Clean, comfortable waiting room, super easy scheduling an appointment, very friendly staff and reasonable prices. I was impressed with their honesty regarding any repairs I’d need in the future. There were no scare tactics used to have work done ‘right away’ and I was provided a repair estimate so I would know what my cost would be.

Sales rep greatSales manager Chris rude! Chris threatened to have me hauled out of his store even after i told him i have Multiple Scerosis and asked him prior to our conversarion please dont upset me. I requested to speak to a higher manager because I was upset that at the last minute the deal changed at the end after 8hrs of sitting at this dealership with my family their and that was his response. I yelled this is Bs I want a cooperate phone number. After he threatened me I said ur going to throw me out? he stated yea if I have to. I said thanks for throwing me into a MS attack from the stress, and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Called cooperate and they were more focused on the deal and trying to explain WHY the deal went sour at the end and NOT how I was treated by their staff and how I sat their for 8hrs. I wound up getting a beautiful fully loaded limited edition 2016, with only 30,000miles Dodge Durango with extended 3yr full warranty for a better price and they honored my deal that Nucar rejected at the end. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! They are crooks. The salesman was great. The reason I know the whole place is crooks is because I got swindled by the sales manager himself. I agreed to a price including certain credits from the manufacturer. Based on the credits they were able to get me to the deal I agreed to. More than a week after signing everything and taking possession of the car they called and said that I had to change my address on my old lease or I wouldnt qualify for one of the credits. I told them I turned the lease in...thats why I was leasing a new car from them so it wasnt possible. They said, well then you owe us $1500 more. I told them no way... I would bring the car back. They said that was not an option. I told them there was no way I was paying anymore as it was their mistake (how would I know my address had to be the same to qualify for a credit they said I qualified for?- I had given them a copy of my old lease and they said I qualified). Anyway, fast forward 3 years and the $1500 shows up on my credit report. I called the sales rep and he tried to help. I learned that they even took his commission back because of this transaction. I bet they wont pay him back now that I paid the account in full. CROOKS!

My husband needed a replacement car after an inattentive driver crashed into the back of his parked vehicle. So we searched the websites and found a Honda CR-V at Nucar on Rte. 13 in New Castle, DE. We got a great price on the vehicle and the salesman and the numbers guy worked with us to get an affordable loan, while the other vehicle was being totaled by our insurance adjuster. We had a very good car buying experience at Nucar. I would highly recommend them.

I bought a Tahoe from Nucar and simply couldnt have been happier with the experience. They have a very friendly sales staff thats patient with questions, and accommodating with reasonable hospitality like bottles of water. Its refreshing because they dont use a bunch of cheesy tactics or gimmicks, and they dont attack you as soon as you step on the lot. Their prices are very fair, and the vehicles they sell are among the cleanest I could find in a four state area. I was also extremely impressed that they treated my wife with just as much respect as they did me (unlike other dealers that didnt even acknowledge her). Even that dreaded moment with they had to get the manager, the manager presented himself very professionally, never tried to pressure me, and was courteous to my wife and I the entire time. When I saw the sales order for the first time, it was EXACTLY what had been discussed. Not a single undisclosed fee on the order!!! The car is great, but the experience was just that...an experience that Ill enjoy sharing with friends and family for a long time. Nucar has earned a customer in me, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

OK, Trying to Purchase a Vehicle over the internet/phoneI Spoke to the sales man at 12:20 and told him that we had a deal at a certain price, At 1:50 I get a proposal not a contract that proposal was for $20 more than what was agreed to. I allow that to slide. At 2:30 I send back a signed proposal. I start trying to figure out how to get the vehicle paid for. I let the know that I had everything I needed, and I might need a day to figure out the transfer since it was Sat. Luckily my bank closed at 2:00 on Sat, as I had the amount of the vehicle and the wiring instructions! Why Luckily you ask? Well they text me, not call, that the car was being sold to another buyer. I could not imagine if I sent a bank wire for $35k and tried to get it back from this company it would have probably taken a lawsuit as they are so shady in their business practices.Run away from Ray and Mike J they are not honest and honorable in their business practices.

Waiting on their professional opinion about A/C

Dealership has undergone a renovation and upgrade to its showroom and service maintenance area. Having dealt with three different service reps within three years, I must say that, initially, I was not very pleased with the service department. Most of the time, the reps honored my extended warranty, but wait times were excruciatingly lengthy; and occasionally, I would receive an invoice for services they claimed were not covered under my plan. Just recently, it took several trips to remove a dreaded check engine indicator. The mechanics could not precisely pinpoint the reason for the code that was causing the indicator light to illuminate. Feeling extremely frustrated, I expressed my dissatisfaction in an email to the maintenance supervisor, who promptly responded to my submission, literally within minutes. I was extremely impressed with the way he handled the situation and made me feel like a valued customer. This extra attention has helped me to reconcile my initial reservations with the service department and restored my faith that I will be respected and taken care of when I need assistance.
