Australia customer. Horrible experience in every way with Mishimoto, wouldnt recommend buying so much as a t-shirt from them. To start with I ordered a radiator, a set of thermo fans and a wiring harness for said fans for my R32 skyline. The parts were listed as direct replacement, so with all I bought it should have been a simple drop in and wire up, but the radiator didnt even come close to fitting, the fans hit my power steering pipe and the wiring harness didnt even plug into itself because the quality was so poor.So far it has taken almost 2 months and a ridiculous amount of emails (no call service in Australia) to get my parts sent back, and Im currently still waiting on a refund. Theres been no talk of them doing anything to ease my hardship, despite having been out $1000 dollars for 2 months. Customer service has been horrible and somehow even worse than the atrocious quality of their parts. Cheap junk with no quality control, at an exorbitant price.Simply put, dont ever buy from them. A waste of money for nothing but undue stress, customers arent valued at all.

They sell items on their website that will be out of stock for months and dont bother telling you until you place the order and they give you an expected delivery date of 5 days then they email you to have you call them - then you have to sit on hold for 30 minutes until they tell you the item wont be available for months - not a good business model - they say they dont have the ability to provide live inventory numbers on their website - but they can - management is just too cheap to do it - oreillys, napa, carquest, rockauto, all the big suppliers can do it, they can do. Wont be ordering from Mishimoto again.

Been emailing them regarding a clearance issue on my TMIC hitting the banjo bolt of my slave cylinder.told me to take pictures which I did and also took a picture of the charge pipe hitting the coolant hose, after sending them said pictures they stopped replying. I emailed again asking about it and still nothing

Update!Mishimoto took ownership of an administrative error that led to my initial negative review. Mishimoto then went above an beyond to communicate the circumstances that led to my less than desirable experiences and made a full hearted effort to resolve. Dont buy any Mishimoto products if you expect them to honor their warranty. I spent $500 on a radiator for a company truck I rely on everyday and when the radiator leaked the refuse to honor the warranty. Less than a year with no visible damage and they will not honor it. Will not purchase or recommend this company to anyone

Make sure your part fits your vehicle and is 100% what you want, cause if not they will charge a 12% restocking fee and make you pay for shipping and handling for the return... Now im out over $100 for a radiator that their website said would fit my Automatic car perfectly, which was a lie it was only for a Manual vehicle but would fit my car if I spent another $150 added onto the already $450 bill. Thanks for nothings Mishimoto. Love yalls products just wish yall helped me out a little with the return fee so I wasnt out of pocket over $100 for a radiator that didnt fit my car!

These dudes rock I ordered a 180 degree thermostat an 2 days after install it wouldn’t get above 156..... called did the little warranty page an bang new one is on the way ! Going to order a thermostat for everything I own now .The man on the phone was great got straight to the point an my trucks a beast an needs all the help it can get to survive my right foot (12.9@110mph 1/4 mile time 2 wheel drive 4 door 8ft bed ram with Cummins power an that’s on the street setting hehehehehehe need slicks

The Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty is the real deal! More often than not, policies like these are just smoke and mirrors, and when its time to walk the walk, all kinds of asterisks and conditions magically appear. Not the case with Mishi! As a matter of fact, I bought the parts on Ebay four years ago, and they still offered to replace the particular item free of charge. All I had to do was pay a nominal shipping fee, which is more than fair considering they are replacing the part. Special mention to the customer support team, who replied to all my inquiries promptly, politely, and professionally, even encouraging me to submit a warranty claim when I originally thought I might not meet the requirements. Great experience all around, buy from Mishimoto with confidence and faith in their guarantee!

About a month ago I had a part break from the oil catch can. this problem was resolved fast and new part was on my door step in less than a week. just recently i had a issue with my Intake. with excellent email response times and different approaches to try and solve the problem we were unable to solve the issue. Mishimoto then reached out to Phastek Performance(which is where i bought the product from) to find a solution. after a few weeks of emails between both companies my problem was resolved. i want to give a special thank to Jesus Zamudio for going above and beyond and taking care of my issue. Jesus reached out to phastek, and even called them when the email had not gotten a response fast enough. Mishimoto should be happy to know that guys like Jesus Zamudio stand at the front line of customer service providing excellent customer care. thanks for all the help.

I love this company. I ordered EVERYTHING they offer for my car, and so far Ive had nothing but a perfect experience.I never pay to expedite shipping - yet everything has arrived on time (or early) so far. Fitment has been awesome, and my mechanic has had no problems with installing anything.Ive always called the support line (not email) if I have a question, and they answer me quickly and with confidence. Ive spoken with Tim several times, and honestly hes been a joy to deal with.You get what you pay for...so pay for Mishimoto~

Purchased the 228i intake because I was impressed with the amount of R&D and honesty they publicly showed through videos. I had never purchased anything from Mishsimoto before so wasnt sure what to expect. The build quality was great and had no issues with fitment. I managed to strip one of the small screws during installation (my fault) and called Mishimoto customer service asking if they could tell me the size of the screw so I could go buy some more, and they did even better by sending me a few extra free of charge. You just dont get that kind of customer service much any more. Quality product and service. Thank you Mishimoto!

Never buying from mishimoto again.The customer service was horrible. In MAY I placed an order for an oil cooler that was one Syed as in stock. Over a week passed from the order date and still no shipping label. I emailed them and suddenly they are out of stock, with the option to cancel the order or wait up to 12 weeks for the next batch. I chose to cancel. On June 5 I get an invoice and shipping label, they had billed me and shipped me an oil cooler when they had CONFIRMED my cancellation. As of today (June 15) I am still getting harassed to pay UPS for duties on a package i didnt order. It took multiple calls and emails to get mishimoto to finally refund me. I cant believe they can even bill a credit card after an order has been cancelled - that should be criminal theft. Mishimoto has done nothing to make this right, I will never deal with them again. Buyer beware - in stock doesnt mean they even have it in their warehouse, and good luck dealing with customer service.

I got the Mishimoto radiator for BMW E36 and from the start I am having problem fitting the OEM upper hoses to this radiator. I already submitted a ticket but still the status is UNASSIGNED. Now my car still in my garage and cannot use.Updated [Aug 16, 2019]I would like to say.. thank you Mishimoto Support team for sending me the new radiator. All upper hoses are not fit.

It is very hard to describe how clean and slick this shop is! Company colors are everywhere and the decor has loads of pleasant details. The lobby always has some exciting displays. The vending machine also has an awesome healthy selection.

UK customer. Appalling customer service. Made to deal with the USA department due to incorrect parts being supplied from manufacture.Department unresponsive to my issues reported. And unable or willing to send the correct fixings from the USA to the UK.Product now returned. Never again with Mishimoto.

RUN!Save your money and support other companies like koyorad. Mishimoto is a waste of money. They do not stand behind their “LiFeTiMe WaRrAnTy”.To begin with, they sent me the right radiator but wrong generation. I didn’t mind because i was able to make it fit. The first time I try to do a coolant flush, I realize the bolt is stripped. I reach out to them with no luck nor willingness to help out. I’ve decided to stop wasting my time and since I always put the best on my car, I’m going with koyorad. American companies have gotten lazy, unreliable and greedy. Better do your research. Never buying mishimoto ever again.They went from a 5 star company to a 3 star company. Good job mishimoto.

Thank you for your service, but this will be the last time I purchase mishimoto products. hope you can pass this info along. Paid 500 for this mishimoto, plus another 100 this warranty replacement. I could bought 4 basic ones at autozone that would have lasted me more than 7 months.I never cheap out on my truck, I always buy the best replacement parts, that’s why I chose mishimoto, won’t make this mistake again.

There were some bumps in the road with my dealings with this company. I had two radiators destroyed upon delivery. One looked as though ups drug it behind the truck all the way from delaware. The other might have made it had it been in better packaging. Most companies these days are rude money grabbers that could actually care less about you as long as the check clears. The team at mishimoto seemed to actually remember who I was and what was happening every time I called. There were at least a dozen or more different communications. Every time I called they remembered who I was before I even gave them a reference number. Each and every CSR that I spoke with was exceptionally professional. They went way above my expectations taking care of the problem, I would recommend this place to any and all motorheads for cooling products. A special Thank you to Nathaniel and the Customer service crew at mishimoto . You folks are a benchmark for the industry. Now the Packaging engineers ..... Well thats another story. The box my radiator was shipped in needs some review. You cant put a big fragile thing into what equates to a large brown envelope with a couple of pieces of tape on it. By no means am I excusing UPSs substandard handling; A single layer of corrugation and four wee little pieces of foam isnt going to do it for a radiator the size of a coffee table. Just a mechanics Two cents. Im used to fixing the mistakes engineers make every day.

I worked with Tim Martin in their customer service department, he was so easy to work with and understood the problem I was having at my end, due to confusion on my part. He walked me thru it and held my hand until I was satisfied with my Cold Air Intake. It is a perfect fit and I cant wait to do business with Mishimoto again soon.

My upper hose has a tear in it. I bought the hoses less than a year ago. I have been told they will not honor the lifetime warranty. I had bought the radiator advertised as direct fit at the time I had replaced the hoses as well. Their radiator interferes with the hood prop and the hood prop had to be removed, they dont mention this in the instructions. Because of the design, the stock bolts for radiator to the body arent long enough and they provide bolts. Bolts which do not fit the correct thread pattern needed for the retaining clips the screw into. You find this out when theres no radiator in the Jeep and no way to get to the hardware store to buy the correct bolts. They dont tell you this either. I would steer clear of anything with Mishimotos name on it. At least this has been my experience.

Lifetime warranty, but it takes a lifetime to get the replacement. I even asked for some coolant since it is taking so long and they declined. Paid over $1000 for a radiator that lasted 6 months and no labor, I have to pay the freight, which they have already charged me for but still no radiator....define warranty...... You can get a good look at a tee bone by sticking your head up a bulls ass, but wouldnt you rather take the butchers word?Take it from the butcher, this warranty is not worth the paper its printed on.

Spend your $400 somewhere else, this company is positively the worst I have ever dealt with. They have been selling and shipping this catch can setup (MMBCC-F35T-11SBE) with the wrong hose adapters that do not fit the large catch can. When you call their customer service dept. they acknowledge the problem and lay the blame on a vendor that sent them mis-labeled hose adapters that they blindly shipped out in their product. They then demand proof of purchase be sent to them before they will ship out the correct parts to install their defective product. I have now been waiting over two weeks for the correct parts to arrive and they don`t appear to be coming anytime soon. This is truly unacceptable that after selling you a $400 product that probably costs them around $30 in reality to assemble will then cause you weeks of grief before you can even use it due to their non-existent quality control in packing and shipping their product out to the consumer.

Well first off I would like to say Ive know a little about misimoto for a few years now. seen them in magazines when I was younger I also knew a person that has had a few mishimoto upgrades on their ep3 civic great products. my friend has had no problems at all which lead me to buy my cooling products for my build. installed all of my parts. They work great as they should. customer service was great if I had any questions they got back with me with in 24 hours or less... the shipping was great arrived on time... the presentation was awesome makes you feel like your money was well spent at least for me. I look forward to making more future purchases with this great company. I highly recommend this company to anybod

I have tried few of their products. One is an aluminum washer fluid reservoir and oil catch can for my ND Miata. The fitment on both products is horrible. They charge a lot for what it is and I find this company very money driven and not ethical... here is why.First product (washer fluid reservoir) they describe it as being super light compared to stock plastic one but only when the washer is filled. Isnt that obvious? Because the stock one is like 4 times bigger! MISHIMOTO Reservoir itself is actually heavier, this is one of the reasons why I bought it in the first place- to shed weight. The description on their website is very misleading. Also their fitment is bad that its wobbly I had to attach additional rubber on one of their hooks.Second, the red hose on their oil catch can leaks odor that dissipates very strong odor that it fills your garage needless to say your cabin.. giving you headaches. This is a known issue as all the ppl whom got the red hose had the same issue as me, I contacted Mishimoto and they sent me a black hose which DID fix the issue. But its beyond me how they are still selling it with red hose as option (same price red looks good so many ppl will choose red right?), did they make too many red hoses and didnt wanna waste? Even though knowingly this could cause people some serious health issues? For me, this is unethical and unacceptable. I inquired about this issue why they are still selling these and they ignored my email.So to me Mishimoto charges exorbitant amount of money for their products. The company is unethical and they steal products from competition and make it their own. (Look it up).

I ordered a catch can for my Focus RS on Augest 18th. I have emailed customer service and every time they give me a new expected ship date. Today I just past the 4th expected ship date. It snowed here in MN today October 27th and I just put my car in storage for winter without a catch can...Update 11/10/17: Although this delayed shipment has been frustrating their customer service is excellent and they will go the extra mile to make things right, even for a first time whiney customer like me.
