If you dont get a car from them you will regret it. I know i did. I brought a car from them. Paul was honest about any issues i might face with the make and model of the vehicle. There vehicles are A1 and I am never buy from anyone else again! Waiting until this loan is up. I will be back.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike at Mac Cars. Mike was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. Test drove 2 cars and told Mike I needed a night to think it over. I wasnt pressured or hassled at all. Came back 2 days later and talked numbers. Mike and the owners of Mac Cars were very friendly and willing to work with me. I ended up purchasing a Mercedes Benz E 350 with very low miles and in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend Mac Cars. They have some very nice vehicles on their lot and they are very good people. Check them out!

Everything started out great we saw the car online and bought it within 2 days. Took the car for a Maryland inspection the following week, car failed due to back tires. Called Paul as soon as it happened and he promised to buy 2 used tires for the car. Weeks went by and Paul called me asking if I got my car reinspected. Told me he “couldn’t find tires in my size.” So I told him to call my boyfriend. He never planned on making sure our car passes inspection and he’s not replacing our tires as he should. And he used our inspection as a bartering tool for a new ttag because he continuously ignored phone calls about the tires. Basically said he wouldn’t give us a new temp tag until we gave him inspection papers to get the registration done. Because they only get their money after the registration is said and done. Good company right? Simply because of this and the selfishness involved, I won’t be back, and I will strongly not recommend this place to friends and family.

Personally, one of the best car buying experiences ive ever been through!! From the moment I got there, Paul was super genuine and helpful! I found a car with more than I came there looking for and Im beyond happy with my purchase! 5 stars for sure.

Purchased a 2019 pickup truck in Jan2021. After a few weeks, my family and I were on the highway driving 60/65 mph and when applying the break (going from 10th to 9th to 8th gears) I lost function of my transmission. When it finally regained connection, a loud bang and a heavy jolt came about and putting us into a swerve. Have you ever swerved into oncoming traffic or into another lane doing 60mph, it is frighten, especially with family. I understand when you buy as is it is as is but when I asked the dealer if there are any issues with the vehicle and they say no, it should mean no. Is it just a coincidence a pretty expensive buy all of a sudden has a trans problem? I think not. Buyer beware.

My wife and i drove from York Pennsylvania to make our purchase because they had the exact car we wanted at a fair price. Our sales person Paul was very knowledgeable, and friendly with us. In my many years purchasing cars this was by far the fastest and easiest. Friendliest, nicest people. What a pleasant surprise I had when I walked in to look at *my* car. Everyone treated me like family. Gary took me for my test drive, and I know all the other reviews praise Paul (who is awesome) but Gary is better. Just kidding. Everyone is very helpful all throughout. I personally would have been afraid of looking at a used car. BUT, Mac Cars shows up in the Capital One search engine as the only Pre-owned dealership in the state. That says something in itself, and my experience with everyone was very heartwarming and positive all the way. Huge thanks to all, including Mahmut, Rami and of course Sid gets a special thanks for treating my new ride with extra special care.

Great looking cars

Made mistake with my first review. I had not had car checked out by my mechanic until after my review. My son bought his first car. 3700 dollars. The car drove great during test drive and before test drive we looked under the car on a lift. Clean no issues visible. After getting home with car from Macs Used cars. The engine had some smoke coming from it. The salesman had added a quart of oil and I thought that some oil got on engine and that was the smoke. WRONG !! Took car to my mechanic and got the bad news. Catastrophic oil leak. The sales person knew I was coming to look at that car. They had to have cleaned off all the leaked oil before I got there because when I viewed the under carriage it was spotless. By next day the car was down a quart and a half of oil. I called them (Paul/salesman) he told me once I drove car off lot any problems are now mine. The car cant pass inspection though Paul said it just passed there persons inspection. Had valid stickers. So not only did they commit fraud about the car facts and told me just one owner(had 4). They are working with someone that will put an inspection sticker on car even with a rear engine oil leak that spills onto exhaust pipes. Now two mechanics have told me do not drive that car. It can easily catch on fire. Its a fire. Now my 18 year old son has no car for college and no money for another car. What kind of business would commit such significant fraud which included they only take cash. I have an open case with Delawares Dept of Justice. Not sure if they can help. If not I have no clue how my son will be able to buy another car. Hes been saving for past 3 years.

Had Bought a car from there, passed inspection and everything was perfect even my mechanic said he doesn’t have to do anything to the car since it’s in mint condition.They even followed up with me to make sure I’m still satisfied with my purchase. Definitely going back again for my second car from them.

The salesman Mike is a nice guy and tried really hard to help. Unfortunately, this dealership is not very reputable. They changed their mind on the price after we made the deal. I proceeded to give them a deposit, took out insurance and even had the bank check ready for them. My only request (which they agreed to), was that they fix an issue with the brakes before I would take possession of the van. They kept saying that they serviced the brakes but I kept noticing the same issue (brake pedal going to the floor). Apparently, they had several mechanics check out the brakes and even changed the master cylinder but that did not fix the problem. Finally, they took the van to a 3rd mechanic (the 1st two could not fix the problem). He advised them to replace the entire hydraulic system. Thats when they called me and said they werent going to sell the van anymore, at least not for the agreed price! They were informed that the brake job was going to cost more than they anticipated, therefore, they would no longer sell me the van at the agreed upon price. Again, this occurred after they agreed to the selling price and took my deposit. I did receive a refund for the deposit but lost valuable time (4 trips to the dealership) and lost the money I spent on the insurance and bank check fee. I guess its a lesson learned... Do not do business with Mac Cars. If you do, just know that Mac Cars is the place to buy a car At-Your-Own-Risk!

Bought a car from them today. They seemed good to deal with and gave a large selection for such a tiny lot. I was happy with the price I paid.

Purchased an extremely nice car from them and they were great to work with in the beginning. Paul was very helpful and stayed late both nights I came to look at the car. Mind you, I live in a Maryland so the drive was about an hour away. With my busy schedule, took me 2 weeks to get my vehicle Maryland State Inspected and everything passes except for the tires. The front tires have the steel cords showing on the inner parts on the tires, so from the outside you cant see unless its on the lift. I only put about 150-200 miles in the two weeks of owning the vehicle, no possible way I couldve made that happen. Once I call to inform them that it fails Inspection, Im on my own to put new tires on a vehicle that was sold to me with poor tires. After spending $40k on a car that doesnt pass inspection leaves a bad taste in your mouth. They offered at first to inspect it for me, but since I live in a different state I cant continuously make that drive... So if it fails where I live, were they going to just pass it and hope I never knew??? Because it left their lot with the tires in that condition. Be careful and make sure to never leave that lot without fully looking over the car because youll be left to take care of all the problems yourself even if it does fail inspection. Poor service... I would never leave my customers high and dry once they leave my lot and I sell cars for a living.

Integrity is very important in all dealings. It is often said that you word represents you. I went to MAC Cars a division of Morsi Automotive Corp in New Castle Delaware. I spoke with the owner, Sid Morsi about a car for a community parade. He said yes and saw it as a great marketing opportunity. He directed me to his sales consultant Mike to coordinate. The morning of the event, Mike called to confirm the arrangements. 30 minutes before the start of the event. Mike called and said that they would not be able send the car as agreed sighting no one available to drive the car.. 30 minutes before the event! I drove by the establishment, Mike WAS there as well as at least two other associates.. As opposed to being straight forward in the beginning, they called this morning to confirm and then pulled the rug from beneath me 30 minutes before the start of the event.Integrity is very important in business and if this is any indication of there service level, I personally would not have anything to do with them.

I brought the first car they sold in 2003, and I am still buying from them!!!! Very honest and upfront!!!! Paul will only sell you what is good or good for you, but if you insist he will let you buy what you want!!! Sid and Romney are great as well!!!! I have only left with one vehicle that had damage, and that was because I agreed to get it fixed myself, because the bank wanted to give less than the asking price!!! I ONLY buy vehicles here because for 13 years they have been honest and loyal!!!!

Horrible!! They lied on so many levels. Told me the car I bought was in great condition and a day later it stopped working. Had to put 2,500 into the car and didn’t even drive it for a week yet. And they love changing their minds on prices. Never again!!!

I bought a car in 2003 put 100,000 miles on it then sent the car to Guatemala in 2005 the car is still running wished I would have kept it class A cars. Just bought a Mazda3touring. Hope it last as long as the 98 Honda civic....... Love these guys......

Nothing but a pleasure to work with, my check engine light came on shortly after buying the vehicle and they paid for it to go to a VW mechanic specialist. They didnt fuss or fight, apologized about the inconvenience too. My regular mechanic said the car was in great condition and it was a good deal. Salesman was knowlegable about BMW 535 we purchased. Unfortunately, the head man dropped the ball and didnt mail me the title for 2 months.

BUYER BEWARE!!Was sold a lemon.Sold me a car that the electric power steering gave out on me weeks later, was told it had an oil change and it did not. Was told spark plugs were changed and werent. One was a autolite spark plug, 3 were vw. Told me they took it to smith vw before they sold me the vehicle, told me everthing checked out fine. Lies because it had metal shavings in the motor. This is no dealer, just a big lemonade stand. Cars here make great driveway queens!
