Went in today looking to replace a battery in my husbands watch. They did it while i hung out. Very helpful and friendly. Ill be going back.

While the customer service is great, I can’t say the same for the performance. My mom is a customer and recommend this place to me. I took my wedding ring in to have 4 small diamonds replaced. Dropped off on a Monday, And picked it up Saturday. Once I got in the car on my ride home I noticed 2 scratches on my ring that weren’t there when I took it to them (I actually thought the gold had been cut, but turns out they were scratches that they forgot to buff out before giving my my ring back) and about 20 minutes later one of the new diamonds they put in had already fallen out. They offered to fix it free of charge, I was hesitant but was willing to give them a chance. I picked my ring up again today and now not even 24 hours later another one of the stones they replaced is gone. I’m so upset 😭 after this I won’t be going back. I live paycheck to paycheck and it wasn’t easy for me to pay to have it fixed, but the sentimental value of this ring is important to me, so I did what I could to be able to afford to get it fixed...now I’m out the $120 and still need to fix my ring
