number from Nucar. I have been transferred, and talked to 3 different people who will not provide me a tracking number. I also experienced noises from my car that I JUST purchased, and after having my car 3 different times ALL day, the conclusion I was given was that they need to have a Kia dealer look at it since it’s a Kia car and they don’t have any Kia service shops there. I recently expressed my frustrations to my salesman who completely blew me off. Seems after they get the sale, they no longer care about their customers. I sadly regret this. I love my car, and it is a great vehicle overall, but the service that has come with it is disheartening. I am giving a 2 star rating based on the overall satisfaction with my car. However, that does not nullify the rest of the experience.

After a terrible experience at Price Toyota. My brother and I were fortunate that Christian was able to fit us in last minute. Christian is awesome, he was personable, humble, funny and really tried to get to know us. It was clear that he truly enjoys his job and enjoys people. It didn’t feel like a “sale”, I knew he was truly assisting me on choosing the best option for myself. He explained everything nicely and gave me a good history of the car. We had to go over to service for a repair, as this is the place my husband bought his brand new 2014 Mazda 3 I Grand Touring at Christmas time 2013, we have gone here for almost everything since. WE GOT SO LUCKY TO HAVE MELISSA TO HELP US! She made sure to take care of every detail with our Infotainment system repair, and fortunately it was covered by the warranty. Melissa Ward in Service was amazingly helpful and so nice, she kept in touch and got back to us in just a few hours. Will definitely call her first next time! Will update after the repairs are done Monday 01/20, as she fit us in right away.
Awesome experience. My sales rep was Juan Matthews and hes absolutely fantastic. Everyone there is incredibly amicable and helpful, and isnt out to scam you or run you dry like most dealerships. Very very very pleasantly surprised with how great of an experience they provided me.
I didnt end up purchasing a vehicle here, but Mario and the sales team were very personable and super helpful - even with COVID going on. They took the time to plan for my appointment by having vehicles that fit my parameters ready and waiting for a test drive, ultimately they just didnt have what I wanted on the lot at the moment but Id definitely recommend them, especially when compared to Piazza Mazda in West Chester.

Horrible at answering the phone
I went in there to look at cars, and when I walked in and not one person acknowledged me. No one spoke to me. There was one man that held the door for me and looked at me, but still didn’t even say hello. I was looking for a car all over the lot and not one person offered to help me. I couldn’t believe it so I just left.
Bought a car here in 2018. It was a used car, but we were still told multiple time that the breaks and tires were brand new. The breaks snapped a few days later, and could have killed us completely had it happened while driving quickly. Thankfully we were slowing down to turn into our driveway and were able to stop without crashing.Our mechanic informed us that the breaks couldn’t be new, and clearly haven’t been maintained or replaced since 2008 when the car was manufactured.Now, during a recent inspection we are finding out that our tires are from 2007. On a 2008 car that we were told had brand new tires from 2018.We checked so many times with the dealership and mechanics working there, and they reassured us that everything was brand new and even did a check before we signed and drove off.This place is cheap. Please get your car properly inspected or bring someone who knows their stuff because they’ll try to sell you a death trap.
I have had my car for almost 3 years and I have tried Mazda dealerships in different states. Nucar Mazda is the best. Although it is not convenient for me to go there and come to pick it up, it has such a great knoweledge of the car and mechanics that I am sure anything wrong with car will be fixed and I should remain confident and relax.

Didn’t buy here, but had service done and it was altogether a very professional and positive experience. My service consultant was knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions I had. They were able to get my car in and work finished quickly, even after having a couple things added on in the middle of the process, and I consider the prices to be very reasonable.
I began my search for a Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring with the Premium package in April. I looked up the prices on Truecar, KBB, and all other trusted websites. I even joined Consumer Reports for more detailed average price paid by customers for that particular trim in a geographical area. I picked up an average price of all the above mentioned websites, (Great value price) and began my search.I had approached 8 dealers in Philadelphia and NJ region before I approached Nucar in Delaware.All the other dealers, had their prices either way above the market value or had some kind of hidden costs which came up once I asked for the out of the door price.I lost hope of finding the car with my price. Decided on the 3 5-door but the color wasn’t in stock on Day 2. They had it there the next day, when we closed the deal. Great experience w/both sales managers, whose involvement was minimal. Excellent visit to Nucar Mazda for my first oil change service. In addition to tire rotation, oil change, etc. they rectified 2 dashboard lights and sat in my car to help me reconnect my phone to my little ZoomZoom (Mazda 3). All within about an hour and at no charge!
I was in contact with the sales person over the course of a couple of weeks after looking at their cars I found the car I liked. A few days ago I got the check from the bank went to the dealership and I didnt spent to much time their and left with a 2016 Malibu. My car adviser was Christin. He was great and awesome. I had couple of issues with my car and I showed them to other Mazda dealers and also other high ranked mechanics but they were not fully solved.At Nucar they got everything right and not only the issues are fixed they are fixed forever. I have not seen any electrical issues since then. I used to have tire sensor coming up after 10 miles of drive from where it was fixed and my rare cammera working randomly.Thank you Nucare and Christin for such a great service!Fazel

It was my first time getting service done at Nucar Auto Collision. I was referred by a friend to go to Nucar, because apparently this is the only place that cares OEM jeep parts in DE. They had my car for 8 days and during this time they kept me posted with the work process that my jeep was going through. When I went to pick it up it did surprised me that my car wasnt only clean outside but inside as well. I am a very meticulous person and small details makes a huge difference when it comes to service. I am content with the work that was done and also with customer service. I totally recommend this place! Thank you!

I ignored his comment and i told him i am looking to purchase a vehicle and he asked me your are here to purchase a vehicle like I didnt belong or something so I tell him what I wanted he took me for a test drive and said not a thing during me looking at the car or driving it. So we go inside after the test drive and I tell him what I want he leaves I stay in the office for about 20 minutes alone he comes back and gives me the numbers and told me this it take it or leave it didnt give me options or suggestions he didnt negotiate or nothing he even got the way I was going to purchase the vehicle wrong. I took my money and left didnt even give him a counter offer because clearly he didnt even want my business, by judging me because of how I look that what I was saying didnt even matter because in his eyes he probably thought I couldnt afford it or what not.
George from the service department is the nicest human being ever (only second to my boyfriend of course). He is really concerned for me and fight for me with the warranty company. He deserves a promotion!
