Ive personally have been a customer at this establishment for 15 years. I have bought about seven cars over those 15 years and just recently got a car two months earlier from there. Also, with all of the cars that Ive purchased, they have been in a good condition and were reliable. Also, the service at the place has been outstanding! All the people there were very professional and when it came to the pricing of the cars it was very reasonable. My husband bought a truck from E&S Auto and it’s exactly what he wanted! We drove a little over 3hrs (coming from Kentucky) to get the truck and it was very worth it! Everyone was very friendly, answered every question we had and explained absolutely everything perfectly. No surprises. The truck is absolutely amazing! Our salesman is awesome, today we bought our second car from them and really worked out with our budget. We bought our first car from them one year ago, it had a 6 month warranty, but after a year, we took it in, they still took care of it for free. Their mechanic, David hes very knowlegeable in what hes doing. Not to mention we took the car to a shop before we took it in for him to check it, paid $1,300, and in the end we were just told they cant figure out what the problem was. Took the car to David, and he fixed it in no time. And whenever we have some minor problems with the car, he always fixes it quick. My family and I have been customers of this place since November of 2016. We got a Nissan Frontier 2001 with 67k miles. I bought my 2005 Mustang with 57k miles for a solid great price plus a 6 month warranty! My mom bought a Ford Edge 2010 with 45k miles and it’s one of the most comfortable and luxury SUV’s I’ve seen from that model. Once we had a problem with it and E&S Auto Sales towed the car and fixed the problem with absolutely no charge to us!

Left messages with these people trying to make a cash offer. Three attempts, no response. Left my name and number. No response! Went to there online page. Thanked me for entering all my information. Assured me an associate would promptly get with me. No response. Physically went in and talked to a salesman. Denied ever getting any messages and stated some other coworker (female as stated) was responsible for checking the emails. Said they hadnt checked them lately. Poor business! If it was up to me they wouldnt get the one star rating. Id take stars!

The front desk is very rude and unprofessional they had me on hold for 30 minutes and when I pulled up the phone was laying on the table. I asked for a manager and both of the ladies answering the phone said their in charge then the car salesman said he was in charge. When I asked who’s the owner they all said they didn’t know who they worked for that just shows how ignorant they are they know even know who they work for or who signs their check. I asked around about this company and I was told that if you’re not Hispanic that they really don’t want to help you. I went with 1500 in my hands and was told that they didn’t have any thing on the lot for that and they all just laughed and me and my wife’s face like the matter was funny. You can tell the employees do whatever they want here and that they act this way regularly. If you are not Hispanic you can’t get service here

She called me and we set a date for me to come in and get it taken care of. I was in and out in about 15 minutes no issue. Thanks again. 5 stars!!!These people take advantage of people with credit or license issues in a tough spot and sell them junk cars that dont work and severely over priced. They all have a kill switch in every car. They make you pay and provide a code to have the vehicle turn on. It is a shameful experience for the customer. Stay away from here. Please stay away.
