I bought a Movado watch a while back did nock realize that the battery was not working and they refused to fix it. I usually buy all my jewelry here but after the team at this store being so petty over a battery I will not be back ever there is plenty of jewelry store go spend your money where it will be appropriated..

I went into the store for a new watch battery. They were very helpful, and said the battery was 15.00. When they put the new battery in the watch they realized that the battery was not the problem. They did not charge me for the new battery, and were very helpful with their suggestions. I thank them for their professional help.

My husband I had been searching for just the right ring and couldnt find what we wanted. We visited the Kay Outlet in Opry Mills and were EXTREMELY impressed. We worked with Tori Pittman, the manager. She was professional and went beyond the extra mile. Needless to say, she helped us select a beautiful LeVian chocolate diamond ring. We are so appreciative of her knowledge and professionalism. I love my new ring!!!

I usually don’t do reviews, but this woman deserves to be recognized! I wish I remembered her name, but the woman who helped me was a blonde woman. She is super sweet!!Long story short - my now husband bought my ring a year ago (12/18/18) and we have had nothing but problems with it! Small diamonds fell out of it (not even joking SIX TIMES). I got annoyed and called corporate...I live in Huntsville now, and the woman at my local Kay wasn’t very much help. She ended up telling me to go talk to the store I bought the ring from (because of the leasing program), so that’s what we did.We first called them before we made the drive and the woman at Nashville told me that the company was going to have a replacement for me. We get there - the company who made my ring did not have another one. No one called me and informed me, BUT. The blonde woman who helped me at the Nashville location was VERY professional and ended up allowing me to exchange my ring for something that I won’t have any issues with. She also gave my husband and I a $200 coupon.Hands down the BEST employee I’ve ever came across from Kay. Love her! Wish I could remember her name.

The experience we had here on our vacation was amazing, the manager Richard was so helpful. We were on our honeymoon and wanted an enhancer for my ring and he wasn’t pushy explained everything in detail and seriously helped us get the best deal possible. Back home that ring would have cost twice as much. We really couldn’t have had a better customer service experience! Thank you Richard my ring is beautiful!

At Kays Matthew Palmieri has helped our jewerly purchasing experience go perfectly. Committment jewery such as engagement and wedding rings are purchases that are probably more significant than buying a vehicle. This kind of thing can be overwhelming, but we were treated so well at Kays that we will only buy any jewerly from this location in the future.Im very grateful for the help. We are extremely satisfied with and proud of our beautiful rings.

I came to this location yesterday with my fiancé to have our rings cleaned while I was talking with Andrea about there LeVian I asked her about this ring that they had online and she brought us over to the case they had this ring, it was also my size and it was on sale for 40% off she helped us purchase this along with a protection plan for my fiancé ring. We have bought four different rings from kay (No problems or complaints about any absolutely beautiful) and she is the best person to talk to! She also told us about $500 dollars in rewards we had on our account that we knew nothing of we will DEFINITELY be coming back to shop with her and I seriously mean the BEST employee I’ve ever met there she was so helpful and knowledgeable highly recommend her!

Worst experience at a Kay jewelers store I have ever had!! I actually have a Kay’s account where I’ve purchased a Movado watch for $2,000 a while back. Came in to look for a gold necklace I found one and took a picture of it and the lady working was like get me out of that picture. It was so weird cause she works there. Tucker was SOOO rude and condescending. I will never purchase something from somebody who pretends to be more important than they are and than the customer. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The lady working in Kay Jewelers was extremely rude today when I went in to ask if they had any options for class rings. The moment that I walked in she looked directly at me and it was clear that she did not want to help me because I probably looked like I was not going to buy anything. Then as soon as I said that I liked their selection and would be back in soon go pick one out she did not say a word and walked away. I am guessing that she was not interested in being friendly or providing me assistance once she figured out that I was not buying a ring today. I would have liked to try a couple of rings on, but I didn’t want to spend another minute in the store after being treated that way. Other than this experience, the employees of Kay have been helpful, but I felt the need to write a review about this experience because no customer deserves to be treated the way I was treated today.

Went in looking for paw print necklace, the two women working the counter kept saying that they would help look and kept helping everyone else. When we were asking about a necklace my mother and I were informed in front of other people that de bot sell anything that cheap. Very degrading and demeaning workers. Will look for the pendant elsewhere.

I went there to enquire about a mens bracelet. I was there a couple minutes. I had to ask if it was ok to see something. The sign in the window read 75 percent off. Well the price of the first choice was 4900. Rediculous. Second one about 2700. before discount. The discount applied. 2400? I asked how many grams it was? Was told not allowed by company policy? Very bad behavior all-around. Not trust worthy.

Perfect visit. I usually don’t do reviews but this one deserves it. I have bought my wife many pieces from there all with warranty to ensure they always stay protected. Shout out to Store Manager Richard Cavello who helped me right away with my wife’s neckless that I brought in and come to find out the value of the charm and neckless almost doubled in less than a years time. He was courteous and to the point with full customer service at its finest. Thank you Rich. You not only made me happy but more importantly my wife!

I give this store, more specifically the manager - Caleb Ruehl, 5 out of 5 stars. I had been in contact with him regarding a particular bridal set that I wanted, and he ordered the pieces and had everything ready to go on the date we had planned for me to come in. We inspected each piece to ensure accuracy and authenticity and he worked with me on price to where I was able to stay within my budget. (35% off retail at regular Kay stores!) I highly recommend working with Caleb for your next jewelry purchase, no matter the price.

BEWARE!!!! I found a diamond band I liked. It was priced $369. I talked Dimitri down to $200 including tax. At the register he told me it was going to 200.13. I said thats fine. I didnt pay attention when I swiped my card. A week later, after finding a cheaper ring, I returned the ring. I noticed they returned $250.18. This guy almost got away with cheating me out of $50. I would stay away from Kays!!!!! You cant trust them!

My husband and I stopped in on Sunday to buy a chain for my diamond pendant. The lady at the counter didnt acknowledge us didnt try to show us anything and left us just standing there. Another lady came in after us and she immediately said hello and asked if she needed help.We did her a favor. We left.

Poor customer service. Gave ring for resizing and they erased the carvings it had and gave back. When we refused to take back, they sent again for carving which they did very poorly. They carved the name at the edge of ring and not visible properly.

If you like and want to keep your jewelry go anywhere else ... You are paying a small fortune depending on your taste and budget to get what you like just to lease it for 11 months out if the year you have to send it off for 2-4 weeks twice a year .so they can check it just to get it back afterwards so called repaired it to just repeat the process because the same Stone will just fall out again and again and again . Nobody wants there wedding set to be missing stones and especially not the Same one over and over again. And they sure dont want it gone all the time .who has time to drive back and forth all the time .just to get there jewelry repaired . I gave a ring I bought else where had for 12 years never a problem not one . But they cant fix a ring where the Stone will stay in for 6 months .... Please dont buy from Kay if you like to actually wear your jewelry.

The people at the store are very nice, but every time my ring has been sent out for repair or something it has taken well over the time promised Last summer it took a whole month! And these repairs are because of the rings diamonds coming loose or falling out! Two different rings in 2 years- I think the message is clear-

Went in looking for a movado watch on 07/18 Andrea the assistant manager assisted me and my brother, I asked her to hold it for me for a few hours so I could compare prices, she insisted me to buy it now or she would not receive “credit” for it. Very very pushy I did not like the customer service at all and I would NOT recommend this store.

Me and my (now)fiance stopped by with just the intention of finding the style we wanted and then getting it at another store. Mariah (the Assistant Manager) worked with us to find the right style and find a ring within our budget. We scheduled a follow up meeting after we had a general idea of what we wanted, and when we showed up, Mariah had already done research into some other options that were similar to what we had liked before, but more within our price range. We were both blown away by how intentional and relational the service we received was. We ended up going with the slightly more expensive option of the two we liked because of how much Mariah took care of us.Incredible experience, will be going back for our wedding bands, and would recommend the same to others.

If there was a zero. That would be my selection. They lie about payments, they wont accept returns within their 60 day policy, the triple the monthly payment ie 50 per month but really is 270 per month. Sales lies to make a sale, cusome service lies to cover for sales, billing tells you they wont do anything for you unless you are in collections. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you want something nice pick another jeweler that is honest.... the assistant manager is the one that lied to my husband. He also went 1400 over my husbands credit limit. And told him that he was way under.

Ive always received great service from these guys and theyre prices are amazing. My wife fell in love with a Leo ring at another store which was way out of my budget. Kevin and Caleb were able to order get it for me and save me about $1500. Having worked in retail myself years ago I understand how challenging it can be to juggle so many things randomly thrown at you day in and day out and trying to appease every customer and situation that calls or comes in. So, really appreciated that they told me when ordering about a possible delay because my wife has tiny little fingers....seriously were talking pencil thin....and that the vendor might have to customize one for a size 3 1/2. Sure enough, thats what happened and it took about 45 days longer, but hey I just saved a ton of money and I dont have to worry about loosing diamonds from sizing a bigger ring down too far. My wife was huffy and impatient at one point and swore off Kays, but calmed down once they explained that Leo was making a special version of this ring just for her that will fit her perfectly and that making a beautiful ring of such high quality isnt something that can rushed. Needless to say, a few weeks later when my wife finally saw the ring on her finger...in her tiny little size....well, lets just call it a Kodak moment. That day I was able to walk down to Bass Pro and buy a new Minn Kota trolling motor for my bass boat and she didnt say a word.
