This place is a hidden gem. The food was nicely presented and flavorful. We ordered the avocado tartine, hot chicken sandwich and breakfast plate for Sunday brunch. My friend ordered a lavender oolong tea. We split the items in half. All were great. Only complaint was my first iced coffee was not tasty. I ordered a second iced decaf espresso and paid for it. I shouldve complained and had them replace it. If the flavored syrups were listed somewhere my first iced coffee wouldve tasted better.

Hipster little joint in germantown. Lots of college kids sipping their coffee while working on assignments. The avocado toast with labneh cheese, berbere seasoning, pistachio and an egg hit the spot. A little on the pricey side, but still worth it.

I am a huge believer in supporting local business and this coffee place is worth it. The coffee was amazing and it actually reminded me of our own Octane Cafe here in Atlanta. This was very hidden and you walk in and you can smell the aroma of coffee when you walk in. If you are ever in Nashville and love coffee I would recommend this place.Cheers,BN

Great atmosphere for working or studying.If you are in a hurry I would not suggest to come here. It has a nice vibe, but I watched two people behind the bar let the barista drown in orders, while they kicked back. I’m wondering if they don’t allow all people behind the bar to help make drinks??Also, the coffee is ok. It has a good flavor, but the syrup is zero sugar literally so just note that if you like a hint of sweetness you have to have that added.

I was so happy to make this place as the last stop before I leave Nashville. I’ve had coffee from several places and after looking up coffee places that you must try, steadfast stood out. And since I’m a coffee lover, I had to get myself some ground coffee for the rest of my trip since I left mine at home.I go to the store and ask the young lady for a specific blend and mentioned the notes that it has which included Carmel and I was surprised when she said “we don’t have coffee with Carmel note on it” when I showed her on the website she replied that they were out. I asked if there’s anything she can recommend anything else instead and I was shocked when she said “we are out of all coffee bags”It would’ve been nice to mention this on the website so we don’t have to make the trip to the store and be disappointed.Didn’t get to try your coffee but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.I don’t know when my next time to Nashville would be, but I think I might give them another shot. Just for the sake of coffee.

One of my favorite places to study and work. The food and drinks are on par, and the environment is phenomenal. I love to sit outside on nice day and enjoy the fresh air while I work. I recommend their breakfast burritos and day of the year and their apple cider when it is in season.

Great drinks with the special iced coffee butterscotch latte that actually makes me like butterscotch and a spiced chai that is legitimately stand out mean Steadfast is solid great. Great servies ramps it up. Absolute star in the crown: excellent outdoor area shaded with trees and ample parking make this a really special coffee shop.

Weirdest coffee place. Felt like it was their first day open. Like having coffee in a warehouse. Super boring menu and just okay taste. The only good quality was the outside seating.

I got the Rested butterscotch and the Brioche and preserves. Both were delicious, but if you are looking for a snack that is a little out of the ordinary from the norm, I would highly suggest the brioche! It was surprisingly a standout!

Steadfast is my favorite roaster in Nashville. I make it a point to stop in every time I’m in town. I especially like that they offer The Duo. Very few shops give you the option of ordering a sampler of a coffee as both drip and espresso. The Matchless Coffee Soda is also a must try. Note that the parking is limited, but there’s plenty of street parking nearby.

Great little coffee shop, tried the atlas and regular coffees. This is not your dollar store coffee shop. Give it a shot!

Nice place for a quick coffee.

This place serves delicious black coffee (though it was a little expensive). I loved the beautiful outside space to rest in the sun! Definitely recommend.

As a Portland transplant, they make me feel like I could be back home in regards to the quality of coffee and execution of lattes and other drinks. Baristas are also genuinely friendly unlike some neighboring spots ;)

I came to Nashville for Coffee Fest and visited nearly every café the city had to offer. Steadfast was the best experience by far. Friendly and excellent customer service, tasty food, and people who know how to do coffee right. On top of that, they have a few unique coffee creations that kept me coming back. Get the coffee soda. Do it.

Amazing place for remote work

I really wished to give this place a higher rating, however when we arrived at 11:30, their entire kitchen was already closed. That meant you could only get blueberry muffins or yogurt. The coffee was exceptional; I had the Atlas and it was really good. As a barista myself, I respect the wide variety of flavors given. The man who was at the register was very helpful as well. Great customer service, just on an empty stomach this morning.

Unique from my perspective. Definitely not an ordinary coffee shop experience. For something deferent and it just might become one of your favorites, you should come by and check it out for yourself.Friendly staff, amazing coffee selection, great choice of small eats.

Do not order from here using DoorDash. The online menu is not updated. We ordered 2 poached eggs (described as coming with brioche and preserves) and a side of bacon. We recieved 2 poached eggs without sides at $7 each. The egg sandwich also wasnt as described on the menu and one of the items we ordered wasnt even available (which delayed the order by an hour). After almost $70 in charges we are still hungry. That said, the food we did receive was delicious.

Ive always wanted to love this place, but Ive had more bad experiences than good. More often than not, they are out of several ingredients. Customer service is also usually a miss. Sometimes it takes a very long time to get a simple espresso drink. With the number of great coffee spots in Nashville, Id recommend just finding a different place.

Best egg sandwich I have ever had. I use to own a coffee shop and this is by far a high quality coffee bar. The menu is different which is Great and the coffee is high quality. Love the atmosphere as well.

I loved this coffee shop!! Macchiato was just about perfect. The space had a great vibe and it was extremely chill and relaxing. The espresso machine was super interesting too. It was beneath the counter and basically all you see is the “tap”. Go there, you won’t be disappointed.

Great space with booths, high tables, and outdoor tables and space. Coffee was good and the breakfast burrito was definitely something special. Fresh arugula, chunks of hard curried sausage, guac, and egg. Really really good! Service was a little on the slow side so dont be in a hurry.

Craft coffee parlor in Germantown. Offering your standard espresso drinks and drip coffee along with pourovers. They also offer more inventive items like bruleed lattes. Has plenty of seating but was absolutely packed when I went to visit. Cant go wrong with steadfast or barista parlor if youre in the Germantown neighborhood.

Two words: coffee soda. So good!! If youre unsure, they will give you a bit to sample before you commit.

Breakfast egg sandwich was delicious, the side of sausages with the homemade mustard were so good. Only complaints are that their steam wand was broken than day so couldnt get my latte and it is a bit pricey for breakfast. Nice cozy location but have limited seating inside since many people are there for what seems like a very long time working

Walked in with an expectation of a cute hip coffee shop. What a let down, looked almost abandoned. Asked for menu then barista pointed to stained menu on counter with all of maybe 10 items available. Espresso wasnt bad but empty food case.. didnt even offer to wipe table off before we sat down just an overall weird environment.

The coffee is pretty good but it was $4 for a coffee and I was offered the option of a $1, $2, or 3$ tip to pour the coffee into my cup. I want to support local businesses and I enjoy a good cup of coffee and a good beer but I am getting tired of paying $4 or $5 for coffee and $7 or $8 for a craft beer not including the tip!

One of the best cafes in Nashville!

Our last minute randomly googled breakfast choice was by far the highlight of our trip. A hidden treasure! 💎 Where do I begin? The service was amazing. The food was outstanding. The coffee was exactly what we needed. The low key and clean environment was to die for! Did I mention the breakfast tacos? 🤤 Will definitely be back! After a awful dinner the night before, our first night in Nashville, it was a much needed surprise!

They take coffee and tea seriously. Outdoor patio is away from the street offering a quiet vista to meet & greet.

The coffee sucked and the workers are not kind. The restaurant is really dirty does not look like the photos online. Overall a horrible experience at this place. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I am all about supporting local businesses but this place is flat out trash. The coffee tastes like someone ran it through a sewer then decided to add coffee to it creating something equivalent to drainage water. To make matters even worse, there is a woman barista that has the most rotten attitude not to mention she has the audacity to continue to tell you to put your mask on when its already on indicating she is completely uneducated and has not the slightest clue how the coronavirus is contracted. Do yourself a favor and take your pathetic attitude some place else.

Great food and coffee!

I really want to like this coffee shop. The coffee and baked goods are delicious. However, the design is ableist. Its not easily wheelchair accessible (its all stairs from street level from what I can tell) and the inside lacks low seating, there is a step up for all low tables or they are high tops. Definitely not an accessible place for all.

Good coffee but price was too high for what I got. Small cup, no refills at least not that I knew of. Granola yogurt was robust and tasty.The man at the counter was quit uninterested in being there. I did not feel very welcome overall. Wont be going back

They have some cool twists on coffee. My personal favorite is their rested iced butterscotch latte. They have all kinds of options for coffee lovers! Their food options, however, I think are lacking. They do have a few options if you intend to sit down and eat a breakfast. But if you’re always in a time crunch like me, they have a minimal pastry selection that has one or two choices that change regularly, a banana muffin (my personal favorite :)), and cookies... but they’ve been out of those the last few times I’ve stopped by. Limited parking, but there is street parking extremely nearby. Very modern inside and a friendly staff. I would recommend it to the coffee lovers who are locals and haven’t stopped in and tourists! Just don’t anticipate a super wide selection of pastries.

Tartines are good and fresh. Coffee is unfortunately hit or miss - sometimes it’s strong, sometimes it’s very diluted-tasting and unworthy of its high price tag. Overall food is better than the drinks in terms of value and taste. Nice atmosphere tho and the outdoor area is great. Good place to repeatedly come.

When traveling I always look for a local coffee shop to try and this spot did not disappoint. The americano and the latte we ordered were delicious. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and they were pretty standard but nothing special. The cinnamon rolls looked absolutely delicious and I will definitely give them a try next time Im in the area.

I work from home and this is my favorite getaway spot whether I’m working or hanging. Steadfast has an amazing outside layout, dog friendly, and the staff is amazing. They have an impressive coffee and tea selection. Coffee soda, butterscotch latte, and the St. Rose are a few must tries. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Really love the coffee here, however, my friends and I were on our way back to KY and stopped in Nashville on the way to get coffee (we stopped specifically for Steadfast) and we arrived at 6:30 to find the doors locked, and the barista working was counting the drawer and didn’t even look up at us. I checked SC social media to make sure they didn’t change their hours for the winter months, and saw nothing that indicated that. Wish we could’ve had the amazing coffee that is made here!

Great place for a quick bite always a great espresso drink from the mod bar. The drip coffee is fantastic so is there coffee soda.

Regularly meet here for meetings. Seating can be tight around the lunch hour. Seating is not the most comfortable, very modern Craftsman. The food and drinks have always been very good. Prompt service. Very tense crowd for the most part. There is outdoor seating, unisex bathroom, and a bar. Overall a great spot, though not entirely my vibe.

Obsessed with the home-made butterscotch syrup latte. Its comforting with being over sweet. Get the egg sandwich - something about the pickles onions makes it AMAZING! So savory with a mild garlic bite! Beautiful, minimalistic environment and lovely outdoor seating.

Iced latte is weaker than Starbucks. Asked for an extra shot because my drink was essentially just milk and the barista was reluctant and stand offish about it. Fortunately she did provide the extra shot and it made the latte better but certainly not what quality I expected from a modern/hipster coffee shop.

It was kind of confusing to get into the building, but someone pointed me in the right direction. I got an iced butterscotch espresso. This is the best caffeinated beverage Ive ever had. Hands down. The food smelled amazing but I didnt get a chance to try any of it.

Coffee was pretty good but doesnt seem to be very to-go friendly, they wont let you add your own sugar/cream and they only have one tiny 8oz to go cup size. Maybe they want to be more of a sit-down coffee shop, not sure but not my cuppa

Out of all of the coffee spots in Nashville, and there are a ton, this is either my top or second spot. Great atmosphere. Pretty good seating, inside and out. Coffee is amazing. Staff is even better. I drive 20 minutes and drive past several other coffee shops to get there.

Great place if you want overpriced coffee. Its listed as FAIR TRADE, but seeing as they didnt pay their web developers for over 2 years it makes me wonder if they just buy Folgers and pour it into a FAIR TRADE basket.

Try the Atlas or coffee soda for a different side of coffee than traditional. I wasnt extremely blown away by the ambiance of the place but the coffee and execution of specialty drinks showed this place knew what they are doing. If you havent tried yet, check it out... lots to be loved here.
