The first car buying experience at Echo Park was okay, I didn’t prefer the gentleman who worked with me. However the prices and process brought us back for our second vehicle purchase. Ken took us through our second purchase and completely rectified the initial experience I had. He was kind, attentive, personable and had effective communication! If you go, ask for Ken. As for the whole Echopark team, they really came through with an overall great service and team effort.

We had an excellent experience today at EchoPark Nashville today. Matt J took great care in understanding what we wanted and how we hoped to get there. The experience was easily the best we have ever had in buying a car and the trade-in value they provided was much higher than we had been quoted on from several other dealerships. My husband sold a car to these folks. We made the deal over the phone, sent them the paperwork they asked for in advance, and were told that we could show up to the dealer, sign documents, and get the check within 30-45 minutes. It took nearly 4 hours for them finish the process. Everything we told them about the car was accurate, and we provided everything they asked for in advance. They need to improve their processes and staff training. The only reason they didn’t get one star from me is that they paid a very fair price.

Super flexible, let me come in later that evening because work went later for me. They were super busy when I got there but Martin came over to talk to me while he was also helping another couple. Then, Marshall took over and helped me find the car that I ultimately ended up getting. He was super friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, and really helped me secure a good deal with all the features I wanted in the price range I wanted. It was great to not have to deal with crazy hidden dealership fees. Also, a homeless guy came in to the lobby since it was almost closing time when my application was being ran and the management took care of me and made me feel safe while they got the man out. Those guys are top-notch, and they respected our time and respected our decisions when it came down to how we chose to purchase. (I appreciated that so much) From start to finish, we were in and out the door and about 2 hours; that time includes the time it took for me and my wife to go collect a cashier’s check, come back, sign papers and process payments (as well as take some photos!). They go on and on about what great processes they have, yet I have already had 2 repairs done on my car, one through Echo park and one through the manufacture. When you think about going to a car dealership you instantly start dreading it... BUT that is NOT the case with EchoPark Automotive. I scheduled a test drive with them and that’s all the phone call ever was, they didn’t ask me any further questions related to payment plans etc. The time I spent at the dealership there wasn’t anything pushed on me, of course they bring up the add ons (warranty’s) they offer but they don’t try to talk you into things. They simply just bring it up for your knowledge. We had the pleasure of working with Gray, he was super knowledgeable and helpful! He went into detail with each car we were interested in by showing us the carfax and pictures etc. I felt at ease during the whole process. They have an amazing selection of cars for great prices.
