Ive read some bad reviews about this place..But Ive been spending money at this location for several years now & never have I experienced anything bad ..Sheronda is always helpful & sweet to me & I appreciate her for that ..I cant say anything bad about this place..but different strokes for different folks ..I definitely recommend this store.

The 2 ladies that were working the day I went there couldnt have made me feel anymore comfortable than they did that day!!! I couldnt ask for my first trip to a wig store to have been any better than it did that day! When I left there, I left with my new hair looking and feeling like the most beautiful girl in the world!!! Thank you ladies very much!!!!

The staff there were really nice and took the time to show off hairstyles and the hair they used to make the style. I will return!

Let me just say this my experience today when I visit the store was terrible they didn’t put my product in a bag and when I came back up there to let them know that I didn’t receive it they try to argue with me. This is not the first time this happened, that’s not professional at all. I wouldn’t dare purchase another thing from here.

If I could give 0 Stars I would because this place is somewhere that shouldnt even be in business. I will never recommend or purchase anything out of this store ever again. This is the worst hair store to go in Nashville. Save your money. First of all, the lady in the store, while I was trying to purchase somerhing, with a full basket seen me in there. then when it come down to me purchasing the merchandise they tells me were closed and I cant purchase my items. What kind of business does that?

Has gotten much better since the older couple that owns it retired. I think their son runs it now but there are always black girls working now. The ones on the floor are very helpful. They greet you and answer questions. There is one girl that stays behind the register who is annoying because she doesnt speak and just looks at you weird but maybe shell learn. Its also a lot cleaner and the floors are swept regularly. Also the braiding hair is actually hanging up instead of in a box on the floor. They still have a ways to go, but are improving.

So..dont go to this store. I purchased a bottle of kids moisturizer. When I took off the top in the store, there was no seal. I didnt think nothing of it. Then, I saw it cheaper at Walmart so I tried to return it the following week with receipt because its states, they do exchanges. I never used the product, still in the bag and the older gray guy refused my exchange. He said they only exchange for hair only!! First of all, thats GROSS!!! I would hate to buy some hair that somebody brought back to exchange it for something else!!!! Thats like recycling hair and giving it to the next person. Then had the nerve to not ring me up for my purchase and told me to leave. I told him to ring my purchase up and told him id NEVER give him any of my business again!!!! He was RUDE!!! I DONT RECOMMEND ANYBODY SHOPPING AT THIS STORE!! There is another hair store down the street over the bridge that has much better customer service

Typically Korean Beauty supply store in the black community with bad customer service. THis is why black people need to start our own businesses in our own communities. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️ They mispriced a product and would not allow an exchange for the price they sold it to me. They tried to charge me the original price when conducting the exchange. They mispriced the product & should’ve done the exchange for the price it was sold to me as, not the original price. BLACK PEOPLE NEED TO STOP WASTING THEIR MONEY HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS - 0

This place is the worst hair store I have ever experienced. This was my first and last time purchasing anything out this store. They sold me a a hair product Kima treasure that was old and pre -used looking. The clerks name was Young and was a old gray haired man who checked me out. I returned with in minutes later when I removed the net tucked in the hair to see how it looked. I returned it to the store clerk and he stated he had knowledge of this hair looking pre -used and pre packed but i left the store so I cant exchange it. I asked for his name and he replied he doesnt have a name. He was very unperfession and the product was worse. Dont waste your time or money on this store or the products in it.

I approached counter to ask a price, I stood as two associates spoke in another language, I said hello to get cashiers attention, I made the purchase waited for a thank you, I said thank you come back, the other person said its not necessary to say all that l responded thats customer service she continued to say that is not necessaryWill not patronize again.
