The staff is so knowledgeable about the products and prepared to answer questions to match product to your needs. Store is always clean, well stocked and visually easy to shop. I love the loyalty points program!

The store and service was fine...however i gave the girl my email address and have been bombarded with emails from Aveda ever since. I have tried unsubscribing over and over.... but they just keep coming. Its so frustrating it makes me not want to shop at Aveda anymore at all.
I thought Id take the time to edit my review. I came to the Aveda store and Caitie @caitiegilmore helped me and also gave me my very first facial. She was extremely knowledgeable about each and every product. And I cant wait to go back.
