I feel some of their employees have a lack of mechanical skills. They should at least know how to swap out a car battery. Thankfully I had my tools with me

If I could give this place a zero stars I would I walk in there simply to buy a tire patch kit three people behind the counter two of them helping customers and one just standing there nobody asked if they could help me waiting for over 10 minutes before I just decided to leave right down the street to AutoZone and they’re a lot better

Needed a slider pin kit for my car yesterday. Auto zone didnt have it, I reillys tried to charge me $75 and advanced had it for $18 I ordered online for pick up at this store and got 25 % off. Additionally they have this nice little feature on the website where you can type in the make model and year of your vehicle and it will only show the parts and accessories compatible for it. Round all that in with pleasent staff for a fat 5 stars. Thanks.

Very kind and attentive staff. I have never been ignored or avoided ay advance auto, instead its like the employees come looking for you to see if you need help. Ive been to other auto stores where I was not treated in a manner that made me feel valued!

I went there to get a part they didnt have it but they ordered it for me and I picked it up the next day!

I had my wife order two ignition coils on line,so I could receive the 20% online discount. The first location only had one,so I had to go to another store in town. The 2 coils were bought and paid for via MasterCard online. When I arrive at the store they tell me that they dont have all 5 coils at this time.... I said ok,but I only need 2 and my wife has already bought and paid for them and here is the confirmation order number. They tell me that there was a glitch in the system and that when the order was changed from 5 to 2 some how it was showing that one was paid for and the remaining one had not. I show them that our bank account has an 80 dollar hold from the store. Clerk explains that 50 dollars will be credited in 12 to 24 hours back to our account. I said so I take one of the coils and pay for the other. She said yes. I explain that in no way shape or form that this has been convenient. She explains that they have alot of issues/problems with the on-line ordering system and they usually just give the customer the same discount as on-line when they come into store. I said that sounded a lot easier. I didnt take the one coil I had payed for or pay for they one they computer said that I didnt. I left without either. Said that I would just return tomorrow to see if our account had been credited. If it hadnt then I would just cancel the whole order and be credited the full amount and take my business elsewhere. Its not like Advanced Auto is the only place to get an ignition coil. So after all is said and done. I have no coils and a hold on our account for 2 coils...the employee was courteous and professional in all manners. I feel that there could have been a bigger discount given than the standard discount price,it definitely would have made the inconvenience forgiveable.. hopefully I wont have to go somewhere else.
