This is on going currently) 04/02/2021. I am in such disbelief about my experience with this auto dealership. This company is very dishonest I made a down payment on a vehicle that I couldn’t even get tagged and refused to transfer titles to have a better vehicle without the issues. I had to work on my own vehicle in the parking lot in order to get my car to stop overheating where I received a larger gash in my arm..I was told numerous of times they do not refund money. Also came and got the car with dishonest motives 07/2021 to get more money out of me I reported them to Consumer Affairs 06/2021and General sessions court to receive the money that I’ve paid in order to get a new car I am a single mother of two and A full-time student I’ve lost my previous job because of car issues waited for months for them to resolve which was refused. If anyone’s looking for a honest used car place this is not the place to go the owner should be ashamed . In good faith I will receive my money back. Fingers crossed will update on actions taken.

READ THIS REVIEW DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYSThe worst experience i have ever dealt with in purchasing a car. These guys are thieves, liars, fabricators and many other names i cant put on here. Was without a car had a 1000 dollars down they didnt have anything that was a 1000 down but had a nissan altima that they had as a cash car but would let me finance it. I agreed and they had told me the only thing wrong was the window didnt go down on the driver side.I realized that the car needed new tires. It had driven decent on the test drive but could tell there was a misfire issue, but i figured it just needed a tune up so I agreed to their terms and was told 1000 wasnt enough that if I could do 1100 they could help me so i agreed and paid.As i was driving home still was running like it had misfire. Got it home did tune up right away and an oil change drove it and still misfire. I repeated the process again and nothing changed but instead was running worse than it was.I took the vehicle to numerous mechanics trying to figure out what could be my problem and each one who looked couldnt figure it out. 2 weeks of trying to get it fixed and the service engine light came on. I narrowed it down to the cat was clogged so I fixed it.After I fixed that problem I still was cautious about driving it til I could figure out what was wrong so I only drove to work and back. 2 to three weeks of driving to work and back and i would start the car on my lunch brake and huge clouds of smoke would come out of my exhaust. I called this dealer and he responded to my distress like he knew exactly what my problem was but offered no help in resolving my issue. I was on time and making all my payments as I should be and had already put over a 1000 in repairs, including tires.I had a mechanic fix the smoking problem, but the misfire issue was still happening. I had a mechanic do a compression test and he told me my pistons were wore so thats when I knew what my misfire issue was. The mechanic had told me that driving it will be a hit or miss how long the pistons would last.I hoped for the best on the mechanics diagnosis. The dealer told me my plates were ready so since I had to work my room mate said he would go get them. It was the first fairly long trip since I had the smoking problem fixed.I was nervous about him going. Not 20 minutes after he left to get them my room mate was driving and the car lost power and was shaking really bad so he pulled it off the road and called me. I had roadside assistance so was able to get it towed home.I had a mobile mechanic look at it and he couldnt figure it out so I had to have it towed to the nissan dealership. The day after I sent it there I called them and they told me the engine was shot the engine wire harness was shot and possibly the electronic control module also. The repairs would cost me 5000 dollars.I called the dealer and told him and he said theyre crazy its gotta be something else. He said let me have my employee come get it we will take a look at it, so I agreed. It took hima week and a half to come and get it. I Told him that I really needed a vehicle to get to work and he said we may be able to help you but we will try and get this car fixed for you, and over 2 weeks after he picked it up I havent heard a word, nothing.Dont go to this place. I was put in the worse situation as far as not having a car to get around not knowing if I could make it to work, not being able to see family, blowing money on something that wasnt gonna last in the first place, and just plane on putting my trust in someone who turned out to be the least reputable businesses I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. This is a true story. Something was done to the vehicle to make it last as long as it did. It was obvious something like honey oil or something was used to fabricate and cover what was actually wrong to sell the vehicle. Dont make the same mistake as me.
