Aviary resolved over 1 billion first. Called to see if they had what I wanted and the young lady was very very friendly. When I got to the store another young lady why did on me and she was wonderful. And then Joey was standing beside us and spoke with him also about products. I will return to this store to make purchases everyone there is very nice including is the cashier lady was very very nice. A great shopping experience thank you Sephora.

Nice clean store, they only let a couple people in at time. Not sure if they were following or just wanted to be super extra helpful 🤔 seemed like all eyes was on me lol. I end up get cologne, and some make up. She crunched ally stuff in the smallest bag she could find. I asked for a larger bag.

Went to this location on Saturday Jan 30, 2021. The woman who was working the fragrance department had to be the most unprofessional and rude person I have encountered. She did not help in any way. When asked to sample fragrance she huffed and rolled her eyes. I ended up buying the fragrance I went in for but she of course made me wait in line. Instead of the usual nice man who works the department. He always is so kind and checks me out right then and there. As I was waiting in line I see her check others out. It was a weird encounter for me. I have never experienced someone act this way towards a paying regular customer. After this experience I will not be returning to this location. VIP rouge and shop here several times a month. I have never encountered such a toxic, ugly, obese individual. Had a chip on her shoulder and not sure why. Def does not need to be working customer service. Ugly inside and out.

The staff is always on point and helpful. Went in recently for a color match and Lily matched me on the first try with an Ilia product (my new favorite).When I was waiting in line to checkout, Bill offered to assist my checkout at the fragrance bar. While completing the process, he suggested a couple of fragrances to me based on my past purchases. Hes always genuinely helpful, courteous and a delight to work with.

Honestly I really like this Sephora location. They’re so helpful. More than willing to answer any questions you have as well as swatch anything in the store for you, even with there being limited testers out. They gave me a ton of samples at the front desk whenever I asked for some. Seriously super sweet!! I always have an enjoyable experience.

We bought the cologne and perfume sampler, but dont expect to get the one you like unless its the cheapest one. Those are the only ones they carry. They sent my wife to another mall 30 mins away assuring us they had it and of course they didnt have it either, whats the point in picking a fragrance if your not gonna stock it, not happy at all with their selection, but the girl that helped us and guy were very friendly knowledgeable and need raises.

Its a big enough store to offer a lot of products but yet everytime still feels really accessible and easy to find. Went online and their website said they had a particular item in stock. I reserve the item and received an email stating hell be ready in 4 hours for pickup. 4 hours later I received an email saying hey oops we canceled your order we dont have it. Maybe they need to spend a little more on web development and inventory management.

She is super knowledgeable about what shades look best on skin tones and she also knows a lot about all the products in Sephora. I love this store. They could care less what I look like or what I’m wearing. They always treat me like I’m a Hollywood star even when I show up in biker shorts, an old T-shirt and flip flops. Everyone I’ve dealt with is very knowledgeable and knows the products so well but I think the best by far is the guy. I believe his name is Bill. They always take great care of me!

Unless you dress to impress, you will receive terrible service here. If you dont look rich, the employees make it clear that youre not worth their time. If I come here after work wearing business casual with my hair and makeup done, many employees greet me and offer to help, whereas when I go on my free time (such as this past Saturday) wearing casual clothes and no makeup, the experience is the exact opposite. The difference is shocking!Well, guess what? Im not going to make the effort to dress up and do a full face of makeup on my one day off just so I can be treated with minimum respect when I am already spending a significant amount of money in their store to be VIB Rouge! The employees need to realize that all customers deserve decent service, not just the overdressed, heavily made-up customers. Even if I look completely hideous, so what? Dont people shop here to improve their looks anyway?The only reason I gave it two stars is because I have consistently received great service in the fragrance department, but it still isnt worth the hassle -- Id rather just shop online. Its sad when a computer interaction is friendlier and more polite than actual human beings.

Bill in the fragrance department was an absolute joy! He asked me about my perfume preferences and was patient while I described how I love fresh, light scents, but also cologne-y. He accidentally helped me discover the perfect combo (Dior Sauvage + Chloe Nomade) and introduced me to the incredible Replica line. He was able to juggle myself, my friend, and about 10 other people, all while making us feel like we had his undivided attention. I will return simply because of Bill. Thank you, thank you!

I have been in this store many times only to be ignored. Not sure if its because Im plus sized or what. I worked at sephora for 3 years prior so I KNOW how youre supposed to treat guests. I use to love going to this place, Lacey was the most disrespectful and rude so called makeup artist. BEWARE if you black or Asian keep away from Lacey. She will made sure you hear her rude comments about yourSkin color and bad recommendation. I don’t know why she was even hired; asFar as good customer service goes, Sara has the most approachable personality. Seems like everyone at this location will only cater for certain type of people. Whatever the case is, I would not recommend this location, unless you like to be followed around if you are Black or Asian person.

My wife bought me a sample cologne box to try and then redeem which ever sample I liked the best for a full size bottle. I didn’t care for any of the samples so I figured as long as I chose a cologne that cost the same amount that would be ok. Wrong. The rude comments suggesting I should have liked one of the samples have soured my opinions of this store completely.

The staff here always goes above and beyond to provide great customer service & excellent education on all things makeup.Jonathan is their go to skin expert- he singlehandedly picked out an entire new skincare routine personalized to my needs & I have since seen such an improvement in my skin. I have him to thank for my glowing face!JT is every girls DREAM makeup artist. He is SO knowledgable about makeup techniques and taught me so many tricks that take my look to the next level. He also knows all (and I mean all) the products out there... right down to the ingredients of the product & how that could be ruining/enhancing your makeup. I would absolutely recommend scheduling a makeover with him. I didnt even know how much I needed his makeover until I went!!

I visited this store on Oct 10th and as soon as Megan (manager long blond hair, bad lip Botox job) as soon as she spotted me, a woman of color she immediately began having me and my children followed in the store . We were in the store 20 + minutes as we watched other customers (white) shop alone and peacefully . The kids even expressed how uncomfortable they felt so I left and came back to discuss the issue with Megan and she tried to pretend like she didn’t know what I was talking about which it was very obvious that she knew exactly what was going on and she had given instructions for the team members to follow us .. ( the kids told her how they felt they are 17 & 10) I later found out by an employee that Megan assumed that I was a customer that was accused of shoplifting at another location (it wasn’t me ) and had her picture and that’s why they were following us around the store bottom line I want something done about this I’m in the process of retaining an attorney to handle this matter . It was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in a retail store . My kids experienced this as well they were following my 17 year old niece as well . Had she been a woman and apologized instead of trying to pretend it was normal customer service I wouldn’t be going this far but she followed us because of our race it was other ppl in the store that wasn’t being assisted because all the beauty advisors were congregating in the middle of the store until Megan stopped my braids from over the display I watched her fly over they’re and the follow took place from there, she didn’t know my cousin is an employee three and she told me everything that was said about the incident and I will be taking legal action against her . My cousin also told me the information on the girl on the picture and apparently she wasn’t arrest for shoplifting only accused as well and later provided receipts . I will definitely be taking legal action against Megan ...

My wife left this store almost in tears today. We just got off a long flight and our home doesnt have a Sephora location so she was very excited to visit her favorite store. She had to practically beg for a sales associate to help her and when they finally came over they were very rude. She asked about a palette she saw on display and the associate dismissively said they dont carry it in stores or online (why did they have it on display then?) and then asked about stock of a mascara she really wanted to try which was sold out. She stated that she would happily come back and buy it before our vacation was over if it were to come back in stock but the associate continually said she should just buy it online and it would only take two days but as we are on vacation we didnt want it sent to our house while we werent home. My wife stated this to the associate and she just walked away leaving my wife to stand there in disbelief. We immediately left the store. Very disappointed with the service.

My experience was OKAY. It felt a little “judgy” at this location. Definitely some tudes. No warmth in the ladies helping. Certain people received service w/o asking. Others (like myself) had to approach the associate themselves after waiting for help. Ulta, to me, is more warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, they don’t carry Fenty. I’ll just go to a different location from here on out.

I’ve been a VIB Rouge customer for years. This location is terrible in comparison to other locations I’ve been to. I explained to the associate that I was looking for a liquid foundation between $20 and $30 dollars. Her response was “oh, I don’t know of a foundation in that cost range”. I responded well Sephora brand is $20 (you think she’d know the brand she works for), turns out we were standing in front of the display. Her tone changed from annoyed to semi helpful. She proceeded to match my foundation color and I was disgusted at the fact that she put her very unwashed and filthy hands on my face with dripping foundation (a child could do better). I expected for her to ask me to try it on the top of my hands like every other makeup place I’ve been to. Her hands smelled of perfume and cigarettes. That color was out of stock so I asked for another recommendation and she said well the next price range would start at $40. Again I rebuttled and said what about Clinique which prices at $29? I didn’t appreciate her smug attitude, lack of professionalism and lack of consideration when it comes to customers health to be honest. I spend a lot at Sephora and I used to justify it by the knowledgeable staff. But No more!

Unfortunately, there is one employee who bothers me so much that I have reconsidered purchasing just because he is so snobbish. This gentleman is always in the perfume section. He seems very knowledgeable, which I like, but he has such a strange and uppity attitude when speaking to customers and hovers when I am browsing. Judgemental girl greeted me at the front door. She gave me a full once over twice and stared at my shoes. It was ridiculous. I was dressed average for the store, so it was unclear to me what she found so interesting. She on the other hand had slicked back mouse brown hair, over drawn eyebrows, thick white foundation, and some hasty grey eyeshadow. Not exactly explemplary for a cosmetics store. They NEED better workers here. But I guess for nine dollars an hour thats the best they could do?

Wow. Went into this place yesterday for a foundation recommendations and not ONE employee asked if I needed help. Walked around for 10 mins looking and they all stood in a circle laughing and cackling while ignoring their customers. Rude service! I am have given this Sephora second and third chances but every time I walk in, I regret it.On one occasion, I was given dirty looks by many of the associates. Secondly, they were offering free eye makeup by a professional, and the woman who did my eyes absolutely just rubbed eyemakeup on my eyes in less than a minute. I saw absolutely no effort or friendliness in this womans attempt to do my makeup. On another day I was black friday shopping and the lady was rushing me to buy something. Customers should be given all the time they want to read the labels on products, and or swatch the product without someone trying to rush them!Another time, I was I was told I needed a parent in the store. I am sixteen years old and I have seen girls younger than me in Sephora without parents.Overall, very unsatisfied with this Sephora. I have been to others and had better experiences

I went in to Sephora, on my birthday, with the intent of someone helping me find several makeup items. There were several people in the store, but most the employees were just standing around, not doing anything at all. I asked someone to help me match my foundation and help me get started on picking my items, but she told me they were far too busy to help me today. That I could make an appointment and come back. I explained that I wasnt aware of this rule, I just needed help finding foundation, to which she rolled her eyes, brought me to a machine and it told me my color and one option for foundation. Out of the millions they have. She didnt offer to put it on to color match it to my face or anything of the sort. I asked for a small sample to bring home so I could see for myself. Once again, with attitude, she did so. I walked out, frustrated and insulted. Im a VIB member and wasnt cared for at all. The color and the foundation, are completely wrong, after trying at home I figured it out myself. I went to Nordstrom where they were more than willing to drop eveyrhing to help me find my makeup. Honestly, these girls know about as much as I do that are working here and are certainly not better than me, which is what was proposed. If you want someone to generally help and care, I suggest going elsewhere.
