Usually white bison isn’t the best place for coffee, but this white bison has a great seating area, a porch and a second story porch. It’s really great !
My coffee wasnt really made well and they turned their ovens off 2 hours before closing and wouldnt make me hot food. Im not sure if this is a policy but it was super disappointing. They also complained that the drink my friend ask for took too long to make.
Nice building, does the job for your convenient needs. Upstairs has some cool views.
Very competent baristas that were very willing to accommodate a complex order, and were quite friendly about it, aside from demonstrating a bit of cultural ignorance in the process. Facilities were clean, parking was absolutely abysmal. The coffee was not very good (this is more a reflection on the product quality than barista skill, I think), the food was pretty decent. Not the most validating place to get coffee in the area as a queer person, so maybe think twice if you’re trans or gender nonconforming. Generally speaking, this shop is a mixed bag, so depending on your experience, you might have a good time here? But personally, I probably won’t be back.
The pumpkin spice latte is amazing and the avocado toast!
Great White Bison Mocha. My friend and I sat outside on a rainy day and did homework for a few hours. Their bathrooms are open to the public which was nice since we stayed for a while. WiFi connection was good even sitting on the patio. Smells really nice inside too!! :)
Great Chai Latte but more important...the staff is courteous, thoughtful & pleasant.
So I guess they never check their bathrooms, clean them, or restock any form of toilet paper or paper towels here.
Really neat hang out spot on the balcony. Very friendly staff and a great selection of both coffee and tray bakes makes for an enjoyable experience. Would recommend.
My girlfriend and I visited on a Wednesday evening, around 7pm.This is a fun, unique, and quirky (in a good way) coffee shop. At first I was surprised there was a convenience store in the same space (I thought they were separate when looking from the road) but they are not. And I actually think that is great, personally. Its one part coffee shop, one part convenience). The coffee itself is great! I had one the Sumatra pour-overs and she had the Apple Cider (one of the best Ive had). What really sold me on the place is the upstairs, its incredible. The decor is great and there are multiple seating areas for one person to come and work, or a small group to come and study/hang out. The outside patio was the big winning factor to me as it also has great seating and is well covered, so even in the rain you can sit out there and enjoy the ambiance. The great coffee, convenience store, and thoughtful upstairs lounge area are all factors that will ensure I will be back to White Bison. There is also limited free parking behind the building.
This White Bison is really nice. It has a Twice Daily store in it, which is nice if you needed something other than coffee. You have free WiFi and a nice little area to sit and work or enjoy company. The upstairs outside part has two little fire places and and a table area. The upstairs inside has a desk area, a few roomy chairs, and a nice couch on the wall. Downstairs outside, has a few places to sit with a space heater for when its cold. Not a lot to say about inside downstairs as it has a few places for seating, but nothing special. As far as the food goes, its pretty good. The sandwiches are good and the coffee is better. I love their blackberry creme fan pastry as well, but their London fog is not too great.TL:DRThe coffee is good, the tea is not so good. Food is good too, and the atmosphere is nice. Mostly quiet and Comfy place to relax.

Upon first glance, I figured the store was just another Twice Daily convenience store all glammed up for the 12 South neighborhood. But upon closer inspection, I found the White Bison Coffee Shop to be a welcomed addition, with its varied selections, thoughtful design layout and comfortable, well-appointed, upstairs/outdoor seating area.Id always rated Twice Dailys coffee decent for the convenience store market. But a bit skeptical when I saw the White Bison coffee transformation. The coffee is pretty good, and fairly priced. Theres also key items offered from the famed Loveless Cafe in the convenience store. This is convenient for those who dont want to travel all the way out to the actual cafe. The five star rating has been totally earned by the staff of this White Bison location, because its very easy to see & feel the obvious effort put into EVERYTHING that theyre doing at this location. The same can NOT be said for the Charlotte Pike location.
One of the nicest twice daily/white bisons Ive been to. Good selection, restrooms are kept up well, and the staff is friendly. Its also a great place to grab a seat and chat with friends if youre walking down on 12 south.
Excellent coffee. I had the Bison White Chocolate Mocha w/ Blueberry. The staff was extremely friendly.
Coffee is ok, the coffee server, because I wont call him a Barista, first wouldnt give me an espresso in a espresso cup, because I ordered a double.. so I said, you can put it in a larger cup, to which he rolled his eyes. Any real coffee drinker knows, paper cups change the taste of true espresso coffee. Second he didnt warm the cup, instant cold coffee because the mug absorbs the heat and pulls it from the coffee. Third we sat at a table and didnt see an area for our cups, so we put $3 down for a tip, for clean up (three people were working). As we walked out the door the same employee the guy with green hair if yall are wondering. Yelled for us to clean our table off . So yea, Back to Frothy Monkey.
The place is awesome. We stopped in a couple of times on vacation. The coffee drinks were on point and the pastries delicious.
Parking is stupid 👎an they could and should do something about it. Food an coffee 👍🏼
Purchased a vanilla latte and a cinnamon coffee cake muffin. They were both great! I’ll be coming back for both.
Really cool spot. I like the upstairs outdoor section - theres fire! Nathan is such a friendly barista. He recommended me a honeybee latte and it was nice!
Great upstairs patio.
The coffee shop really misses the mark. The coffee itself is fine, nothing special. However, the atmosphere is awful. The convenience store in the middle of the coffee shop absolutely kills the entire vibe and feels so out of place
Great for a quick stop, but make sure anything you eat off the roller is fully cooked.
Best damn baristas in the whole state.
Nitro brew did not nitro long enough. Cake batter bites to die for
Loved the seating on the second floor.
Excellent pumpkin spice latte!
Great place to hang.
Treats are tops!
