Best boot buying experience Ive ever had, all questions were answered, tried on boots until I found that perfect fit and they followed me home! Great store, amazing staff, Courtney (hope I spelled it correctly) is the absolute best! I will be back, many, many times!

I went into this Lucchese location on vacation last week. My boyfriend had wanted to go….well, he left me alone for three minutes and I bought the cutest pair of booties ever!!! Chandler and her colleagues were so helpful and so nice. The gentleman there even helped me into and out of the booties since on of my feet is paralyzed. I am so happy with my purchase! I’d discounted getting anything because of my foot but I hadn’t even considered booties! I wore them that very night and I couldn’t be more pleased with them.

Service was incredible.. boots are amazing. Would go back a million, if could afford it. But I got these bad boys and I couldnt be happier... thank you to the staff a lucchese...

Limited customer service. Not spoken to immediately when entering. Walked around for 5 mins before female approached, while another fetched a male from the back who watched the front door to make sure that a blk male ( myself) didn’t runout the store...nice to be profiled in a city I’m vetting to open my medical practice.

Great atmosphere and the staff were very helpful. Its been quite some time since I have owned some boots, and Im happy my first pair back are Lucchese.

Customer service second to none! I had an issue with a pair of boots I purchased last year, so I brought them back to the Lucchese store in the Gulch. I was highly impressed by the store manager, Dustin, who went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. 110% satisfied with my experience here and will definitely be a life long customer.

Unfortunately I currently reside in another state, however I am no stranger to Lucchese’s reputation. I initially began the conversation with Dustin some 3 months before I came in as I had my first trip cancelled thanks to covid.Once we finally were able to meet, Dustin took his time and really gave me the sense he was not only knowledgeable-he was passionate about his work-ask him about his immaculate 40 year vintage westerns! I learned about the quality of leather Lucchese uses, common misconceptions relating to fit and tips on care and maintenance-never felt rushed. I picked up some ropers!Someday (hopefully soon) I’ll be back, Dustin; thanks for taking care of me. Lucchese, you are fortunate to have Dustin as an employee-especially in these rare and difficult times.

A lovely store selling only Lucchese stuff. My friend introduced me to this brand as he swears they have the most comfortable boots ever! He has a few pairs of Ostrich skin boots and now the prices are more than double. Even their regular cow hide boots are pretty expensive in my opinion. Despite so, the workmanship is really good, so I guess you pay more for that.

The boots were so beautiful. The selection was wonderful. I was so excited about getting a pair of GORGEOUS boots.But, the staff didnt acknowledge my presence at all. It was like I was invisible. I wont go back.

Well, we didnt expect to hit this boutique Lucchese Boot store, but why not? Were in Nashville! I gotta tell you, we were hit immediately upon opening the door to this store with the smell of fresh leather, leather conditioner and smiles from the two gentlemen working when we arrived. When I told one young gentleman (we were the only customers in the store) that I will not be buying any boots, but would love to try some on, he jumped at the chance, said, Sure! Glad to! Lets have some fun. Im going to get a couple of crazy comfy boots for you out of the back and see what you think. Just be warned; once you try on a Lucchese, youre current boots just wont cut it! We had such a good time with him and he was right! NOTHING compares to a custom made Lucchese boot!

Worst customer experience ever, not even a hi when you come in the store. After been in the store for 10 minutes and not even one employee said hi or if I needed any help. Four of the employees at the counter just talking about social events. I might not look like the ordinary buyer for this company, but loved and bought a lot of your boots. Never buying anything from this company again.

Just walked out of this store; not one person asked if I needed help. I will not be returning to this store in the future! This level of service gives Luchese a bad name.

My good friend from Texas has the same foot size as his father and grandfather. He has their Lucchese boots from way back. My buddy is 50 yoa. His boots are fantastic!So I recently retired as a LEO. As my retirement present my wife drove me to Nashville Lucchese boot store. I have been wanting a really nice pair of roper boots. I looked at Luccheses website many times and had a good idea of what I wanted.Upon entering the store I was greeted in a friendly fashion. I told the gentleman what I was looking for. He pointed me to the roper section and said if I had any questions let him know. The store was super busy as it was a couple days after Christmas.My wife and I looked around for about thirty minutes when the store thinned out. The gentleman came back over to me. I pointed out a roper boot that I really liked. He asked me about my foot size and we discussed Lucchese fit and finish. He went back and returned with a couple sizes for me to try out. Once my foot dropped into the Augusta roper boot there was no removing it. He suggested I put the other one on and walk around. After walking around a few minutes I took them to the cash register and bought them.These boots fit and feel fantastic. They are handmade in Texas and they are just fabulous!

Fine hand crafted boots made to fit any style!

One of the highlights of my mom/daughter trip to Nashville was buying us each a pair of boots. We were not greeted upon entering the store, browsed for a few minutes and selected a pair to try on...... waited for several minutes and no one offered any assistance even though two associates were behind the counter talking to each other. I eventually gave up and we walked out after almost 15 minutes in the store. So disappointing!
