I walked in to the showroom. There were at least 3 employees standing around doing nothing! They didn’t ask me if I needed assistance, they didn’t say hello. They simply ignored me. I went out to the car lot and looked at several vehicles, still no one came to help. I got in my car and went to Porter Hyundai and bought my new car!

Christi was the salesperson with whom I worked. The whole transaction was first rate. Since I was familiar with the vehicle, the only thing that needed resolution was price. After a short bit of negotiation, we reached an agreement. Christi was pleasant and highlyprofessional.

Made a few trips here over the course of about a month dealing with Brian in sales, and George and Nick in management and had a pleasant experience. Both my wife and I purchased a car through them - same day - same time. We got what we felt was a good deal in the end. They were very open about the pricing and showed all documents i asked for on the new cars including invoices.Wife got a new 2019 Elantra value and I got a 2019 Tuscon Value. Great warranty, will return in the future if in the market. Cant beat a 10 yr 100k miles powertrain

EXCELLENT buying experience for someone who hates car shopping!My salesperson, Oeut, made my shopping experience extremely pleasant and easy. Oeut knew that my car lease was up soon due to conversations (via email) we had had in previous months. On Tuesday of last week she reached out to me again to see if I was ready to come in for a new car. I told her what I was looking for, the approximate amount I was looking to pay each month, and the color car I wanted.Within a day, she had crunched the numbers, secured the make and model in the color I wanted, and gotten back to me. This was all via text (which was totally perfect for me and my busy schedule).I was able to stop in at the dealership on Friday after work (about 6p.m.) to handle the final transactions (sign papers, test drive, etc.) and was literally driving off the lot with my new car in less than 2 hours!Oh and Tom in Finance made the formal signing of papers process super easy as well.I really appreciate that Oeut adapted and provided excellent customer service for me in the way I wanted to shop. She was on top of things, responded to any questions I had throughout the week, and made the car buying process painless for me. I recently purchased a vehicle at the hertrich Hyundai store. My experience with the salesman, Luis Ortiz, was the most professional and just overall best experience Ive ever had with a salesman. Hes not just your average salesman, hes a wealth of knowledge, goes well over above and beyond to cater to what I needed. He didnt feel like he was trying to sell me a car, more so trying to help me as best as he can. I would highly, highly recommend his services to anyone lòoking to buy a vehicle, no matter your situation .

Nice salesmen but we wanted to leave and they just kept insiting so much and wouldnt let us leave. Ended up giving them my number and it has been 2 weeks since I was there and they are still calling!!!

We turned in a leased car with no damage and it sat on their lot for 4 days and then they claimed it was damaged while we had it. Fortunately I took pictures of it before I left the day we dropped out off so we were dispute some of the claims they made, but dont trust them if you are leasing a car from them. Even when shown the pictures though, they didnt want to remove some of the charges until we said we would escalate it.

Dont take a trade to buy a vehicle they will tell u its not worth much give u 2500. Turn and sell it for 11500. Stealing is legal in that is they detail it is all thats what they do 75yr on mo budget boy.

I bought my RDX here in 2015 and had problem ever since not with the car but with service. Hertrich Acura claims to be high end in there service, when asked about a load a car so my wife could dropped the car off go to work she was told they do not provide that service. So I had the car serviced on Sat. When picked up the car I asked again about a loan a car and was told yes we offer that service . So the next time the RDX was due service I ask the Manager about a loan a car, he said yes but when we car to tell the car ready the you have to bring the car back with in 30 min. Once again they claim they are high end service department on par with Benz and Audi. Today getting the RDX service again. My wife dropped the off at 745am I drove to the dealership to pick her up park next to my RDX looked at it as I walked in to pick up my wife. While the car needed a car wash nothing else was wrong. Oh! A car is part of the service. After been a told that the RDX was ready for pick up the family drove to pick up the car. Driving in the dealership we saw a Black RDX which looked like ours but it had the passengers front quarter panel scraped and pushed in. I said to myself then to my wife that not my SUV and started to walk in a pay. That when my wife told thats our SUV my folder are in the door pocket. After talking to the manager she told us that she have to review the video and that where we are at now June 2, 2018 at 2pm. If you have an Acura and need service it would benefit you to find another dealership to get your service done. Just Do Go to the dealership off of Rt 13 in New Castle Delaware!!!!!!
